We ordered our drinks and food together, nothing complicated (Pad Thai). Drinks came quickly as you'd expect with onlyn2 oth customers in at Lunchtime. I ordered a 2nd bottle of beer after 25-30 minutes of waiting for our food, hoping it would arrive soon. After 50 minutes of waiting I asked the server who came back and offered a low key apology while stating he hadn't put the order through. We decided to ask for the bill and leave. Adding insult to injury the venue still wanted to charge for the three drinks and added the service charge! They removed the service charge at my request Disappointing and not greatly handled.

We are there at tea time, I see people are eating good smell and looking delicious dish but the kitchen is off unfortunately. Still, we ordered drinks, it is really authentic & tasty thai milk tea. However, the service is really bad. The waitress even dont want people to stay to have drink, my table and the other table are waiting drinks for a bit long. Also, it got small rain but the staff had no intention to open the huge umbrella for the table outside...

The location the driver was sent to was just beyond where we were, so the delivery was a little late but the food was delicious, satisfying and encouraged me to order again.

What a little find! When I say “little” I’m not exaggerating, this place is small but the flavours are mighty. My fella and I have eaten here several times over the last couple of months and neither of us have been disappointed. He raved about the lamb red curry (penaeng I think?) and I can’t see past the vegetable red curry, in fact my mouth just watered remembering it. They have a selection of decent wines too. As someone who has visited Thailand a fair few times it is lovely when you find somewhere that captures the authenticity of the cuisine they are representing. This place does it in spades

Uno dei thai migliori che abbia mai mangiato in giro per il mondo. Prezzi onesti, giusti ingredienti e bei piatti! Un pizzico di piccante nei piatti c’è come da tradizione ma super mangiabili anche da chi non ama il piccante

We were in London for the weekend cycling around and fancied something a bit different to eat. We found the Thai Rice and as there were only 2 tables outside, decided to order take away and take it back to eat. A table quickly became available however so we stayed to eat. Service was great and we all had a meal that we loved - curries and coconut rice and a stir fry. A mocktail and a thai iced tea was lovely on a warm evening before we cycled back. We'll go out of our way to visit again!

Che dire di più maleducati e bugiardi oltreche zozzi ed inconpetenti NON ENTRATE addirittura negando dopo quello che prima avevano sssicurato non ci fosse, si parla di zuppa piccante fatta passare per neutra e servita ad una persona che si era dichiarata allergica al piccante.

We visited Thai Rice mid afternoon, as a break from shopping in Portobello Road. Situated at the Golborne Market end of Portobello Road, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The front of the restaurant opens up so that on a warm day you can either sit at a table outside, or inside with plenty of fresh air.The food was amazing,Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Depende de lo que pida usted puede tener variadas críticas pero pedí el cordero con arroz y era preciosa. Las alas de pollo aquí también son buenas. Lo único malo es el servicio, tuve que recordar unas cuantas veces para mi bebida y mi comida tardó un rato para salir.

He tenido lo que yo considero como muy buena comida tailandesa aquí (trabajé en Tailandia). Hacen lo mejor que aquí, aunque no siempre tener los ingredientes claves. Somthun era fresca y abundante y sabroso, así como que he tenido en Tailandia. Sin embargo, no recibes mucho verde de mango. Cerdo y pato larbs también eran excelentes, auténticos sabores deliciosos y también abundante. . . . Buena relación calidad-precio. He tenido muy buena Pad Krapow, pero en la última visita de este plato era pobre y parecía prisa. Si bien en el Kho Sann comimos pero no Road en Londres. En general me gusta este restaurante.

La comida aquí son reales y comida tailandesa. En general están muy fuertes. He pedido Naam Tok sin fideos. Sabor era muy salada.

Mi sono recata in questo ristorante assieme alla mia famiglia di domenica sera. Erano le 21.30 prima di entrare abbiamo chiesto se stavano chiudendo e ci hanno risposto che era aperto e quindi potevano mangiare tranquillamente. Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo ordinato. La frittura era molto unta, ma a parte questo il cibo buono. La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata gentile mentre appena finito di mangiare il cameriere ci ha portato il conto senza nemmeno che glielo avessimo chiesto (magari avremmo potuto anche ordinare altro). Quando ha portato i nostri soldi alla cassiera per poi portarci il resto, lei gli ha chiesto "ma non volevano il caffè?" E lui ha risposto "non mi interessa, dammi il resto che voglio andare a casa". Ovviamente tutto in inglese pensando che noi non capissimo! Peccato per questo comportamento perché il cibo non era male, ma se mai dovessi tornare a Portobello quel ristorante mi vedrà solo in lontananza!

We came for a family meal and had lovely food. All really tasty, if a little salty, but delicious nevertheless. Only thing that let them down was the service.

Food is as good as you get it for this price. Quite original flavours, nothing too special though. Had a green curry and fish cakes.

Went there for late lunch great Thai food very authentic. Recommend chargrilled chicken set that came with papaya salad and the boat noodle.

Ordered a takeaway from here: Red Curry and the container it came in was full of red oil. Not appetising...

Recomendado por un amigo. Decidimos darle una oportunidad. No me decepcionó! ! ! Siendo un Tailandés por lo que tenía muchas expectativas para cualquier "restaurantes tailandeses". Habiendo cenado en muchos en Londres, me dejó un montón de underwhelm ellos.

La comida es fresca y sabrosa, pero en una ciudad activa, con buenos restaurantes, uno también es importante. Mi familia estaba dejando a la mañana siguiente y nos encontramos con este pequeño lugar tailandés cerca de nuestro piso. Decidimos tomar distancia y después de pagar, la cajera nos dijo que ella lo femenino preparar nuestra seguridad. No fue cómo los clientes que pagamos por estar en trataron. Ellos fueron autorizados a preparar sus propios platos. Uno sólo puede suponen que los clientes han tenido pasado tome demasiada comida en el buffet y este es su recurso. Ni idea - Su seguridad es sólo tan grande y la impresión es mala educación. Cuando comencé a preguntar por qué no podría preparar mi propia comida - Cajero dijo "La Próxima, por favor. "Si esta es la forma en que tratan a los clientes, que no volvería. Si me tratan de forma grosera, que no me interesa, no importa cuan buena es la comida y la comida no era tan notable, para empezar.

Comes en Londres, y parece que estás comiendo en Valencia. Lleno de españoles. Y eso, hace que la calidad baje muchísimo, porque pedí unos pad thai noodels, y sentía que comía simples macarrones con tomate.

¿Está cansado o hambriento después de horas de compras, este restaurante ofrece un buen lugar simple para recuperar y comer algo. Como en muchos restaurantes tailandeses, aquí podrá disfrutar de deliciosos platos picantes a un precio relativamente bajo.

Based on the good reviews tried thai rice and the food was delivered within time. I thought it was okay parts though to me a extremely greasy. My husband however enjoyed it i will try it a further time just to make sure and make a final decision. delivery was fast but its really not far away.

Visited today with a friend after wandering around the streets of Notting hill. We were quite hungry and didn't mind where we ate, Thai rice was "just there" when we decided it was time to eat. The sign looked interesting and I looked like quite few people were there so we gave it our shot! The menu was quite rich for such a tiny restaurant. We decided to stay outside as it was cramped inside and the weather was great which gave us a good opportunity to people watch while enjoying our food :) The tables were very small and placed tightly next one to another. I imagine this could be a problem for some people but it worked fine for us. I'm a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice as pretty much every type of food came in veggie option. Yay! We were greeted but a smiley waiter, and our food came back within not much longer than 5 mins! This probably means that they cook it mass before and just reheated. I was suspicious of the quality of my food as it came so quick but I must admit that it tasted lovely! The plates (not the portions!) were too small, and that's really the only thing that annoyed me, everything else was great! Portions were good both my friend and I left the table satisfied. Prices were reasonable too. I can recommend this place if you're not too fussy about your personal space as there isn't a lot of room, but the service and the quality of food are very decent!

I live around the corner from this place and wanted this restaurant to be great, but unfortunately it's not. The food is basic and not very good. I had a really ropey, dry, tough chicken dish in an unappetising sauce, not quite sure how you can get that wrong...the fried squid starter I had is a staple in these places, and I've had it so much better than here. Nice decor though, shame about the food...

I visited Thai Rice with my aunt and was immediately struck by how tiny the restaurant was. Tables and chairs were too tightly packed, making dining uncomfortable and privacy during even quiet conversation impossible.Though the food was fairly tasty, I thought the overall the service was poor. Waiting staff were slow and unhelpful despite the lack of customers at the time. Also, our meals appeared to have been microwaved due to the uneven heat distribution. I've been to several restaurants in the Thai Rice chain but I've vowed to never return to this branch, though it is my local one.

Went with a friend for some dinner, was such a quick, friendly service! Lamb massaman was so full of flavour!

This is a buffet type restaurant. Food very average, a bit tasteless, cooked on mass. A woman sitting behind the till and asks for money up front. Sat using her mobile phone throughout the meal so not attentive to diners. I went to the loo when I arrived and no soap so informed woman (interrupting her whilst on the phone)! Not interested, used the loo again before I left but still no soap! I always judge a restruant by the state of their toilets. Disgusting. I won't be back but they are in a highly populated tourist area so no doubt will always be busy.

Dined here with some clients as it was suggested to me. Its a tiny little place with weird american decor, the staff are very friendly and the food is very delicious. Having lived in Thailand for over 10 years I highly rate this little Thai restaurant in London.

Popped in for a late lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. I am not a Thai food connoisseur but I found everything to be delicious. We were served quickly and with a smile. I think the portions were generous for the price too. Also loved the decor. Toilets were not great and loud music was playing (not an issue for me as I liked the songs), however my partner was not a fan. Would not hesitate to visit again when I'm next in the area.

Visited this place and was pleasantly surprised. Love the modern decor which i think is a route 66 theme with amazing petrol pump lights over the tables. The food was lovely, good value and staff were polite. Will definitely be back to try some more dishes !

Fermate qui per caso, cibo molto buono ma bisogna conoscerlo perché il menù un po' difficile.2 antipasti, 2 portate "special", un contorno,un riso (di contorno), acqua: costo 43,56 sterline. Forse un po' caro ma le porzioni sono molto abbondanti. Il tavolo era un po' appiccicoso...

Delicious food especially the spring rolls. The Pad Thai could have been a bit warmer, but that's part of the delivery experience. Great Saturday meal at home on a rainy day.

it ain't my first visited there....foods are very delicious and prices are acceptable, compare to other Thai restaurant in town...Thai Rice still get me. never let me down...lovely staff ....avoid lunch time or pop by as late lunch can be good idea coz lunch time they are real busy...except Sunday lunch not really that busy....this time we had Noodle Num-Toog Moo (pork noodle in the thick soup) and Sukiyaki Thalay (Seafood Hotpot ) ....to die for....see you again soon.

Just eat failed to give the order properly to the restaurant, hence when the order failed to arrive, the restaurant didn't have the order. The restaurant dealt with the issue excellently, but I won't use just-eat again!

Everything was good but not the fresh spring rolls - included crab sticks, which is not particularly authentic!

Third time ordering. 1st time they got it spot on. 2nd and 3rd they forgot to spice the dishes, despite me actually calling the restaurant as well as leaving a note with the "justeast" order form. Food was overcooked for the 2 last times too. The portions are generous, I'd give it one last chance, before giving up on this restaurant. P.S. Delivery was ahead of scheduled time.
