The Angel Hotel in Warwick

Good location In the room ( 35), one can hear the cars outside as if they were in the room… the windows are very thin and not well insulated. Very difficult to sleep. Highly recommended to book a room on parking side

Despite booking well in advance the hotel was fully booked with no record of my booking, Matthew on reception was brilliant, it seems as though Kenneth failed to book the room correctly

The positives: - Comfortable bed - Excellent location - Fan provided - A window that opens - Relatively clean - Breakfast included The negatives: - Uncomfortable, grumpy person on reception made me feel extremely awkward - I had to give my card details, even though I had paid in advance - I was told that, if I was going to pop out to get dinner, I had to leave my room key at reception- and if someone wasn't there, I could just leave it (with the room number written on it) on the desk! - The room was small and quite worn - Plus size people/ people with mobility issues excluded from use of the desk by the fact that they put a chair with arms at the desk, but the chair backs directly onto the bed meaning you have to climb over the chair to sit on it at the desk. - Half bath I would stay again, but it would not be my first choice.

This hotel is in an excellent position for many of the local restaurants. Our room was very large and well fitted out. The shower was in the bath and was a little slippy trying to get out. Breakfast was very good although a couple of the items mentioned were never seen. Reception desk was a little insecure at times. Will go back if we visit the area again.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and nice bar. There is no food in the evening, but there are many places to eat out in Leamington

Perfect town centre place with loads to do, highly recommended for all of our clients from The Riverside Glasshouse.

Had an overnight stay at this hotel last night. (Bradley Room 4) Excellent hotel with breakfast included. Lovely clean comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay. Staff very friendly, especially the man who checked us in on the Saturday morning. Well done The Angel.

Lovely rooms and well located. Nice bar and breakfast and amazing service. Mucktadir made our stay really wonderful and always made us feel welcome.

Preferably 0 stars because my jewelry was stolen from my room. The manager didn't show up, no explanation, apology, or other effort. Not recommended at all as the staff makes fun of the guests' concerns instead of caring.
