Thai Bowl in Edinburgh, City of

Was there with friend and partner for a small thai dinner, the food was good specially Tom Yum Soup , although our main course was confused it was quickly amended and was also provided some prawn cracker, overal a good experience ambience and food.

Great food, dim sum was to die for, pad thai the best I have had in Edinburgh, fast service, first time we have bought from Thai Bowl leith and we will definitely be back.

Very tasty, hot green and red curry’s with sticky rice. Just perfect. Great for a relaxed one, byob etc. I just love it when I’m hungry, want to eat quite quickly and in a relaxed manner. Can’t stop going!

It was so so tasty! I’m quite fussy when it comes to Thai but this was so so good. We got three starters and two mains between two of us and everything was lovely. Will definitely be back.

Sat down and got quick service. Food was out in under 10 minutes. Large Portion! One of the best plates ive ever had of Pad Thai. 100% recommend.

Tried this place many times under the previous management, first time since management has changed. We ordered a chicken sesame toast and a fish cake start. Was very disappointed with both. The toast was so oily it masked whatever texture and taste that might have been there. The fish cake, was okay in taste but the texture was so rubbery I wasn't sure whether it was overcooked or maybe past its best before date. We order one gaeng pa and one gaeng kiew Wan. My wife enjoyed her curry. My one had a lot of veg which I don't mind but I think it contributed to it "wateriness" of the curry which in turn diluted the taste. I hope it gets better as previous visits were actually OK.

Just, literally had a takeaway from here. It was amazing. The Thai green curry was succulent and very, very tasty. Recommend ++++

This is the third time I have had take away from Thai bowl and the food is truly incredible.The best Thai in Edinburgh by a mile!!! Very authentic flavours and quality ingredients. The Thai (Papaya) salad and pad see ew both are so good. Easy ordering system and quick delivery with food arriving hot. Thank you!

Have used this place a few times for delivery and really rated it. I think they must have changed hands. Rude and abrupt telephone service, very late delivery, stale tasting food with ribs which managed to be tough and dry, flavourless soups and currys. Expensive salad heated up by being put between ‘hot’ dishes - although the whole meal was so late that most items were tepid. in spite of phoning ahead and asking on line they delivered very poor vegetarian foods. I called and complained but was basically told: “this is what we do”. pity as it had been pretty good before... but AVOID ordering from here now. Hopefully things will change for the better but otherwise there are lots of better places in Edinburgh.

We haven't eaten in, but it is our go-to for a Thai Takeaway, we haven't had a bad dish yet, flavours and spice are well balanced. The only negative is that they supply takeaways in plastic tubs, it would be great if they could use an alternative product.

My absolute favourite Thai food in Edinburgh. Every dish I have tried has been delicious. I usually get takeaway but on the odd occasion I have sat in, the Thai lady and Scottish man who work there are total gems. Super friendly, kind and hospitable. It's pretty basic inside but the food is outstanding - what more do you need

I did not eat here, s I cannot speak for the restaurant but i got a delivery from here and it was delicious and reasonably priced..will certainly order again or visit soon!

Best Thai i've ever been to. Incredibly authentic, staff are lovely and it's just an absolute gem! 11/10, you absolutely have to come to this place!

Fantastic Thai takeaway. We’ve been coming here since it was Silver Bowl, and the quality of the food and cooking has always been outstanding. The Tofu Panang and the Garlic Noodles are particularly tasty!

Ordered a takeaway through the app, 10% off for my first order which was great. I love massaman curry and this was one of the best I've had. Delicious spring rolls and pad thai. Never had Montood before but was also super tasty. Highly recommend

I have visited Thai bowl a few times now, they opened just two weeks ago. They do great pad thai and I tried pad med manuong with tofu which was delicious. It isnt a table service restaurant, just the option to sit in or take...
