The best tea served here! My daily must have! I really enjoy the service I recieve, always greeted with a lovely smile from Kausar and a warm welcome!

Breakfast was great, unfortunately the chicken pastry was a let down.

I had ordered a tea which I was afraid would be spilt every where during delivery but it was double wrapped and then packed which shows that these guys care about customers. Thank you guys very much. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavour. The girl who is working at the front her name is “kausar” were incredibly friendly and attentive , making the experience even better. Highly recommend naan staap Gants hill.

Love the karak chai as always. Breakfast menu is great. Kind of like a light desi breakfast and the club sandwich is also delicious.Overall taste was good..customer service nice and the staff member Kausar is such a wonderful lady with the pure heart.

I would give 0 star if I could, lady serviing was so mean and horrible, no customer service skills at all no smiles, no sause was given although it was supposed to be free, no tissues as well when asked for tissue she was counting how many of us and gave one each. Will not go again

Avoid the Gants Hill branch. Staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming. Even when the shop is completely empty with over 25 seats available, they refuse to let you sit on the side unless you are a group of three or more. The attitude from the staff made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Naan Staap is good place and food is good but today I was bit special went I order breakfast meal the only problem was I had 3 naan and medium size chana but halwa quality was so less, It was not enough for 2 people with 3 naan they need to re think on the portion size.

Overpriced, club sandwich and chana breakfast is extremely bland. Absolutely appalling and extremely slow service.

The portion sizes are not for adults. Unreasonably priced. £7 for smallest portion of food I've ever come across. Don't give discounts and cut on the potion sizes. Its unfair. Earn money the right way. Never again!!

Very disappointing the naans have a non existent level of filling which is a rip off when you think of how much they charge for each naan. The atmosphere was very poor as well would never go back

I went there to try the chai and it tasted like a perfect pakistani chai absolutely enjoyed it. The place is really comfy with quick service and vast variety. I would definitely go back for there fresh ch.patties and chai…Very clean and nice place visit with family …. their environment is clean, staff are professional, fast service and food is excellent. KAUSAR give good recommendations….We tried their chicken jalfrezi, lamb harissa, lamb naan, chill cheese naan and Pizza naan along with Kashmiri pink tea and karak chai. From the dessert menu we had suji ka halwa, gajar ka halwa and nankhatai. Their lamb harissa is out of this world and reminded me of the Amratisari lamb harissa I had in Lahore. Their karak chai is hands down the best tea I have had in a very long time. . I would highly recommend their chicken jalfrezi, lamb harissa, lamb naan, karak chai with suji ka halwa and nankhatai.

food was nice, but am noticing some annoying English or “trendy” changes with food, making it less like it’s actually from lahore. There was also a lot of kids around which took from the calming chill atmosphere. But still provided a nice meal sand food was served pretty quick considering how late it was.

Kashif was absolutely gem. costumer service was 10/10. Food was delicious . This is my fourth trip.

I've been coming here for a while now since this place has opened and it is my go to spot for chai (especially Kashmiri pink chai) Every customer is treated warmly and welcomed into the door Prices are fair Menu is very extensive, u can get anything from a quick snack to a full.dinner without breaking the bank. Kashif has been serving my for a while and is a wonderful guy, always smiling, makes sure to ask how I am and I'm lucky to have built a friendly relationship with him (to the point that he knows my order as soon as I come in!) I also want to give a shout-out to Abdul who always greets me with a smile and warm service. He not only made sure my regular order was there, he also went out of his way to recommend new dishes to me and have friendly banter, all with a smile and laughter. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you again soon :) Thank you naaan staap for all your efforts and I look forward to my next visit (pink chai Large for 1!)

A fantastic experience with a lovely atmosphere and environment. Kasuar was an excellent host and also offered advice on a delicious recommendation on the naans. We normally go Ilford lane but will be come to Gants Hill from now.

I tried their Cheese Chicken Naan with Karak Chai, and it was the perfect combo—flavorful, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I come here regularly. Best Karak i have had in the UK. Reminds me of the dhaabas in Pakistan. Food is HMC, which is great. Id recommend to try the chocolate karak too.. Also try the lamb hareesa.
