Thai Tiger in Greenwich

First time trying Thai Tiger and we will 100% be back! The food was wonderful and tasty, specia mention for the Panang curry, weeping tiger steak, the pad kee now and also chilli beef. It was all so flavoursome and very reasonable. The restaurant was sadly empty when we were there but I have no idea why as the place is a hidden gem!

Without a doubt the worst Thai meal I have ever had. Tiger prawns to start that were greasy and disgusting. The sticky rice was a solid block that even with a sauce didn’t soften. The curry I got was tasteless and overcooked. I can cook Thai food better than this. Absolutely disgusting I had to throw in the bin. NEVER AGAIN!

Very good quality Thai food prepared fresh on order. We arrived late but were welcomed and served at late notice. Really enjoyed every dish and would definitely recommend even though there is a lot of competition on the high street.

Really good value selection of classic Thai dishes, served quickly and in a comfortable setting - been many times including today, having a variety of dishes on the menu, and never been disappionted. Consistently better than a lot of more expensive options in and around Greenwich. Would definitely reccomend, including sitting though it's rarely too busy. Staff are always very polite and helpful too. Have a good Singha lagar on tap.

Thai Pubs are always a great place for traditional authentic Thai cooking, especially if the cooks are Thai Judging by the starters, it was a good sign of things to come The Fishcakes were soooo flavourful and the dipping sauce was on point In general the mains were decent, but what prevents this place from getting four or more stars in this review is that you feel they have had to tone down the spiciness to cater for a more delicate clientele Tom Yum soup should really be blowing our heads off The beef noodle soup went down well though, as did the duck red curry

I had a deliver of food from this place because of the reviews . It was dreadful tasteless and expensive . We actually did not eat it !!!! I cannot understand the glowing reviews when they are so removed from the reality

We have been here twice before - price was good, food was good and service was good We returned on Monday evening and were disappointed beyond belief How any can ruin a simple dish like Chicken Pad Thai is beyond comprehension- but RUIN IT they did! The presentation and taste could have been a boil in the bag - and then doused in Sweet Chilli sauce. To add insult to injury, we very politely expressed our disappointment and were astounded when we were still presented with the bill - despite having eaten only a couple of mouthfuls We will never ever set foot in there again - and neither should you

I booked this place for convenience to where we are staying, and am very happy that I did! Great service from when we walked in, and the food was very quickly brought out! Very tasty dinner - I had the panang curry which was delicious, my had king prawns - they were more like lobsters, and my dad had massaman lamb shank which was gorgeous - all very stuffed and very happy!!

Orde courvoisier brandy for 24 pound for two in Greenwich which is not fair price and had double whiskey next to that pub for 10 pound. They just robbing customers for nothing

Great staff, really friendly and welcoming but the food let it down. We had soup and a mixed starter for 2 intending to order more food but it was really not great. Mixed starter had burnt prawn toast, chicken wings that looked like they’d been cooked previously, stored and deep fried again and also burnt and very dried out. Prawn in batter was nice and chicken satay wasn’t bad. Corn fritters were burnt and didn’t seem very fresh. Service was great though which is a shame as we won’t return due to the poor food quality.

Lovely food large king prawns got two. Jasmin rice did taste more like pilau rice. As a chef I should know the difference, but enjoyed the meal and squid.

So far the most horrible experience I ever had with food. The food is of the lowest quality, it almost feels that it has been stored for ages, microwaved several times. Who knows what else!? the chicken wings were plain, did not have any flavour! Can you imagine eating chicken wings and no flavour! Well, it is possible in this place. If you like lowest quality food, then, this is your place. Disgusting. I wouldnd I avoid it at any cost. Oh, and dont bother to call regarding adding or changing anything, they will say the driver left (this was within two minutes of ordering via Deliveroo)

Avoid! All of the food is microwaved. The fish cakes were so rubbery and dried up they were inedible. Noodles came out of the container in one big, greasy clump. Food was lukewarm. I can honestly say it was the worst takeaway I’ve ever eaten and I’m not a fussy eater. Absolutely revolting.
