I didn’t receive an item and was refused a refund?

Driver was late, checked my phone to find missed calls. Called the number back and had no answer. Called the resturant and they said the driver had been knocking at our front door (We have a ring door bell) Nobody had been knocking at our front door. Food was then delivered 30mins later (1hour 30mins in total) - Freezing cold! No apologies or refund.

I ordered the vegetable pizza which was advertised as sauteed vegetables. Whe I received it ,it only had a few bits of onion and mushroom. When I complained he said this was all they had vegetable wise. As for the meatballs in sauce, Dolmio do a better tomato sauce. The meatballs themselves tasted like a McDonald's burger. Don't waste your money.

Delay in delivery, from order to delivery ~60 min. Kitchen run out of artichokes, just a handwritten note on the pizza box. Payed the full price, other toppings weren't stocked up as compensation.

My daughter had the Salmon and I tried some. It was delicious. I had the meatball pasta which contained 4 small meatballs. I was disappointed. I didn’t expect the chips and the few I had were tasty. The dessert was nice too. The whole meal was very hot which was impressive.

Be careful ordering from these people. Although their own website shows our address is well within their ordering distance and they took our order (and money), we received a text to say the order has been cancelled because we are too far away. The chap on the phone was not at all helpful and confirmed they will keep our money for the best part of a week and doesn't see any problem with that. Apparently they have the means to immediately take payment but lack the means to return that money when they can't be bothered to complete the order.

Loved the food, salmon pasta super yummy as always! This time around took chicken strips as well but they were a bit dry, however with a dippy sauce they were alright! Thank you 🙏

Poor service no change for cash delivery. Items missing and neither food hub Amore interested. Seemed to think l was after full refund but just a bit of customer service would have been nice. Wont be using them again

Awful . Got cold pizzas over half an hour late. My Diavola came with a note saying they had run out of Pepperoni which left me with 4 slices of chilli as result. We have been customers of this take away and their Restaurant for a number of years but won’t be returning. On calling them no apology - just told to speak to Foodhub. Terrible service.

Food was late had to call told it would be 10 minutes but was longer. When delivered food was spilt everywhere all through the bag. Food bland. Garlic bread not cut. Just disgusting won’t be returning.

Carbonara was delicious lasagne was very poor could only taste tomato and had abiy of chewy cheese. Garlic bread cold and chewy.

Wrong pasta was sent in two of the pasta dishes. Some of the pasta dishes were under cooked so still a bit hard. Garlic bread, fries, chicken strips and calamari was cold when arrived. All in all not happy. Won’t order again to be honest

Garlic bread was nice, pasta was watery and bland, the dessert I wanted was out of stock the restaurant rang and told me so I had to choose something else which wasn’t my cup of tea. The chips were good and my can is missing, the restaurant is shut now so could not ring to complain. I usually love that’s Amore but really disappointed this time:(

The pizza lacked toppings and flavour, the toppings were too far from the edge but, the base was ok. The gnocchi was stodgy.

All the food was stone cold. 😔 There were hardly any toppings on the pizza! Maybe 8 anchovies. I added more. I've also never had a pizza without cheese. 🤷‍♀️ I didn't deal with the restaurant so I can't really rate it. I put 6 stars because I had to put something.

Wow. £13 for gorgeous pasta, massive garlic bread, generous portion of chips and a can of pop all arrived quickly piping hot and tasted fresh. Can’t beat that kind of value. We will be back!

The food was delivered early and was absolutely delicious. Had a mix of pasta, pizza and sides and all of them were fab. Value for money was good too, so much food in the meal deal. Will definitely order from again.

Very poor stick to domino’s, margarita is like a tomato garlic bread, chicken strips taste like left overs. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

The garlic bread was cold and the pizza lukewarm. Once we had reheated it in the oven it tasted much better but we were expecting the food to be hot on delivery.

Busy Saturday with lights switch on, food took 1 hr 40 mins, but lovely girl driver apologised so all good. Garlic bread was great, but pizza wasn’t great… nice base, but no cheese on one and the other was patchy. Food cold, would’ve heated but starving due to long wait. Had the potential to be amazing but just missed the mark. Will try again on a quieter night. Thank you.

Amazing food as always and quick delivery!

Order a number of times due to living in Lytham over the last 3 years. Diavola pizza. Cheap sausage used tonight. More like very thin sliced Chorizo. Very greasy and oily. Calamari cold and tough. Chicken strips cheap quality, cold and tough to eat resulting in being thrown in the bin. I hope not a sign of the times but not worth the money tonight. Rang up to make a complaint and didn’t ask for a refund due to being local, but I was informed that the ingredients had not changed, but they clearly had. Disappointed.

Just received a order from here which usually we are looking forward to. This time it was awful! The bruschetta was soggy and smelt musty. Both pasta dishes had under cooked pasta and a sauce that tasted processed, never to mind the horrible after taste. Grissly Pancetta, bland this dish was just smothered in black pepper to try and give it some flavour. Had to bin it as was soo bad! Will not be returning…

Our first time ordering from That's Amore and I'm sad to say it wasn't an experience I'd rush to repeat. Pizza was fine, so if that's all you're going for, great. Breaded mozarella was a joke. It was just the tiniest slice of mozarella in two large pieces of deep fried bread. Very poor. Chicken dry. Best thing about the order was the chips!

Chicken strips were super dry over cooked and the garlic bread was over cooked, the napoli pizza was nice.

I often order take away from That’s Amore as the quality has always been consistent but after last night I have to say I don’t think I’ll be using again. I understand it was a busy Friday night but the food was inedible. Both our pizzas were barely cooked, no cheese was on either pizza and the chicken on my Pollo tasted odd. They were also bland with no flavour. Really disappointed

Ordered £53 worth of food and the best thing was the chips for £2.60 garlic bread was nice, pizzas were okay but tough base and spaghetti was hard Bolognaise sauce was really good tho which was a shame overall expected alot more from here

I have been in Lytham for 6 months and tried many of the local delivery options, with disappointing results - curries under an inch of grease, dry and industrial Chinese food, cheap gristly meat burgers, oversweet desserts - and finally with this pizzeria a wonderful experience happened! The pizzas are authentic, more Roman than Neapolitan in style, tasty and piping hot! The appetizers were blah but what a pizza! Super tasty tomato sauce and perfect thin crust.

Food tasted good but needed heating up dispite the take away being only 5 minutes away. Ordered and paid for a piri piri dip, but didn't get it.
