Been going here for years. Not my favourite pub, but still very good with great food & service from friendly staff.👍

Lovely food. Lovely atmosphere 👌 😍.

Me, my son and my cousin went to the alt last weekend and were so happy with our experience. All staff were very polite and professional, food was gorgeous and piping hot. I even loved how the young lad who was serving was so helpful, nothing was an inconvenience. The cocktails that we had were lovely, made by a lady called Jacky with help from Gaynor. We love the alt and will definitely be back. Thank you

Leaving a review on here as me and my family spend a lot of time at this pub and find that it is a brilliant place to eat and drink. Food is always gorgeous. Service is always perfect and pub atmosphere is great. Lovely family friendly place with lots of friendly faces. Will always come here. It is a bonus that food is a bargain for quality aswell! 5+++ stars 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Visited Alt Park to use some promotions, excellent food, great staff, great drinks prices.

Went for a few drinks at the weekend with family and friends. Paul(manager) and all his staff were so warm and friendly. Great selection of drinks and lots of food choice. We had something to eat and it was delicious, all came out together and perfectly cooked. Lovely relaxed atmosphere too. We would definitely recommend the Alt park and will be returning soon!

Always a decent pint and the loyalty bonuses are really good, food always well presented and very nice. Staff are always welcoming, and helpful plus great atmoshere

Vile food and filthy pub need I say more... Got a stone cold pie with hard mash and peas and partner got mixed grill that a dog wouldn't of ate. Plates stuck to the table they were that filthy. Lady who served us was friendly though...

Paid 40 quid for my entire order. Burger didnt come with onion rings, Fries were cold, portion was so small its laughable. I could literally see the bottom of the container, which itself was a small box. The portion didn't even fill the box halfway. Would you really have to close shop if every fries order was filled to the top of a SMALL container? I can't speak to their service dining in but their food delivery is abysmal. Tell me does the food listing come close to the pictures? Really disappointed.

Stopped in for drink and some food following a walk. The service was impeccable from Paul and the team. Would highly recommend the Curry House Feast.

I booked a table at 4pm for 6:15pm hrough the website. When I arrived with my family to have out tea we were told that there were no tables. The bar staff said that the booking hadn't come through however I don't believe they even look at the bookings. Inside was chaotic and messy. They couldn't find a table for us and we had to go somewhere else. After seeing the state of inside I was relieved there were no tables for us.

We loved it here, great food, lovely staff and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit. We will definitely be returning here.

lovely day out. Kids had a ball with the Easter entertainment that was put on food was lovely, and even though is was really busy nothing was too much trouble,staff were really good even they were up dancing with the Easter bunny inbetween serving tables. we will defo be back.

Last minute decision to eat out with our two boys booking was easy used a special offer that was emailed to me, food was great staff helpful and friendly as always .

Good local for nearby punters, but wouldn't recommend it as a destination unless you're passing through. Make sure you download the app to get discounts and free drinks.

2 meals for £11 can't beat it. 4 of us all had the fish and chips. Piping hot, delicious crispy batter just enough chips. Service excellent

Good food great service amazing staff

Can people who leave this place please be mindful of their noise levels as they leave please. 3 nights on the bonce people have be loud and laughing. Not appreciated by people who want to get some shut eye. Local residents want to sleep in peace and not be disturbed by loud groups of people leaving a pub. Kindly shut up and go home quietly. Thanks.

The food was great, the staff was lovely (we felt sorry for a pregnant member of staff carrying out food for us) outside space was amazing however tables under the shelter could do with wiping. Otherwise great would recommend and definitely come back. Thank you

Came here for lunch with the sisters before visiting some relatives. Kind of usual pub fayre. I ordered the salad...not really expecting much cos in my experience pubs and salads do not mix...but was I mistaken, the salad was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back and I've told anyone who would listen about the food

Staff made us feel like they couldn't be bothered serving us, the food was only luke warm, we won't be returning here in a hurry, waited nearly and hour after our mains just for puddings that were ordered wen we ordered the mains

I often visit this pub with family. Staff are always polite and give good customer service. The food is always served well and cooked perfectly. It also always has clean tables, glasses, cutlery and toilets are well kept too. I look forward to my next visit here with family

When ya trying to order here you have the locals placing there orders over ya shoulder and the staff leave you standing there looking stupid . Staff were poor . Food wasn’t good at all . The grapes in Thornton is better

Came for Mothers day, staff were really friendly & helpful and service was great. Food was excellent and great value for money. Kids really enjoyed their meal and my husband said his mega mixed grill was the best one he has had for a while. Would highly recommend & we will definitely be back.

We like it: nice food. Just don't go there for a meal when Liverpool or Everton are playing: packed to the doors! Great crack, but the restaurant will be full.

Food was disgusting steak was asked to be medium it had clearly been lying part cooked consistent with liver texture totally rubbish food.

Meh not great, couldn't process the order from the gift card, paid by card, when we looked they had charged for both. Food wasn't the greatest either, staff where friendly though, would I go back? No probably not.
