Was at a function here, great staff great prices and easy parking. Also clean toilets

Staff friendly and helpful went out there way to do extra food for those who missed out when we called in on way back hame to annan after our bus trip with the commercial pub in annan have also been to party's there highly recommended ❤️

New to the area and given a very warm welcome. Lovely Inn that welcomes dogs and were kind enough to forgive my pup for preferring to be behind the bar rather than well behaved n sat in front! (Sorry!)

Went here for a wake after a funeral. Although I only drank soft drinks, the drinks were fairly well priced, and the staff were very friendly.

Was at funeral tea. Tea was lovely. No complaints Dont wish to say anymore

Was there for a hen do in small function room. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Our own buffet but no problem having food stored temporarily in cold area. Drinks prices very reasonable. Excellent venue.

Was over in Dumfries for a Celtic FC music event, nice little venue, nice pint of Tennants lager here.

Great wee pub, had a function there and they made home made soup, amazing, decant prices and the staff are helpful and friendly

I had a very enjoyable wedding buffet here. The staff were lovely. I would highly recommend it. The only downside I could find, was that the gents toilets didn't have locks on the cubicle doors. And sometimes a gent needs to go.

Nice friendly local pub. All the sports you need from horse racing to football. Bingo in the lounge Sunday afternoon Large hall for any function.

Great atmosphere friendly staff. Always feel welcome. Always have a great time. They put on really good party's.

For parties the hall is a decent size, nicely decorated and the drink is inexpensive. From the outside it does not look appealing, basically a sandstone barn with a glazed porch and fronted with a tarmac parking area with no features. Don't let that put you off though. The public bar area is quite small but it feels like a proper pub and has character.
