Gurkha Club in Greenwich

Really disappointed here. Food is somewhat good (MOMOS) but the service needs improvement. Lack of staff, no care and had to wait over a full hour for food to arrive. The atmosphere was messy and the tables were extremely dirty! I feel disheartened here and AVOID this restaurant, instead go to restaurants in Woolwich.

Resturant like only for drinks. we order jhol momo steam momo and chowmein. jhol momo like veg thukpa to much veg(carrot) service like slow . I prefer restaurant to focus more authentic taste.

Delicious food. Tasty. Good staff. Clean toilet too.

Tasty Nepalese food most recommended Newari set, haans Choila

Very delicious food and very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Sukuti Chatpate and Chicken Chowmein was one of the best I have tasted amongst nepali restaurants. 100% recommend if you like those foods, come here !

Good food by chef, good service by young man. If you want to have quality and tasty food it's the right place.

The staff who was there in the dining area was okay with customer service. Not very friendly. I always expect a very friendly approach from the staff who deals with customers in a restaurant environment. Customers have to go through the food preparation area to go to the toilet. The staffs, who work in the food preparation area, don't have smile in their faces. I visited this restaurant five (5) years ago as well. The dining area stays the same. There is not enough lighting and brightness in the dining area. Even though the foods are freshly prepared, there aren't enough variety of foods. I have been to many Nepali restaurants and had Mutton curry with Naans. But, this restaurant doesn't have Naans in their menu. That disappointed me.

No respect for the customer time. Ordered just one plate of momo and couldn’t even get after 1 hour so had to eventually leave without any food. Imagine waiting at the tablel for one hour and you don’t even get served tap water you asked for. Used to go there a lot but it was an upset today👎

This place is full of hijackers.don’t ever forget your personal things while you visit their cause the people working there will claim it’s theirs.in small thing like umbrella they claimed mine one as theirs imagine if you leave your phone or your wallet.it’s a nightmare.

There was only 9 peace of momo but in other shops they always give me 10 and the service was late.

Proper food/place/people. Great, well-cooked, honest food. A well-priced drinks list mean that you can actually enjoy a drink with your food. Lovely service. Left alone to do your thing. My kind of place.

All good but need little bit improve in all parts like food quality, service and the stuff in which we served food as it look like not washed properly.

The BEST Nepalese I have ever had. It is so delicious, inexpensive, fresh and so many complex flavours. We will be coming back again soon but maybe not ordering quite so much food next time!! So full

Every dish we ordered here was absolutely delicious, in particular the chicken fry, aloo sadeko and sukuti chow mein. We have tried many different Nepalese places in the area and found this to be one of the best. Absolutely would come back again. The only negative was that the front door wouldn’t stay shut so we were very cold the entire meal, however the food definitely made up for it!

Great place to visit which has great authentic Nepalese taste and worth it because the price is so reasonable and everything is so fresh. I’d highly recommend everyone to visit this place and enjoy their food. I bet u will find yourself in Nepal not in London. Thank you very much. I’ll definitely visit again and again.

Been there after so long time. May be after almost 3 yrs. Last time visited was🤔, I think January 2019. Just Before COVID-19 started. Been there with my brother. Found the foods even more tastier than before. That Could be the result of long gap, may be!! But ,honestly, the taste, the portion & the price..nobody can beat it. Even I live far, I would definitely love to go there again & again to give a true authentic nepalese taste to my foody tounge. And highly recommend to my nepalese circle to try once, at least. Hope, they keep this nepalese authenticity forever..🙏🙏🙏

We had sekuwa, choila newari set momo etc. All brilliant just the chicken momo can be better. Overall great food n service. Can not fault it. Going back again.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!! We got hair in the dishes ,,,,, they didn't even gave us any complimentary food just because they have lots of staff working !!! Worst!! Other options are best than this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery - really good Nepalese food.

If you are missing Nepalese and newari food, just go to Gorkhali Club. Chicken and pork momos are super delicious which you can wash down with Cobra beer. Khaja set of bara, anda, mutton, chiura and aloo achar is pretty close to what you get in KTM. Haven’t tried the other Nepali restaurants but this one was too noted. And spice level to what we eat back home. Recommended.

Great traditional Nepali food. Small but smart.

Small Nepalese restaurant in a nook of the city,where they serve freshly made,juicy momos. The service however was extremely slow and I wasn’t very impressed with the sauce served with the momos. But,it was overall quite a great deal for the money you pay. Highly recommended place to anyone trying to find momos in London 😀
