Went for staff xmas meal last night and had a wonderful time! Lovely food & service - we were a v large group & everyone was so happy! Byob is a big bonus too :) We will be back!

December 2024 update: 5 stars. It used to be a good thai. I myself rated it with 5 stars some time ago. Things have definitely changed. I recently had a dish that should have had prawns in it. I counted 3, which is quite disappointing when you pay over 10 pounds for it. Hopefully things will change again.

Great food, incredible friendly staff, the restaurant looks amazing and they took me in at a late time very kindly. Quick dishes and amazing flavours, great experience

We get our takeaways here, consistently excellent, attention to detail, good quality ingredients. Recommend Tamarind Duck, Pad Thai, Jungle Duck .. everything is good though…their tofu is scrumptious..

Really disappointed with the highly priced Tom yum prawn soup. mostly big chunks of mushrooms and a couple of prawns. Should be a starter like Tom yum used to be on most thai menus. Big Tom yum fan.nowhere near what it should be for a main course price. (Who orders Tom yum as a main anyway!)

Most disgusting customer service ever . I’ll never use them again after being a loyal customer for 6 years. Made us wait 2.5 hours and didn’t even bother to offer a discount on arrival and just said busy and we lost your order . Avoid at all cost. How they handled the issue was disgraceful. You want to support a local business they don’t care about customer though

We ordered 4 delivery dishes, inc Tom Yum soup and coconut soup and a mixed starter and couldn’t eat three of them because they tasted so bad. Only the pad Thai was edible, and only just. Food looks nothing like the pictures. Such a waste of money and everyone still hungry.

This is the second time I've ordered online from Thai Pad Thai. Both times I have had to call them to chase up the delivery as was nearly an hour late from the time they said it would arrive. Also the food was pretty tasteless this time. I will not be ordering from this place again

Ordered the duck pad Thai for delivery. it was really tasty and there was so much duck I couldn't even finish it! Rare to get both decent portion size and good quality at the moment. I didn't eat my Tom yum soup because I was too full but saved it to eat later. Edited: I ordered from here again but ordered rice. Both portions of rice were hard and inedible and I had to chuck them out. Waste of £7. This has put me off a bit.

We have been coming here for years and the food has always been amazing! Especially the pad kee mao and oyster stir fry. Always friendly service. Highly recommend

I have been to Thai Pad Thai a few times now and it is always a safe bet. The food is delicious and the service is great for both eating in and takeaway. The curries are standout and the crispy sea bass has to be one of the best meals in Brighton for the quality and taste of it. Will definitely be back again.

I ordered the Crying Tiger and it was incredible. The sauce it comes with matched perfectly with the steak. Our server(s) were very friendly and attentive - especially as one of our friends is quite picky. Everything was made to perfection. I definitely recommend this place for food.

Este fue un pedido enviado al hotel donde me alojaba en Brighton esto es el 15 de junio la comida era deliciosa en realidad pero el servicio era terrible de alguna manera terminé con dos montones de reabastecimiento cuando llamé a la llegada le expliqué a la carrera ¿podrías devolverlo? se negó y dejó el artículo atrás cuando llamé al hotel Hablé con una señora asiática me dijo que no devolvemos artículos y podemos ver que es nuestro error y no le cobraremos hoy es el 24 Todavía estoy esperando 14 libras y cambio para ser reembolsado a mi cuenta de uber Lo discuto porque cuando llamé por tercera vez hablé con una mujer inglesa no una mujer de rodillas de fuego y la mujer dijo que la persona que contesta el teléfono antes no tenía derecho a darle esa información tampoco estaba autorizada a decir eso pero eso no es mi culpa Soy cliente y si eso es lo que dijo que no devuelven sin abrir en la bolsa artículos de comida extra que pidieron dos veces y debería ser gratis entonces debería ser gratis si es un error en su nombre y no es mi era Aún así debería obtener un reembolso No estaba dando un reembolso por lo tanto encuentro el servicio al cliente espantoso y para hablar de sus propios miembros del personal fueron recibidos el gerente o no decir que su personal no sabe lo que está haciendo no tiene autoridad y cometió un error por teléfono a un cliente es horroroso

Literally eating as I write the review, this food in INCREDIBLE!!! Got a deliver from Uber eats with massan curry and brighton special checken. NO REGRETS, SO GOOD!! 💗

Everything tasty apart from the overcooked fried tempura vegetables sadly they were refried so they were too soft and lost the nutrients.

Very nice food and excellent range of choices. My favourite is the seabass with curry.

Can't recommend this place enough. One of my favourite restaurants anywhere. 😋 I always have to start with a soup. I alternate between the Tom Yum and Tom Kha. Followed by a jungle duck stir-fry. I normally find duck too fatty and not too tasty, but here it's absolutely delicious.

Small restaurant, if it gets crowded there is not much room to move. Nice Thai lady serving the food. Massaman curry is tasty but the portions are small for the price you pay

Order on deliveroo..food cold, ( maybe not restaurants fault) but also pretty tasteless. Salt & pepper squid had NO seasoning, whole order was bland. Sorry but won't be ordering again!

Came across this gem in Brighton. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and it was amazing, authentic taste and presented beautifully. The staff were wonderful and really friendly - will definitely be back to make my way through the huge variety they have on their menu. Highly Recommend!

Staff is friendly but Jesus the pad thai was so bad. How can a place named Thai Pad Thai can make such a bad dish. Dry, tasteless and not fresh.

Great food at this little local independent restaurant but totally destroyed by the lousy service. Our waitress, long platted hair, blondish was just awful. I am sure the owners are lovely but they need to show her how to do her job or she needs to change jobs, we were clearly an inconvenience to her and to top it all they started to mop the floor around us whilst we ate!

Would give 0 but it’s not an option. Honestly the most disgusting excuse for a Thai green curry I’ve ever had. And super sweet. Fail - don’t order (unless a drunk student in which case you may not care.)

Takeaway arrived half an hour late and I got sent the wrong thing (inedible as I don't eat meat). Took so long I didn't get replacement as was too hungry at that point to wait!

Tofu green curry was okay, ordered jasmine rice, but got boiled rice instead.

I've twice ordered via deliveroo and both times delivery has come >1hr after advertised time, and no explanation when I called. I believe they are gaming the system. Steer clear on deliveroo.

What a great find! walking through 7 dials and stubled across this lil beauty 👌🏽 the tom yum was perfection and the chu- chee with the crispy sea bass was to die for! Highly highly recommended 💯 I will be back for sure!!!

Green curry was beautifully balanced spice wise, and papaya salad was very fresh and hot - yum!

Two lovely young ladies are serving excellent food! This is a really secret spot away from the touristy tracks. I recommend the ThaiPatThai, this is a fabulous dish!

My Chicken satay came dry, without any satay sauce. My spicy prawn crackers didn't arrive at all! The Pad sew ew actually arrived as advertised but had zero flavour. I've eaten mud which tasted better. plenty of other places around, don't waste your time eating here.

Celebrated my birthday at Thai Pad Thai last night (06/07/23), with a few friends. All of us enjoyed the food, it was delicious & good value. The staff were totally charming & brought extra cake! The atmosphere was lovely & I’d highly recommend the restaurant. Thank you!

I took my mum here when she was visiting town from abroad and we had an excellent meal made all the better by a fantastic member of staff who made us feel so welcome and well looked after. We both went away taking about how lovely she'd been and it really made the evening. I've been a regular delivery customer for a few years now because the food is great. Highly recommended! Thanks!

These guys are like the Minority Report of take aways, the food arrives almost before you've thought about order it. Great quality always.

Loved it. Nice atmosphere, great service. Love a place which still lets you bring alcohol. The most important thing though is the food was delicious.

Wonderful jungle curry and duck in 3 sauces. The yellow curry was very flavoursome, and the restaurant heeded to my notes. The duck spring rolls had a great taste but still not enough duck sadly. I will definitely be ordering from here again though.

My food appeared on time, but it seemed like left over food! The sauce was small in quantity and the rice overcooked and mushy. Taste was alright. I expected better quality as I have always gotten.

I ordered a vegetable noodles & found a piece of pork in it. As a vegetarian of around 5 years i was really distressed to find this.

Yellow curry was great tasting but came with carrot, tomato and peanuts which were not put on the description so didn't have the choice to take off. Also duck spring rolls had more veg than duck so disappointing. The rest of the order was tasty and no complaints. Would definitely order again if changes are possible

Duck pancakes has no discernable duck taste. The nicest thing was the dip. The "special" rice dish had zero Thai flavour, just rice and seafood. Overall dispappointed and won't be ordering from here again

I ordered delivery from here tonight & it was amazing!! I ordered the spicy squid which was the best squid I’ve had in a long time and a panang curry. The flavours were exquisitely authentic, I’ll definitely be ordering this again. Very generous portion sizes aswell! Ordered directly through the restaurant and the staff were super friendly and helpful :) thank you for an excellent delivery service, keep it up thai pad Thai !

I love Thai. This was a good curry but lacked spice, fresh ingredients, like herbs and the sauce was quite thick with not enough coconut milk. Tofu was delicious.

I didn't get any hoisin sauce with my duck spring rolls :-(, There should be a chilly pepper next to the dish on the menu (Panang Curry), it was hotter than I was expecting. And I would have liked a text to say food was on way before the food actually arrived, with a text after arrival. Otherwise happy :-)

Everything was soggy. The rice and noodles were overcooked. The worst takeaway I've had from there. Eill not use them again.

Greasy food, cold. Sticky rice came in a plastic bag, all glued together like a brick!
