5 Stars – Truly Authentic Thai Experience! Thai Imperial blew me away — this place is a hidden gem! The food was absolutely incredible, bursting with rich, authentic flavors that tasted just like the dishes I had in Thailand. Every bite brought back memories of street food stalls and home-style cooking from Southeast Asia. On top of that, the service was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re craving real Thai food and exceptional service, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend!

This is the first thai-only place I've tried and I was not dissapointed. The food and service were both excellent. I forgot the names of our servers but all the staff were amazing. It is more on the pricier end so maybe not as suitable for families or big groups but for a date night or a couple of friends catching up, it's great. You definitely get what you pay for. Parking is a small issue as you have to park a bit further away and walk down.

We loved the meals and the environment. It was quiet when we went, so we got to enjoy our meal in peace—which I really appreciated. A few dishes were missing that extra kick, but overall, it was a good experience.

I had such a great time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — everything I tried was so tasty, from the lychee cold drink to the chips and noodles. The flavors were spot on and had a wonderfully close taste to authentic Thai cuisine. The interior was just as impressive — beautifully designed with attention to detail, from the statues to the blossoming tree that added a serene touch to the ambiance. The service was excellent too, friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Brought my family here and had a wonderful time. The food is fantastic, very flavourful and tasty. Every single dish was a hit and I would highly recommend any lamb dish, very soft and juicy. The service was impeccable, everyone was extremely friendly and polite and we also had the pleasure of meeting the chefs which topped everything off. If you’re unsure whether to visit Thai Imperial, definitely pay them a visit, you won’t regret it!

Food was delicious! I really loved the mango sticky rice ( must try). After trying this dessert in Thailand and south East Asian countries. This is the best in Europe. Ambience is very nice , friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place.

Attended today with my family, reception was very friendly, we ordered 9 different dishes, each dish was superb, the taste was amazing, l frequently visit restaurants and am always never impressed with every single dish, there is always at least 1 thats not up to the mark but here couldn’t fault any. Brilliant and well done Thai imperial a well done to your friendly and efficient staff with exceptional service. Will definitely be visiting again to try the other dishes missed on this visit.

The surprise dessert with a candle on the house was such a thoughtful touch and made the birthday girl feel truly celebrated. The prayer room facility was not only convenient but also beautifully maintained and spotless — a really lovely addition. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious — every dish was packed with flavor and presented beautifully. Honestly, I can't fault a single thing. We’re already planning our next visit. I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family, upon recommendation from my sister who went once before. It did not disappoint. The service was fantastic, all waiters and waitresses were very friendly and looked after us well - especially Ratri who went above and beyond to deal with our endless requests. The food itself was delicious and did not disappoint as were their drinks selection! Foodwise they have a huge variety from duck, to steaks and special curries to the classic pad Thai and green thai curries. Everything was delicious!🤤

Amazing Food & Impeccable Service! We had an incredible family meal at Thai Imperial — truly a standout experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish cooked to perfection. The mango and sticky rice was a clear 10/10, and so were the Thai green curry and spicy Pad Thai — packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. We also tried the Thai fries, Imperial wedges, and Imperial stir-fry rice, and they were just as amazing — flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The service was immaculate from start to finish. The owner went out of their way to look after us and the staff were warm, attentive, and friendly. It made the whole experience feel even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Thai food with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

I went in for a lunch and was very impressed with the food and the portion size. Sometimes with lunch deals I feel I’m still hungry as they skip on giving you a full sized portion. The food was cooked to perfection. I am also a gluten free (celiac) vegan and they were very accommodating.. they were able to provide a full allergen menu! Will be returning… 🖤

Came here with my family for my daughter’s birthday . Wasn’t impressed with the option we got for allergies as one of our members are allergic to fish and all the food the manager explained was fried in the same oil with fish and chicken . So she couldn’t eat or risk it . They should not offer vegan and vegetarian if there foods are cooked in the same oil . The food was over priced and was very oily . Didn’t enjoy it . The staff were nice but the management needs to really improve on the way they cook their food with separate oil. Other than that the ambience was ok . Light are very bright so didn’t feel comfortable. Decor would look better if the lights were dimmer .

Very disappointed with the experience I had eating here for my birthday. Looking at the reviews you would think the food is amazing. The starters came out cold. The rice was sitting in oil. The steamed sticky rice was served in a bag. The mocktails are the same price as cocktails which is ridiculous. However the worst thing about this restaurant is they didn't ask if anyone at the table had allergy's. We had to mention after we ordered the starters that one person with us had a fish allergy, they told us all the food is fried in the same oil. So thats meat, fish and the vegetarian food. How you can have this level of cross contamination is a joke. This person then had a over spiced salad for the whole dinner. I will not be coming here again and will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone else.

This was a total disappointment went here seeing the good reviews. However the starters were cold. That was not the worst part. I had a green curry with sticky rice. The sticky rice came in a box which to my surprise was little dirty and inside the box was a microwaved small bag of sticky rice.

The food here is great I’ve been a couple times and never been disappointed the mocktails are also really nice. The staff are extremely friendly and answer any questions you have. I am a repeat customer and definitely will be going many more times in the future! There is road parking if you use the phone app there’s always spaces if you go during the week in the evening

We had such a lovely experience here last weekend! We came to celebrate my dad's birthday. The service was exceptional every single person who walked past our table checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed. The food came in 20 minutes! Despite us having a large order for 6 people. The atmosphere and presented of the food blew us away it was stunning. We enjoyed the vibe and will definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend.

We had a table booked for 12.30 on a Saturday, so it was not overly busy, which is why a 4 star for atmosphere. Beautiful decor, clean and modern. The service was fantastic and as it was early and notbthat busy yet, they even gave us a free dish and salad to taste. We ordered starters, main and dessert. The food was amazing and very tasteful. The portion sizes were very good also. Our table ordered and tatsed, the chicken satay, salt and chilli prawns, the prawn pad thai, chicken pad thai, sizzling duck, and rice and the dim sum. It was one of the best pad thai's I have had. The duck was so flavoursome and complemented the pineapple rice. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and mango rice. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

I had an amazing experience at Thai Imperial this Saturday ! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly stood out and added to the overall dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced with authentic Thai spices. Every dish we tried was a hit! I would recommend to try Chicken Red Curry, Salt and pepper squid and desserts. If you’re looking for great Thai food with outstanding service, this is the place to go but make sure you book in advance as it was fully occupied.Highly recommend!

Yesterday I came back here after 5 years. I met our old friend and now owner, Sohail. He has transformed Thai Imperial completely. The food was amazing. Hot , full of flavour, fresh and generous portions. The sea bass was lovely, and the papaya salad was bursting with flavours. The desserts were simply exquisite, especially the mango sticky fried rice The staff were very polite, welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was packed, no doubt due to the excellent food. We wish Sohail all the success that his hard work has brought. We will be coming back again soon ! Imran

Staff and decor were spot on felt proper comfy as soon as we walked in, and the welcome was great. Tried the dumpling for a starter, but it was nothing special lacked flavour and quality. The beef steak, though, was banging! Proper tasty, and the caramelised onions underneath were a nice touch. The green curry didn’t stand out, and the egg fried rice tasted like it had been pre-cooked and was a bit overdone. Price was a bit steep, so I wouldn’t go back, but it’s worth a try if you fancy it.

This place is exceptional!! First of all the food is so good! The Tom yum soup and papaya salad are one of the best and the tamarind sea bass! However add to that the most exceptional, kind and generous service! Sohail is the kindest and most thoughtful restaurant owner who having never met us, still made our birthday celebration one to remember! Took the family to Thai Imperial over the weekend and we were given the seats at the back which was the best and very private. The manager/owner was very welcoming as well as the staff. The food we ordered were very nice both presentation and more importantly the taste. Price of items I would say were reasonable so everything was in balance. Every dish we ordered was very good, the highlight was the giant king prawn dish and I personally enjoyed the green Thai curry. Flavours were just right. The mix platter starter was also nice. Mango sticky rice was great. Also to add, one of my son has autism and things can be tricky when it comes to new surroundings and he only eats certain types of food, so the place allowed us to bring food from outside which was greatly appreciated as it helped him to settle and not feel he has nothing to eat. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant for a girls evening meal out We were a group of 8. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional, every single staff member had a smile and welcoming persona. The food was 10/10 from the mocktails down to the desserts and I haven’t been able to say that for a while! We are not a hard bunch to please but Mr Shuel made sure he went above and beyond to accommodate our demands and alway with a sprinkle of humor! Very nice restaurant, great decor but the main thing is food and they do not let you down when it comes to the food. Different twists on traditional Thai dishes. Food can be a bit of a wait but from what I sensed it's because everything was made fresh. Didn't taste anything that might have been frozen. The only issue is parking if you're coming earlier than 6PM. They also have a prayer area and ablution area at the back for Ramadan and prayer times. Staff are very attentive and pass by every few moments to check if you need anything. I would recommend booking a table in advance as it can get very busy

The food was amazing here but I have to say, the service was even better. Rathri looked after us from start to finish, and we could see she was also working hard to look after the numerous other diners in attendance. We didn’t see her stop once, and she still had the energy to do it all with a smile on her face. Excellent stuff!

We came for our parents anniversary for dinner and we were highly impressed. The staff were very friendly and kind and the owner himself was very welcoming and made time to speak to us. The food was amazing and there were so many options available - highly recommend the papaya salad and the mango sticky rice. The inside was beautiful and lively and the whole experience was wonderful. We will be coming back again.
