Great food and great service Sunday lunch is a highlight, couldn’t fault 👍

Great food at very reasonable prices only downside was sitting upstairs away from the crowd ( some may like the privacy) but all in all 5*

Ordered btl rose wine but received white and no real apology until the right wine came. Tapas good but onion rings over crispy. Staff just stand about a lot. Would NOT rush back.

Great atmosphere on weekend. Drinks quite expensive but nice.

Food was awesome, service was brilliant and the cocktail menu was great. Medium rare fillet steak was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend Will definitely be back

One visit in the afternoon outside was quite a good experience, but raucous , irritating individuals on the second visit in the early evening, so I swiftly left.

A group of 8 of us went here on a Saturday evening for dinner. The staff were very attentive. The food was very tasty. Nice surroundings. A tad noisy, you could hear the music from downstairs, and there are no soft furnishings to absorb the noise. Would definitely be back.

Good place to go if you want to be ignored!! Staff just didn't give a dam, stood talking behind till & on their phones. Food was good when it eventually came....cold & not a lot of it....but the chef can cook. Quite pricey too for what it was. Won't be going back & obviously could not recommend it

Three vegan tapas options were really tasty and a good variety of different cuisines. We will definitely be back for more!

Only ever been in for drinks. It's just ok.

My friend and I initially came in for a drink and after about a hour decided to eat. The young lady moved us to a table as we were on the settee and it would have been difficult to eat there. The staff were very attentive, extremely pleasant and professional. A credit to your business. A few places in town could do with sending their staff to you for training. Food delicious

Hella busy but set a good vibe for a night pit with plenty space for a chill or hang out with a larger group of fiends

Went here for a works do, lovely building, high ceilings and nice decor. The rooms are spacious our party wasn't the biggest but it was catered for very well. Food quality was excellent, choice on the buffet style was top drawer and tasty. Enough staff to cater for the group, Service was really good. Nothing but positive vibes for this establishment.

Food was cold Chicken Parmo was not at all a Parmo just bread crumb chicken micro waved with cheese on top , service was slow and not attentive. Some people's orders for main didn't arrive until everyone else had eaten, if they'd of been attentive would have noticed. Small tiny portions for the price and charged twice for some meals very disappointing to be honest .wouldn't recommend this place it looks nice but I'd go to coco mill over the road if I was you. With drinks we spent 45 ahead, sad really as it was a team night out from work large order but no service what so ever shocking

Love going there, especially for the fajitas which are the best in town; would strongly recommend; The bar downstairs is quite nice as well for a drink or 2...

Found that they do my fav cocktail - - LIIT and they are just fab!! Had their tapas meal and I was filled to the brim... Going back again when I'm at Carlisle. Stayed on cider 🤣🤣 on weekday to stay sober 😄😝

Always loved this place!! Fantastic new menu, so much varied choice. Our Mexican food was great and brilliant value. Can't fault the service either.

Lovely looking bar and restaurant. The service was slow and the food was extremely greasy. It not often I waste food but it was not good. I gave it 2 for food as the bread and olive platter was nice.

Went with some friends from work. Had the Enchilada Suiza it was absolutely delicious 😋 and the lady behind the bar made me a fab strawberry mocktail too.🍸 Thankyou, will definitely be back

Great bar & dining choices with an amazing atmosphere.

Walked in, to see a bar/pub vibe, before realising that the restaurant is upstairs. Service and atmosphere were nice, staff friendly and polite. Wide selection of Tapas and menu items, as well as an extensive list of cocktails and drinks. Standard of food was high but not all dishes suited our palette.

We had a surprise party booked today 11-2-23 our table wasn’t ready, it literally took two minutes to push some tables together. Then we got told our food was going to take a while even tho we choose the tapas as there was a few of us and were told this would be the quickest option. We got our food after waiting one and half hours we never got asked if anyone had any allergies or was vegetarian/vegan. We got told this option would be £20 per person. We did get a free round of drinks as an apology for the food taking so long. When we went to pay the waitress said it was £25 per person which we didn’t pay. We paid the original £20 per person. From start to finish the service was terrible and actually put a dampen on the day.

Smells of sick all across the bar - regulars said it’s because someone was sick at the entrance- horrendous, drinks are expensive for bottles (£4.50 for warm corona) and staff are indifferent

3 hours to receive a 3 course (pre ordered and pre paid meal) had to take dessert away which was poor at best. Rock hard vegetables and overly salty food. Such a shame as the staff are pleasant enough.

Was left waiting quite some time to be seated (be with you in the moment) would have gone a long way. Sunday menu is ok we had the beef. I nearly choked on part of a cinnamon stick that had been left in my cabbage, reported this to the waitress and she disappeared with it into the kitchen, a few minutes later a voice from behind the bar shouted across the restaurant informing me "it's just a cinnamon stick, nothing to worry about". I then would have needed a chainsaw to get through the parsnip. I asked the waitress if she'd like to try and cut it but she declined. All in all not a very pleasant first experience and it will definitely be our last.

Great place. Sam and Lucy were excellent managers. Food was good, maybe a bit too plentiful portions for us! So pleased to have such a good bar and restaurant to frequent now we've moved to Carlisle

Shocking attitude by the so called Manager. Ordered Steak and asked for it to be cooked medium. It came out rare. The asparagus and broccoli were cold and had be sent back. Attitude was we will send the steak back but then what about the vegetables? All in all a very inadequate serving team and shocking that they didn't recompense us with a free dessert etc. Certainly won't be coming back again and certainly won't recommend the place. Did worry when there was no one there and yet it's next to a five star hotel. I think they should be worried.All in all a bad experience.

Didn't even stay for food. We were put off straight away with the cleanliness of the building in general. It's very dusty and we had bacon pieces around our table (it was Sunday lunch time so bacon wasn't even being served). We walked into what seemed an abandoned room when we climbed upstairs into the restaurant/bar area. As we were seated I immediately rang another restaurant to secure a booking. One good thing I will say, the signal is brilliant incase anyone else wants to ring another establishment to book a table. Won't ever be back which is a shame as the menu actually looked like I could come back over and over.

We had Tapas food lovely. Service however was very laxed. 30 minutes and 2 requests to ask for food. Order for more drinks cancelled after 20 wait minutes. Only + was young waiter young mal

Amazing food and amazing staff.

Found this gem of a place 2 weeks ago . Came back to Carlisle from Hawick for the night especially to have the Sunday roast today and it did not disappoint . From Sam the waiter ,Rory the chef, to the decor and ambience I highly recommend a visit. Oh yes, the Guiness is grand as well.

Pub grub done well. We particularly liked the chicken. And the pudding was massive. But service was slow. So good for a relaxed meal. Not if you are in a rush.

Came here on Sunday for a roast and I can honestly say I had the best roast beef dinner I have ever had!! It was cooked to perfection and had rosemary roast potatoes, rich gravy, huge yorkshire pud, cauliflower cheese, red cabbage, mustard mash and was huge. Highly recommend Thank you :)) Joanna Lambe x

Lovely place for a meal. Run by lovely people nice and friendly. We went on a Thursday as they are doing special offers. Worth the money.

A very lively place probably better for people watching than the food but that wasn't bad either.

I think it’s honestly got the best food I’ve ever tasted at a restaurant I love it so much, staff are lovely and hard working Great servings for a good price It’s also good for the fact that they do hot drinks, cold drinks, alcoholic drinks and mock tail drinks (for kids if they want anything, to fit in wid there parents if they want to) and water if u want it I love this place and fully recommend it

Disappointed, being disabled having to climb stairs, is a problem and when needing to go to the ladies having to go all the way back down the stairs, and all the way back up, needing to invest in a small lift or out toilets up stairs for ppl with a disability, couldn't hear what we were saying for a party of men having a birthday party!!! waited more than half an hour after we ordered our meals, sold drinks that we'd never heard of which tasted like disinfectant, didn't like it at all, we will not be recommending this place.

Our first time back since it became Andalusian again and our first time sat in the elegant and spacious upstairs room, with its elegant wood, plaster and tilted finish. It was also lovely and airy on a very warm evening. Great service from the excellent staff, generous portions of tasty veggie tapas and a wide range of cocktails, gins and liqueurs. It's a good sized menu, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes, maybe just needs an extra veggie main course? Just as an observation, the very tasty camembert needs more than one slice of bread to accompany it (and the excellent chutney) and with all the fruit you have to put into the cocktails, it would be nice to have a bit more choice of garnishes (and maybe tonics even) to accompany the gin list. We'll definitely be back :-)

Realy dissapointed today, took a friend that i hadn't seen since before lockdown, no garlic bread no belly pork and the Tapas portions were tiny, not value for money at all, 2 weeks ago when i went with family there was lots of food couldn't eat it all, the food both time was not hot enough either, plates need to be hot before food goes onto them!

Great evening chilling in Andalusian! Looking forward to trying the food at some point!

First time we had ever had food from here. Used to go to the bar often but never had the food. WHAT A MISTAKE. Absolutely fantastic. We had the tapas and it was fabulous. The beef was so soft, the chicken fell apart and the fish tacos were to die for. 100% will be booking a table once lockdown is lifted.

Just had a lovely takeaway with some lovely tapas dishes. Will defintely be ordering again
