Ordered food, paid and never turned up, went to the shop it was closed. Called and now they are saying to get a refund via the website, no option for this anywhere on the site the shop saying they never received the order and nothing they can do.

Be careful when ordering online. We ordered food to collect, the order was accepted and our payment was taken. When we went to collect the food, the place was closed. We called the next day and were told we could only get a refund through the ordering site, but the site says this isn't possible. The restaurant also won't make the food for us again now, so they just have our money.

I order chicken rice . Is came with chicken with oil . Tast is horrible. Definitely not recommended

First time visiting and will definitely be back. Late lunch .... so scrummy! Tried the Chicken Phad Ka Prow and rice with a fried egg on top 😋 Freshly cooked with a good kick of spice.

Cozy small eat in and take away Thai shop. Reasonable price and food selection. Portions mid to small. Taste authentic Thai style! Nice chef and good attitude. Can eat in (6-8 seats) and take out. Parking space just around the corner.

Been here plenty of times I tend to order something new everything and never disappointed. Love the options and healthy food meals. Not too heavy after eating which i love. Not a bad price for 2 either only problem is parking but food is very nice and fresh

I’m Thai travelling to Manchester and been searching for a local looking Thai place and this place didn’t disappointed me! If you want real Thai taste, do come here!

Food is good but the portion is a bit too small.

Came here because of all the great reviews here on Google, but was a bit disappointed as the taste was underwhelming and the portions were quite small. The Gaeng Massaman was way too watery and bland. The pork was also slightly under-seasoned and too chewy. The Phad Thai was okay, though there was too much sauce and it was overly sweet. The texture of the rice noodles was a bit too hard and chewy, leaning on the undercooked side. The flavour of the Kual Tiew Num Tok was quite good, but again, the noodles were a bit too hard. The Thai milk tea was not bad, but I expected the tea to be more heavily spiced. The owner was friendly and overall the place gave a warm family vibe, but I’m not sure if I’d come back when there are better options of Thai food in town.

Ate there last week and had the worst pad thai ever, and experienced the strangest staff behaviour. I asked to eat outside and there was a male rolling a joint on the table next to me. It turned out to be their delivery driver enjoying a meal with another staff member and smoked it outside the place in the meantime. My food arrived in 3 minutes, sauce was extremely sweet and watery, chicken and noodles tasted like if we're boiled. It tasted like microwaved... I was very surprised as had there a curry last year and it was bang on - one of the best I had. Maybe owner's changed since then? Three staff members were playing loud music on a speaker outside and seemed to be on something stronger than weed.

The place should be called that is not Thai! I rarely give only 1 star but the fact that I can make better Thai myself buying the ingredients from Sainsburys just says it all. The curry sauce was too watery and lacked immensly in flavour.I officially declare this as the worse Thai food I had in the UK.

Ordered the Tempura Prawns and Chicken Pad Thai. Problem with the chicken pad Thai which o didn’t want to make a big deal out of in front of other customers, however it was quickly rectified with a fresh pad Thai with added extras. Lovely food and great staff! Will be back 😃

Tucked away this place is more takeaway but they do have sone stools for a few sit in customers. I had some Tom yum soup which came with a bowl of rice. It was delicious. It’s an. Unlikely find really but I was staying at the travel lodge and needed sone quick food before a gig. Really glad I called in!

Went to this cute little place lunchtime 16 June. It’s tucked away down a side street … it was doing a great trade with local business people and office workers coming here for lunch. I had fish cakes and chicken with rice. Totally authentic Thai cuisine cooked by Thai chefs. They have a small eat in area which was super clean. Highly recommended, and can’t wait to come back again.

Just saw one of the workers go outside and pee in the bushes and then went back straight to work without washing his hands 🤢 AVOID

Loved it. After wanting to visit for many years, myself and my friend were not disappointed. Tasty food, good portions and an authentic vibe. Well liked by locals as when arriving its was jam packed!

Pretty remote but a nice pit stop from Rock Over Climbing to town! Some of the best Thai food I've found in Manchester and very affordable too. The staff were super kind and it felt like being transported a bit to SE Asia inside the shop! Would highly recommend

What a brilliant little Manchester Thai find. Tucked well away between the MEN arena and the prison, it's tricky to locate but really worth it. Fresh, generous, authentic helpings of rice and noodle dishes, salads and soups. Stunningly low prices and warm and helpful staff. It's a small counter service, rough and ready but very clean and welcoming, no booze. But an excellent alternative to boring highstreet chains and a clever little secret you can show off with in the area. Absolutely SOUP HERB

Love this place, nice friendly staff, open kitchen, and the food is Aroi Makmak (very tasty). Extensive menu, and also offered to cook anything on request if you can't find it on the menu 👌

Honestly the best food in Manny. Not even a debate. Service is top class as well, the owner and chef are incredibly nice and friendly. I ordered Gaeng Massaman which was one of their recommendations and it was obviously much better than I expected. Will definitely come again.

Glad to find Thai street food in Manchester. Pad Thai is a bit too sweet (maybe a bit to much sweet chili sauce) or too strong flavoured for Chinese. However, I still enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pad Thai with prawns or beef: £8, with chicken or pork £7.5

Not bad, but not good either. Generally things seemed a little undercooked - possibly they need to economise due to rocketing energy costs; I can't really blame them for that. Next time (and I hope there will be a next time) we will add some water to the rice and put it in the microwave. The green curry was disappointing - very, very salty. The menu promised "basil leaves", but if there was any basil there, I couldn't find it. The gai pad was better - quite tasty. I wouldn't want anything hotter (spice-wise) but, as the menu included chili oil, that isn't a complaint. I also liked that it was possible to order on-line, and there were photos and descriptions of the dishes on the website, though I have to say our green curry didn't look much like the photo.

I don't think I'll ever have a nicer Phad Thai. Wow 10/10

Super tasty for boat noodle and salt & pepper chicken wings, boat noodle has the traditional taste you can eat in Thailand, chicken wings a bit dry but still tasty.

I quite often nip in here for a bowl of noodles. I always order a number 9 with chicken from the menu. I don't know what it is, but it's a gingery, spicy, soup noodle dish with chicken and these little crunchy bits on the top. It's always so tasty. The ladies who work here are so lovely. It's often very busy, and you have to wait for your food, but it's worth the wait. I've never ordered take away from here, I always just sit up at the counter and eat. Good value, best Thai food I've had outside of Bankok.

freezing cold food, driver waited outside for 16 minutes supposedly and didn't call me or even attempt to deliver but that's my fault supposedly so they wont resend hot food or refund / compensate? good way to win repeat business.

Had a disappointing Pad Thai for takeaway. There was a lot of sweet chilli sauce which pooled at the bottom of the foil tray and this completely overpowered any sort of subtle flavours or fragrances you would normally enjoy with Thai food and left the flat noodles soggy. The ingredients seemed quite limited too: there were a lot of bean sprouts but no crushed peanuts, and I couldn't taste any lime. Perhaps they had ran out?

HIDDEN GEM!! After living in Thailand for a few years I was really missing Thai food. Their food transported me back to Bangkok! Great food portions and prices, plus they are on Just Eat. I suggest you go to the restaurant for the full experience, the owner is so lovely! I recommend the Laab Moo.

Brown noodle soup was so tasty really soft pork, nice and hot papaya salad refreshing with the mains. need to try more of the menu they cook special requests so shall be back to try khao soi!

We were recommended here by few people but I'm afraid we were left disappointed. We ordered Phad Ka Prow (£6.50) and Phad Thai (£6.50). The flavours were overpowering and out of balance. Phad Ka Prow was just spicy because we requested extra hot which stripped off the garlic and basil flavours whilst Phad Thai was sickly sweet and was in a thick soup base. We've always known Phad Thai as a dry stir-fried dish so the excess super sweet sauce spoilt it for us. The price is reasonable but not for the portion that came with it too. They were small. It is a popular place despite the location being out of nowhere. It got busier during lunch hour. The service was really good and friendly. However, in my opinion, the food is more suitable to Westerners/ British taste than Asians.

Food was cold and I needed to reheat the food! Very small portion for the price. We ordered red Thai curry... and what we received was not red Thai curry. It was basically soup......... rice was ice cold and the box wasn't even filled....

This is such a lovely hidden gem, next to a garage on the back of the Arena and close to Strangeways, it's certainly off the beaten track. Nowadays you can only takeaway but it is so worth it! These beautiful and simply lovely Thai ladies cook everything fresh in front of you, wearing the biggest smiles. The flavours are just amazing, my favourite is the Mussaman curry but there's a big selection of authentic Thai dishes to choose from. Prices are super reasonable too. I have been unable to take pictures of the food because by the time I remember I'm halfway through eating the food. So take my word, just go find them and try delicious Thai food for a very reasonable price. You won't regret it!

Im not sure if the reviews are from friends and family but this is honestly the worst ever thai ive eaten, i will never order again. The curry was extremely watery with barely any meat, the rice was so tiny even my 11month old would want more. We had to chuck most of the food down the toilet. Total disappointment

Ordered take away home delivery. Food arrived on time , however, food was ice cold, needed reheating, very small portions and wrong order. Steamed rice instead of jasmine rice. Thai curry was watery , no flavour just very spicy, ended up in the bin. Paid £18 with delivery charge and not even ate it. Will never order from them again. Not recommended unless you want to waste your money

Only discovered That’s Thai recently on Uber Eats - it’s amazing!! The food is superb so fresh and tasty. Our new favourite - highly recommended! 👍👍

I had heard about this place, specifically as a takeaway, but I believe and the Thai lady cooking confirmed it was a restaurant as well. Although it was closed tonight. I didn’t get to see it but can only imagine it’s a proper Thai style type place. Decor wise I mean. Anyway I checked the menu out and was surprised how organised it was it was very easy to read and easy to choose it has all the favourites on there and a few I’d never tried. I went for an old favourite of mine fried noodles with chicken , ordered as takeaway. The lady did say she would set a table for me outside which was nice of her. I declined just because it was a little late in the evening and a bit cool, preferred really just to take home. While it was being cooked the phone never stopped , must have been orders coming in. I had to wait around 10 minutes for mine, but during that time I had a good chat with the owner, she’s a respectable and what seemed like a confident cook. Please give this place a try, mine was excellent full of flavour, slightly different style than Bangkok or the northern provinces but still really good. The place seemed clean although chaotic at times, I wasn’t there long enough to comment more. All I can say is and based on my short experience , give it a go £6.50 for my dish and it was massive. I didn’t actually eat it all . Definitely restaurant quality food at takeaway prices. Once they reopen the place 100 % I’ll be going back with friends. Good luck to the girls, looked like they were working non stop. Well done!

I have 4 because I really want someone to explain to me what is on the menu and what I’m ordering is correct Every time I go here I have enough extra rice and wrong dishes to feed myself 10 times over Please educate and inform us.

I placed an order through just eat it was on time and tasted great and when I called the restaurant to express preferences for the order I found them very helpful and understanding.

Terrible! The tom yum had no galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime, mushrooms, or any of the authentic Thai flavors, and was weirdly sweet, it also had tofu in it rather than the chicken which we had ordered, on top of that they had ramdonly added coconut milk to it, which proceeded to split Furthermore it had random slices of raw red onion and sugar added. The beef salad had 27g of beef in it (we weighed it). The pah thai was beyond disgusting! I had to throw it away and cook a simple stir fry instead. Unbelievably bad food. The frozen (bought in spring rolls) were ok, but I could have just popped to the shop for them rather than spending 30 quid. Avoid at all costs. The plain boiled rice was up to scratch to be fair.

Would not recommend. Delivery was quick, arrived fifteen minutes earlier than expected but the food itself was bordering on inedible. Curry was tasteless and watery, completely bland. Pad Thai (normally a dish I absolutely love!) had no flavour either and was just overpowering with grease. Spring rolls were fine but nothing special (at least edible!). On the whole completely disappointed, especially considering all the rave reviews. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say we just had a bad batch. But unfortunately I won't be going back any time soon.

Can I just say, although was an hours wait for food, we were thoroughly delighted by the food that arrived! It was hot and absolutely delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed the flavour sensations! Well done that's thai, and thank for remaining in touch during the wait!
