The food is good but my order was messed up.. one main came out within a few minutes then I waited 40 minutes for a starter and another main dish.. had to keep chasing up. Staff/kitchen need training on serving/food preparation!

I ordered two vada pav and get one vada pav and I called them they said no we gave two but uber eats said I don’t know really poor services

I think they don't cook curries and parathas in the kitchen; they buy packed or frozen food, reheat and serve. I had dahi puri which was nice but paneer makhanwala with paratha wasn't enjoyable. The food arrives hot but as it starts to dry so quickly and becomes un-edible. See the photos

Dining at Illford branch. Fully packed but only one young girl who is serving everyone but hats off to her, she is still smiling and very polite. She is swept off her feet. Management needs to take notice and should have more than one staff to serve on a busy Saturday evening. The QR code ordering is a miss. Order placed but didn’t get through to kitchen as a drink on app was not available. We had to ask as we kept waiting and then came to know that order was stuck. Staff again came to rescue and gave alternative item to us. Again a management issue.

I am a disabled person and was in urgent need of using a urinal. As I was passing by Shree Krishna Vada Pav, I asked Mr Guru Faide if I could use the toilet. He very kindly allowed me to use the toilet. Thanks a lot.

The best vegetarian Indian food I have ever tried. I often travel almost 45 minutes to eat here. Highly recommend. (Get the gol gappe!)

Not child friendly at all. Went in group of 5 including a toddler. Most of the tables at restaurant can accommodate only 4. They don’t have high chairs and also refused to add another chair to the table given our group size. Not visiting again ever

The ambience and the music was really good. The service was also perfect. The food could have been better. We have been here before a lot of times but this time the food was not up to its mark but overall we enjoyed. Tagore Sharma was our waiter, and he did a good job at making us feel at ease.

Placed the order via Uber. The samosa was burnt, we did not get any sides that are supposed to be given with the vada pav, the delivery took 1 hour 15 mins, estimate given to me was 40 mins. Everything was cold.

Papdi chat was so flavourful and fresh alongside it was really crispy. The vada pav was ok for me and the misal pav was spicy. The atmosphere was really nice and the journey of this outlet and brand was amazing

I went for vadapav and veg grilled sandwich plus tea. Sandwich wasn’t upto the mark. Rest were good.

Portion is very little compared to the price . Very disappointing. Did the management changed?

When I dined in, the food was delicious. However, during one visit when I was in a rush, I asked for my order to be ready for pickup, and the food was cold and tasteless. I noticed a significant difference between dining in and ordering for pickup, and I'm not sure why that is.

I have visited SKVP twice before and had a great experience, especially with the Gujarati girl staff, who was very sweet and polite. However, during my visit today, I had a disappointing experience with the male staff who was serving in the evening. I ordered a Dabeli and a Mysore Masala Dosa, which is priced at £10.50 . Initially, he charged me for a Mumbai Style Jini Dosa, which I didn’t order. When I pointed this out, he corrected the bill and brought the updated amount. I then gave him cash, but shortly after, he returned saying he didn’t have change. I agreed to pay online instead. Here’s where things turned unpleasant. He brought out the card machine, and as I tapped my Apple Pay, he moved the machine away before I could see the transaction properly and walked off as the payment got approved. I stepped out of the shop and, after about 10 minutes, realized that he had charged me £11.50—the previous incorrect bill total—instead of the correct amount, £10.50. This left me very upset. On top of that, his attitude throughout the interaction was rude and dismissive, which added to my dissatisfaction.

Tasty and authentic Maharashtrian style food. Had Poha, Sabudana Khichadi, Misal, Vada Pav. Bollywood music and good service makes the experience better. Thanks to Keta!

One place to have authentic Vada Pav , Tasty and good quality food . wide range of dishes to choose from . friendly staff , good ambience . had Vada pav and Dahi Puri . Both were extremely good , one of the best Dahi Puri ever had . Great Masala Chai as well. Overall a great experience , highly recommended and surely will visit again to try more dishes.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly, the food and service were a huge disappointment. I ordered the paneer masala sandwich , which arrived cold and was bland and under-seasoned. The portion size was small considering the high price, and the presentation was sloppy—definitely not worth what I paid.

Sorry to say to customers that i were Order chat- tikki Take away and after eating at home.after i the morning stomach is so pain and after toilet i feel is it so spicy and unhygienic dirty and after my stomach is upset some 2,3 days i will call GP for stomach infection......that is my bad experience. Worst Pav Bhaji I have eaten😩. Today was the first time I tried SKVP for pav bhaji, (takeaway) it was a horrible experience. They reheated bhaji, it was not fresh, as I could notice in the aftertaste. It also gave me an upset stomach( possibly a food bug, as it was not fresh at all)😨😡they gave 2 tiny buttered pav buns microwaved not fresh, and not up to the standard they should be. This was my first and last time I will try SKVP. It was a nightmare. Don't eat from them, the food is stale and reheated in microwave. Not fresh at all like Sarvana Bhavan. £15? What a waste of money😳 I gave them a bad review, I made a big mistake going to SKVP. I should have got samosas from Nirala instead😩

This was one of the most authentic Indian culinary experiences I've had in the UK. You can take the names of the menu items at face value as being exactly how you would find it on the streets of Mumbai. Special shout out to the pav bhaji.
