Thai on Aire in Bradford

We’ve just had another excellent takeaway meal from Thai on Aire. The food here is fresh, good quality and plentiful. We have been eating in and out here for 15 years and it doesn’t disappoint.

I love the food from here but you don't seem to deliver anymore to me, makes me sad! Please start delivering again!!!!!!+

When working away I always try to find a Thai restaurant. This place has a fantastic menu and the food is incredible. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and great value. Will definitely visit again and have used take away service too which was just as good.

Great service from the waitress and relaxing atmosphere but the veg were overcooked

Your only getting 2 stars because the food actually arrived. Waited over 2 hours for my order. After around an hour my partner received a phone call saying our food wouldn't long another 15 minutes. Waited another 40 minutes still nothing, rang the restaurant said it wouldn't be long I said we've been waiting a hour and a half now, lady tried to offer me free bottle of wine which I declined as we don't drink, she then said well what can I do I said just bring me my food. Waited again around another 1hr tried ringing however, mysteriously my phone went to voicemail yet when my partners rang via his number he got straight through only to be told food was on its way. Finally the food did arrive however, mysteriously it was so spicy we had to leave it which as never been the case before. Final thought, We will not be spending our money here again nor our time.

I used to love this restaurant but they seem to have removed the coconut milk from the Thai curry and it was extremely runny.

Honestly the best takeaway in keighley, and a very very strong Thai restaurant contender up there with the best. Must try: Prawn pad thai, golden parcels, beef massaman, salt and pepper chips

Absolutely brilliant! I couldn't fault the service, and food was to die for. Scallops to start, which were tasty and served in a tasty broth and the weeping tiger cooked to perfection served on a sizzling platter, the waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the food. Would recommend! 10/10!

Has always been our go too place for Thai takeaway, decided to eat in for once and glad we did, friendly staff, food was bob on and the early bird menu is fab for those on a budget. Honestly give it a try!

We visited fairly often before the pandemic started, and last night was our first time back since then. We wondered if it would be as good as it used to be, and I'm very pleased to say it's still wonderful. The food is fresh and tasty and really hits the spot. I particularly loved the starters of sweetcorn cakes (HUGE portion!) and chicken satay, and my husband satisfied his craving for the Weeping Tiger main, which was always his favourite. Our waitress was perfect, friendly and prompt but not crowding us. Thank you to her :) We paid less for our meal for three with wine than we often pay for a meal for two elsewhere. Really good value. We're going to be visitors again from now on.

Fantastic food, very accommodating (we asked no prawns - not a fan of them - and the lady did everything to make sure we didn't have any in our dish) we were staying at a hotel nearby and and knew that we wouldn't have any cutlery in the hotel, we asked the staff for some cutlery and they were so understanding and so so helpful Thank you for the plastic forks 🩷

We have regular take outs and everything is always brilliant. Ate in last week and it was even better- amazing food and outstanding service

I've been here a few times and every time the food has been tasty, nicely cooked, well presented and something to be proud of. Particular favourite is the fishcakes and the cashew nut stir fry or the satay and massaman. Excellent value early bird menu. You'd not be disappointed here!

So disappointed!! We went a few months ago was great but went Sunday night (July2023) and was served a burnt starter which was sent back ..Main course arrived burnt which was also sent back! One main course OK but rice was so dry and burnt..couldn't be bothered sending anything else back ...yuk.. so disappointed 😞

I'm sorry but we were really disappointed. On arrival for the wife's birthday I asked for a large bottle of Prosecco, none is stock so I went for the champagne which was not worth the money. We ordered food and waited 55 minutes for starters to arrived. My wife ordered the chicken on toast which arrived burnt and beyond comprehension why it was served. I picked it up and banged it on the plate expecting the plate to beak. The pwner noticed and apologised stating they were a chef down. Er sorry not my problem as a paying customer. The takeaway food was still flying out judging by the bags from the kitchen. My wife' main arrived, noodle based and it looked terrible. However to be fair I got weeping tiger which was really tasty and bang on. Due to my mention to the owner, to be again fair. My bottle of wine and the starters were removed from the bill but it had already left a poor feeling and deflated our expectations. Sorry but I have to be honest. A lack of staff is not the customers problem. If not enough staff, concentrate on in house diners first before takeaways.

We have been to this restaurant over 5 times and loved it. This week we got a take away. Masaman, rice and a couple of other bits. Honestly the worst thai food I have ever had. Really disappointed as used to really like it. Flavourless, bland and went in the bin

First time eating in at Thai on Aire for a long time but after having an excellent take away a couple of weeks ago we though we would give it a try. We weren’t disappointed either! The food was excellent and is great value for money and the young lady running front of house was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

What an absolutely amazing meal. Everything cooked fresh and it was a pleasure to get our taste buds tingling. The waitress was very helpful and friendly I honestly don't know how they do what they do for the money. We had the early bird and was exceptional value for money at the very low price of £8.95. Kept expecting things to be added on as extras but they didn't. Will definitely recommend it to anyone I can and will be returning as soon as possible

I have only recently had the takeaway from here and can over give the food a 5* review. Every dish that I have tried has been fresh, beautiful, plentiful, and really reasonably priced. They need to do work on their website, so it's better to phone orders through, and they can only deliver on weekends but the food is worth collecting.

Lovely atmosphere. Really pleasant and friendly service. We had 4 different starters and 4 different meals and everyone was very happy with the food. Really tasty 👍 Definitely recommend 🌟

Normally a good place, but our latest experience was they totally ignored our request of no onions- and covered mine in onions. Then made us wait over an hour to deliver (we picked up our order the first time) the replacement. And when asked why they delivered someone else’s first they told my husband ‘because they paid for it’. What?! So did we!! The first time when they made a mistake!! I know people can get it wrong but twice in a row dealing with a mistake they made isn’t their strong suit. Food is normally good. Finally eating just shy of 2 & 1/2 hours after our first order. Disappointed with the service.

Never have I ever tasted a dish so full of flavour and endlessly giving. The chef in this place is incredible and doesn't have enough reputation for his amazing talent. If you haven't been here it's stunning food and a must. I had mussels and ribs as starters and they were both cooked to perfection. The ribs melted in your mouth and the mussels were bursting with flavour. I then had a green curry that was literally the one of the best dishes over ever had, every fork of food I ate was busting with flavour it just kept giving none stop. The price for what we had was genuinely brilliant too.

So much pride and detail go into the cuisine and wine list and the staff are welcoming and very friendly. Until next time. Thank you.

Enjoyed most of the take away order but what is with the Thai fish cake, over cooked, oily and an awful burning after taste , avoid that one , scollops lovely, crispy wanton lovely, prawn tempura very nice

We arrived at 6.45 and ordered. At 7.45 we asked where our food was and were informed that they hadn't even started cooking our starter. People who arrived 20 minutes after us had already been served. We left. So disappointed as we are regular customers...

Lovely place to eat. Staff are welcoming and the food amazing. Still not sure what was in the golden parcels but I could quite happily live of them.

It’s been a while since we last ordered a takeaway from Thai on Aire and I don’t know why - it’s unreal! Great service, reasonably priced and incredible food!!!!

Went there after a long hike. The red curry was one of the best that I have ever had. The waitresses were amazingly friendly. Definitely worth it ✌️

Ive been to thai on aire for years now, and during the pandemic ate regularly using the takeaway service and started trying more of the menu. I have really enjoyed being a bit more adventurous. Last night we ate at the restaurent for the first time in what felt like forever. The service and atmosphere of the warm restaurant was perfect, even on a tuesday night. The food though 🤤🤤🤤 the chef had outdone himself. I had forgotton what it was like to have the sizzlers on the plate. It made such a difference. We ate soooo much 😂 This place is 5star for takeaway but 10star when you in eat. Worth it time and time again, thank you 😊😊

Love getting food from Thai on Aire. It never disappoints, we have eaten in and had carry out. The Pad Thai and Mussaman curry are our favourite, also the mix of prawn crackers is great too.

Friendly staff, they were keen to help with selecting and adjusting menu items to suit dietary requirements, and provided us with a good selection of lovely vegan takeaway food. We particularly enjoyed the pad pak namjim satay and coconut rice. Will definitely be calling again.

The food was good, very good, normally would of give it a 4, but such was the customer service standard I had to up them to a five. Really good person on the phone, them rang to say they were setting off and then the delivery guy was a pleasure to meet. Could teach a lesson to every other takeaway delivery person I've ever met. Superb, will be ordering from them again.

Got a takeaway during lockdown for our one year wedding anniversary. We went to Thailand for our honeymoon so this brought back some nice memories for us. Food and service both excellent. We haven't had food from here for a while as the food wasnt great last time but that must have been a one off as couldn't fault it this time.

Outstanding. The food is delicious. So fresh and packed full of flavour. The pineapple rice is bursting with fresh vegetables. Absolutely stunning.

We both wanted to try different dishes for our second take away of the lock down. This time we started with the delicious sweetcorn cakes and chicken satay skewers. Then for main we tried the pork, chilli and holy basil stir fry and beef rad nar. I'd never tried the rad nar before but it was so tasty, a definite recommendation.Customer service was brilliant and the ease of ordering in advance through the Facebook page makes it so easy.We will be back but hopefully it won't be much longer before we can eat in the restaurant.

Pre-ordered a take away due to lockdown. Order process very straight forward. They called me for payment prior to deliver and to confirm food was on its way. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating to my requirements. The food was amazing. Came hot. Very tasty and flavorful. Will definitely order again and visit the restaurant once lockdown is over. I also enquired about gift vouchers for a present which I believe they do however due to lockdown the lady suggested for my friend to place their order and provide my number for payment. Nice and easy. My friend had theirs last night and called me to say how excellent and tasty it was. Loads of food and meat. They have enough left to warm up for a second meal. Thanks very much.

We have ordered first time over Facebook and got phone call later on to take a payment. Food arrived hot and at exact time they said it would. It was absolutely delicious, best takeway around. We will definitely order again. Recommend 100%.

We pre-ordered the Thai on Aire set menu a few days ago for an early delivery slot tonight. The ordering process was really straightforward and the food arrived hot. The mixed starters were delicious especially with the accompanying dipping sauces. The 3 main dishes were so tasty and plenty of prawns and chicken. We are looking forward to exploring more of the menu and visiting the restaurant once it reopens.
