That Bar in Perth & Kinross

Excellent bar with friendly funny staff. Great to watch the world go by. Good situation,great choice of drinks and all in an extremely relaxing atmosphere. Nothing too much for this team . Well done

Just home from a fantastic weekend in Perth and cannot praise That Bar enough, the staff were amazing very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely as were the Cocktails, definitely be going back x

Great spot for a nice drink, lots of drinks on the menu and amazing frozen cocktails! The staff were lovely and lots of seating. Plus very central, great palace to visit!

A first weekend break in Perth for us under strict restrictions due to covid. Came across That Bar and so glad we did. Full to outside capacity on our arrival but promised a table within 15 minutes if we returned later which we did. Table ready for us on our arrival and table service prompt. Greeted with very courteous and very friendly staff. The bar has outdoor heaters but due to the slightly milder weather that night, wasnt needed. My partner is what we call in Scotland “a cal fish” so was offered a warm blanket (which he wanted to take home) and a hot water bottle. He was delighted to accept! 🙄😂 Great banter with the staff and despite all of todays restrictions, the place had a really good vibe. Look forward to returning when covid is long gone and we can enjoy the comforts of indoors or might even give the nightclub upstairs a wee visit 😊 Its really difficult times for Hospitality right now, indeed for us all but a huge Well Done to Craig and his amazing staff at That Bar for keeping it going for the people of Perth and beyond. Will definitely pay a visit next time im in Perth 👌🏼 xxx

My wife and myself arrived from Inverness for a couple of days .We stumbled across That Bar in the afternoon and had a lovely cool beer after being greeted by a very friendly manager .We returned in the evening and again greeted by a friendly staff member .A young lassie asked if we wanted food and it was sooooo good , pity this Bar is not up in Inverness .Keep up the great food and friendly service guys .Many thanks from the couple from Inverness .

We purchased tickets for Hogmanay party, we were hugely disappointed as it was aimed at teenagers and early twenties. Being a Hogmanay party, it would have been expected to cater for ALL ages. We are only in late thirties and early forties. The music was again catering for teenagers! Was utterly disappointed at the fact there was NO count down to bring in the new year. They did attempt very poor pipe playing 10 mins late! Would not recommend this venue!

Said on the Facebook and website it was open until 2am. We went in and paid £2 entry and once inside were told rudely at the bar we only had 30 minutes until they close an hour early....nobody warned us of this when paying entry. Staff rude, drinks pricey. Wouldn't bother.

Good looking bar indoors and out. Most of staff friendly some need an attitude adjustment. One thing they shouldn’t do is cocktails. If you looking for a cocktail in Perth there better Venues that know how to make them. It’s not the Venue for these. They are overpriced and don’t taste anything you would expect or look. If you see attached pictures one was supposed to be a cosmopolitan and the other a pornstar martini. The Prosecco shot was put in the glass and no passion fruit to be seen. You also got to watch who is service you. The prices vary from one server to the next. They do have a good selection of other drinks but again they can’t go wrong it’s out a bottle or on tap. Overpriced for what you get

That bar has plainly had money spent on it. Unfortunately the attitude to cocktails let’s it down. I was very disappointed to be told that “cocktails are pre mixed to save time”. Firstly none of the actual staff have “pre mixed” anything. All cocktails come out of a bag the company have bought in. For six quid I would like someone to actually make the cocktail, the Long Island ice tea I e fed up with was barely worth 50p!!

Only had drinks but very overpriced, asked for 2 Gin and Mix and 2 Jeagerbombs - £29.00! when I asked why so much barmaid stated she had given us double gins (without asking) and it was dearer on a Sunday because a concert had been on ?! Same round later with only singles was £16 - maths isn't a strong point in this bar! Toilets were awful as well and need a good renovation, shame as it has the potential to be a good bar.

We are a sixty two year old couple walking into a bar aimed the younger people of Perth. We were made to feel welcome by both staff and patrons. The quiz night was super especially as we won £50 the locals cheered as much for us as they would have for one of the regulars. Pub has a good selection of beers and is not over priced. Furniture is a mixture of plastic chairs and very comfy arm chairs and sofas. Next time we are in Perth will certainly revisit That Bar

My friend and I came here on a Saturday night for a few drinks. Trendy bar, spacious, outdoor seating and easy to get served as there was plenty staff on. Pleasant surrounds and excellent music. Would return and its centrally located in Perth's main Street.

Stopped in for lunch as a couple. Nice and helpful staff. Very poor choice from the menu. Food was not good. Sorry, but we wont be back anytime soon.

Went in here on a Saturday afternoon, then we went shopping and eating. We returned later in the evening as we had such a good time. Beers are reasonably priced and staff very nice. They have a club that opens above the Bar later at night which loads of folk were going to but we left at 12 as it was a long day. Met some really nice friendly people, Including the Swedish Junior Curling Team.

We spent the evening drinking in That Bar. It was the best we found, but we didn't look any further after finding it. A comfy and fashionable interior with a great drinks list. It wasn't too busy, so getting served was easy, and always a bonus. A DJ came on later on and played good, modern music. I have no idea why it wasn't crowded. A good night out for a younger crowd but the clientele covered all ages.

Visited That Bar on a couple of occasions during our 2 night stay in Perth. Its warm friendly atmosphere is great and the staff are welcoming chatty and helpful. Any time we are back in Perth we shall make the bar a must place too...
