TGI Fridays - Sale in Trafford

Thank god this “restaurant” didn’t have the decency to contact me after taking my time to attend an interview back in February. I guess my addition was not needed to complement the gaudy decor and microwaved food of this fine establishment which is now closing down! All I can say is I hope the management gets treated with the same amount of respect I got from here in their quest for a new job 🩷 Good luck! xoxo

I visited TGI Fridays in Sale some days ago for dinner with my friend and I had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. A special thanks to the amazing Greek manager, Dimitris , who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place!

When we were taken to our seats one side was all ripped and the girl was happy with us sitting on it however I was not happy and told her we are not sitting on that a we moved to the next table where it had not been cleaned up from the previous guests so she quickly cleaned it we then ordered our drinks which eventually came then ordered our food and waited and waited for it to come however this took an hour to come and the pasta was not hot the chicken strips were not hot but we were that hungry we just ate it not one member of staff came and asked us how the food was and as this was a birthday treat for my granddaughters 8th birthday we had told the staff and asked for a chocolate cake with ice-cream and we waited and waited for it to come eventually it came and the staff sang happy birthday to my granddaughter which she enjoyed, we definitely won't ever be going back to this restaurant again as the prices have gone up and the service has gone right down the pan sort it out TGI Fridays

Awful service - waited 5 minutes to be seated when it wasn’t even busy and no one bothered to come and accommodate us despite there being five members of staff hiding behind the bar. No wonder it was so quiet on a Sunday night.

Visited with my friend’s for lunch today, lively atmosphere. Food was excellent, very flavourful and huge portions ! Staff were nice and friendly, looking forward to my next visit !

We visited on the 10th September, we were greeted by Josh the manager who showed us to our table. He was friendly pleasant and helped us to choose our meal (which was a very good choose) During our visit we watched Josh and his interaction with the customers, he was so personable and attentive and friendly, spending quality time with each of his customers. If every restaurant had a Josh, going out for meals would be a welcoming experience. Josh and his team are a credit to TGI Friday. Thank you again for the warm welcome Mary and Dale from Nottingham

Last friday me and a few freinds went to TGI’s and least to say it did not dissapoint. The food was fresh and very tasty while the service and atmosphere could not be topped. I cannot wait to go back!

I enjoy coming here regularly especially for a calm nice launch . The staff is always so helpful and smiley that enhances our day out ! Food is super and drinks amazing

They’ve turned this once godly restaurant to a joke, they replaced one of the best managers we’ve ever known with a kid who has no experience in running a restaurant franchise. All the portions we had gotten had been sized down to pencils and golfballs and prices had been raised to hell. The quote on quote ‘Ultimate’ Steak which should be a good serving for 1-3 and priced at a hefty £40, was the size of a McDonald’s burger and deadly cold. Our ‘hot’ plates/sizzling fajitas were just ice packs and covered in no seasoning and raw veg, doesn’t it confuse you how it wasn’t sizzling at all? As a frequent visitor (always once a week) our group was horrified. We will not be coming back to this restaurant as the only sorry we had been given was a few meals knocked off the bill.

Well we turned up and no greeter came to welcome us, we left and went to Cheadle Royal branch which TBF was overpriced and the food was not what it should/used to be won't be going back. I did reply to TGI's. Hi guys with regards to our recent visit to (initially Sale) then Cheadle branches. Let me start by saying the first time we visited one of your restaurants was in Orlando Florida, we arrived back in the UK to find a branch had opened in Sale just up the road from a service station we operated in Stretford and introduced friends who also had never experienced the TGI way. We have visited sites in Florida,Mexico,Prestwich,Ashton-U-Lyne,Ellesmere port, the Trafford Centre amongst others. So fans! We went to the Sale branch (which looks tired from the car park, the famous red stripes look faded and need renewing (Id' say it's like the label on a bottle of wine you're thinking of buying but it doesn't look very appealing!). We went in and waited & waited no one came to greet us, so we left we had enough, still we thought give your Cheadle Branch a go. Better; but still not the way I recall in the early days of opening (windows needed cleaning),Staff were attentive and efficient ( maybe the pa system was a little loud and made it difficult to hear our server). The menu was good(we still miss the fried zucchini starters). Over six pounds for a pint of Singha beer is to say at the very least Premium pricing! and a Chilli mac n cheese wasn't, in our opinion worth nineteen pounds odd. Food wasn't piping hot when it came, and nothing special, portion size seemed smaller. When your first opened there wasn't as many businesses offering the same proposition; but sadly now there is(near to your Trafford cent. branch) was a Coast to Coast restaurant we visited recently, it was spotless, condiments/ bottles of sauce ,clean, tables all clean and pristine, food piping hot and plenty full. My overall impression was disappointment in a brand we loved and can longer justify the premium prices and lack of quality. Perhaps the scrutiny of Alex Polizzi type consultant could help stop any further decline. Yours the Roberts family n friends, good luck. Ian.

TGI Sale has been a decent spot over the years, but I’ve noticed it hasn’t quite lived up to its past glory. The food is alright, but it feels like it could use a bit more consistency. Overall, not great like it used to be!

Disgusting value, can’t comprehend the state of the food compared to the price - even the lemonade was watery Discrepancies with the bill that could not be sorted despite me clearly not getting my advertised discount Ended up paying in the end as was sat there like a plum whilst my family wait in the car for about 20 mins (was told nothing can be done about my discount clearly not coming to the correct amount) Booked as a birthday, not sure why as this wasn’t even acknowledged Staff were nice, helpful and informative. I’d rather buy 3 weeks worth of tesco meal deals than spend another penny here. Would be cheaper and better quality. Pub grub, with terrible quality, at restaurant prices.

I was craving Jack daniels chicken as I don't have tgi's where I live. The floor manager made a great effort but unfortunately tgi's feels like it's lost its spirit. Prices were very high, children were not offered colours or balloons. Some offers on the app including kids eat free with an adult main. They do bottomless Jack daniels chicken but we were under strict instruction we couldn't share.

Very upsetting experience been coming fir 40 yrs with my children and grandchildren won't be back

Went at 8pm was reasonably busy so expected slow service like the Trafford centre but our waitress Zoe was amazing, she was very attentive and even entertained the children, she is a credit to the franchise. Food was lovely and the time wasn’t an issue.

My honey comb cheese cake was missing from order and all so house fries this was with great disappointment.

Hadn't been here for a long while but I really enjoyed it. I won't leave it so long next time!

Food was dry and bit tasteless and quite cold, wouldn't get again

Absolutely shocking, was told in that a few people on our.table couldn't order the unlimited seasme chicken as it needs to be the whole table, we had to wait so long for our food the kids food came first and they finished eating before the adults meals actually came was told they are too busy sorting our deliveries. Asked for a refill for drink to be slammed on table. Will not be returning felt like I was in Karen's diner not TGI

Great food and atmosphere, but very expensive

Lovely food and service from Zoe, but massively overpriced. I remember TGI from the 80s when I lived in Coventry, it was a party atmosphere every night with great food and service at reasonable prices. How the mighty have fallen. Seems like the strategy of TGIs parent company is to increase profits by exorbitant price increases and cost cutting. The price increases are just not workable in the current climate where hard-pressed families are struggling to cover the cost of day to day living. Having been in business myself for 40 years this strategy is doomed to failure, borne out by the fact that I was the only person in the restaurant (hence my 1 star for the atmosphere). I suspect that the next announcement in the business press re TGI will sadly be regarding the closure of unprofitable outlets 😱 I just hope that TGI’s management reads my review and takes note…..

Overall, 3 stars are for the food only. As this was nice and fresh. Calamari had too much red chilli. The dip would have been without the extra spice, which was on the Calamari. 1 star for absolutely no service at all. The bottomless menu items from the app. Literally had to ask each time for the next one. Even was told by a staff member that she "would keep them coming" were her words, not mine. When you go to restaurants, bottomless drinks should be the responsibility of the person, i.e., customers should have the right to do this. No, not in TGi Fridays. Staff, we are really slow. Didn't even know much about the menu. It was evening meal times which I guess get very busy. Those chicken strips with that Frank's sauce. Was delicious, and the drinks didn't seem water down just with Ice. The best part was when a member of staff broke several dishes, pieces of ceramic pieces went everywhere in my hair on my grandsons lap. The staff only concentrated on the people they were standing in front of. Nobody else cared that ceramics pieces went every and then left on the floor, big hazard!! Sorry, I only have photos of pieces of dishes left everywhere, not even cleaned up after we paid up. This was very concerning to me as I mentioned it to one of the staff upon leaving. My Son in law was not very impressed, but at least I got a nice photo of him. Thanks for taking us. Shame about everything else. The food was great. Don't be fooled by the bottomless items. You don't get enough bottomless anything!

Had great food but a special acknowledgment for our bartender Ellie. She was amazing and helped us choose the perfect cocktails for us. She was very helpful with the kids by keeping them entertained. Overall, she made our family night out perfect!

Worst TGI ever. There was only 2 tables busy and the restaurant is empty. Waited 20 minutes to be seated then 15 minutes to order. Teribble branch

decided to come to this restaurant after one of us had competed in a 10k so it was a treat afterwards. we arrived and there was no staff to be seen so we seated ourselves and then about 5 minutes later someone came over and told us to move as they didnt have enough staff on shift to cover the whole resturant, we were seated elsewhere and then the waitress came over to take our drinks order and had a pad in her hand and was repeating the drinks back to us so she could remember ( wasnt using the pad as she had no pen🤔). we ordered the food and it cost £98 which is pretty dear for 5 of us and 2 of us ate off the kids menu. food was ok nothing exciting just standard. waitress barley spoke to us and once we had finished we expected the waitress to come over with the bill but no we had to go over to the kitchen to ask for the bill and the 2 waitresses were just stood there having a convo. service was extremely poor and will never be returning.

Furst visit here in seven years (we used to live in Sale, so we had regularly enjoyed TGI in the 2010s). Wenesday lunchtime after a long drive from our current home, visiting our solicitors nearby. Pulled into the xarpark. Approaching from the M60 or Manchester, you have to perform a U-turn on tge A56. This place needs a bigger "Entrance" sign. Place looked deserted (think "Zombie Apocalypse"). Even the neon "Bar Open" sign was unlit. Their paper list of opening times by the doorway show that they opened at 1100 most days. They had run out of Budweiser! Food choices were adequate BUT... My wife has a shellfish allergy. It turns out (when the supervisor came back to the table to check our order) that they apperently cook EVERYTHING in the same oil. Vegans beware! Reasonable staff are trying t I cope with a broken site. Avoid. We shall, unsurprisingly, not be returning. This was a sad and depressing illustration of a principle when you move: "never go back". MAY 2024.

I ordered cheese sauce cause I love the cheese and bacon chips, had them so many times. But the sauce came and just tasted really perfumey and like it had alcohol in it, couldn’t eat it and the chips had this on it aswel and also a spicy sauce which never normally comes on it but they just tasted like there was alcohol in the sauce

We love going to the Sale branch. It has a great atmosphere especially round the bar. Ellie is a great bartender and always ready to recommend a cocktail!

Food wasnt specifically to my liking but the bar tender daniel was very friendly and accomodating.

Unable to eat my first choice options as I am allergic to crustaceans and was informed that meals are all cooked using same fat. With many people having allergies I feel that more consideration should be given to this aspect. I am concerned that a person could fall ill and in worse case scenario a death. Surely Vegans would not be happy with this For a world wide company this attitude is poor and needs to be changed.

I had a lovely meal at TGI Fridays Sale, where i was served by a lovely young bartender called Dan, who was efficient, friendly, capable and displayed excellent customer service. The food was pretty great and the cocktails were fab. Thanks dan and the rest of the staff

Visited TGI’s a few times, I prefer going to the Sale one over all the other TGI’s due to the food quality & atmosphere. The bartender Dan must love his job as he always makes everyone feel welcome & had always got a smile on his face whilst making the drinks taste amazing 🎉

Never ever again will l ever eat from this place again. Two cocktails for £16 with very little alcohol content. Could not taste the alcohol. The food was the worst ever. Boneless chicken wings were pieces of dried chicken in bread crumbs tossed on top of a plate of salad. Hardly appealing. My friends plate of food with bearley enough food on it was laughable. The price was outrageous for what we ordered. Both servers were miserable and not even a smile between them. I asked for a take out box and scraped the content into it. I didn't want them to serve the pieces of untouched chicken pieces to the next customer just in case they picked it from the plate. I threw it in the bin. TGI Friday's use to be a nice place to eat many years ago. It's well below standard unfortunately.

Not once was we asked if we wanted drinks, had to get up and go and ask each time. Waited 35 mins for starters to come, chips were under cooked. Overall experience was just poor and in future will go elsewhere.

Such a disappointing recent visit. TGI’s used to be THE place to go for our family, however after 2 poor visits we will no longer be customers here. Upon entering the branch, we had to wait to be seated, no staff to be seen anywhere, with only three other customers we would have expected a fast welcome. Finally someone came over and we were seated, atmosphere was poor and the waiting staff barely said a word to us. Shocked to see how much of a price increase was on the menu, over priced items. Food arrived quickly and was to the usual standard however again waiting staff didn’t show any attention to the table or ask how the food was etc. A shame for us as we’ve enjoyed many years eating here, eating out a restaurant is a rare treat for many and you want it to be a positive experience. I’d suggest bringing back the atmosphere the team used to have and you may see more regular custom!

Wow it's expensive for mediocre food. We made our own atmosphere as we were there for a family birthday -16 of us. Thankful for the NHS discount. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a very poor meal here. Waited over an hour for meals to arrive despite there being only a handful of tables occupied. My steak was inedible so had to send it back. Very quiet on a Friday night with zero atmosphere. TGIs has also got really expensive. Won't be back

Almost didn’t go because of the number of bad reviews this place is getting. I’m glad we went, as we had a good time, and I feel the reviews are not representative of the typical experience here. It perhaps wasn’t ‘service with a smile’ but it was at least attentive and accurate. The food was generally enjoyable, with a good drinks selection, although it is seriously overpriced. I would only recommend going when there is some deal or offer one, don’t go full price as the prices are insane. Good atmosphere on a Saturday evening

Table of 10 on Sunday, only couple of other tables in, starters took an hour to arrive, some of the food was cold, service was non existent, just disinterested kids. Draught beer was bad, tried both the moretti and the asahi, I did mention the beer but was offered nothing in return. 350 odd quid for poor pub food is a bit of a rip. No wonder there’s no prices on the menus on the website

Disappointed is not the word, items missing, but was told you have extra other food ?, not enough staff to serve the food, some of the food come out cold, noise level where we were, was absolutely annoying, small kid, kept giving out a high pitch scream, ppl kept looking towards were it came from, manager was fine, when we complained about the food, would we go back ?

Food is always as expected for the price range. Service is always excellent, and staff are good with children.

It was a truly disappointing experience. The menu has been drastically shortened. The food was really expensive for what was served. The potato skins were a particular disappointment. It was a Saturday evening and only about a quarter of the tables were being utilised so there was no atmosphere. We left a tip for the waitress as she did her job well. However, we expressed our disappointment at the food and the value and that we would not return. This is particularly saddening for me to write as this restaurant is very local for us, and to see it fail would be heartbreaking, but I feel TGI Sale needs this feedback in order to rectify the situation. TGI, please sort your menu and your prices out. 🙏

Food is freezing and unbeatable

The menu has been reduced as has the size of the portions. The prices have been increased - best part of £20 for the chicken strips - felt that I'd been ripped off. The place was filthy with rubbish and bits of food all over the floor. It used to be a decent place but it is being run in to the ground. I feel sorry for the staff as they were nice but there wasn't enough of them to give a decent level of service and to keep on top of the cleaning. It feels like the chain is about to go bust.

Chips were stale, so much I couldn’t eat them and there was no legendary glaze sauce to accompany my meal with, which is normally comes with. Very very disappointing

I went to the TGI Fridays in sale and I have to admit I was extremely disappointed. Not only was this a treat for my birthday, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. We were the second guests to arrive and our orders were taken quickly which was great, however this is where it stopped. We went to have the downtown menu as it was great value for money. We were told that it wasn't on offer on a Sunday, which my wife quickly advised them it was. The server went away to check and then came back and said we were right. We made our order and the starters came in a reasonable time. A little later our mains came, however my daughter's hotdog was cremated and the bun was rock hard. The squeezy cheese and ketchup which we asked for on the side was replaced with grated cheese and invisible ketchup. We tried to get a servers attention but they were non-existent. My wife stood by the kitchen door until someone came and they took it away. They later came back with the replacement, again grated cheese and we had to ask for ketchup. A little later we were asked if one of us wanted a top-up for their drink. We were pretty much left. After eating our mains we decided to call it quits and asked for the bill. It literally took 20 minutes for them to come with the bill. We told them we would pay by card and they went away to get a card machine. When checking the receipt, they had tried to charge us for two hotdogs. Didn't realise they wanted us to pay for their first attempt at one of the easiest things on the menu. This was then corrected and we paid and left. Not sure who is running this location as it had slipped greatly since the last time we visited. Not in any rush to go back there again.

Well what can I say, food okay but not worth the money. Don't go for the ultimate ribs not worth it just have the normal ribs. We had the slowest service ever. Won't be going back to the sale one again.

Went for my 4th daughters birthday last Friday and it was really underwhelming, Got seated to then waiting 20 minutes to order a drink or even have a waitress to even come over to acknowledge us so in the end I had to stand at the front desk : main entrance to order the drinks, drinks never came to then the waitress said oh they forgot what drinks you wanted so have to order them again so been over half a hour before even getting a drink finally ordered and drinks finally came, food came fourty minutes later personally get better food & better service at Mc Donald’s up the road, food wasn’t the best quality & really expensive for what it is most of the food didn’t get touched / eaten, my husband’s ribs dish had a chemical washing up liquid taste to it but the waitress was like oh I did check on you guys and asked how your meal was (checked up on us after a mouthful of food) which then my husband was like I’m not the sort to make a fuss / complaint / a big deal, then my daughter wanted a birthday cake sundae which then was another half a hour to wait for. Asked the bill four times and had to asked for our change back which we refused to leave as tip as service wasn’t all there and was there for over two hours. Will never return.

Our server was excellent. Very accommodating and really looked after us, especially the birthday boy, even making a balloon hat at his request.

Great food and service, strange how the serving sizes here are much larger than other TGI Fridays however. This small fact just makes this place all that better for the extra grub.

Burger was dry and burnt wings where good

The food was delicious, and we had lots of it. The service was ok once you had ordered. It was served to us and was piping hot, which was great. Trying to get a drink once you had been served was terrible. People just walking past even after us asking to order a coffee

Went here on Saturday around 5ish for a family birthday meal, it was a 40 minutes + before they took our foofld order and then waited over an hour for the food to arrive. When it did eventually come, the main course oli ordered was wrong. So I sent it back and was then told I would have to wait another half an hour for my main to come while the rest of my groups had their meals. I decided to just have the wrong main in the end and was told this would be raised with the manager a d a discount applied. Discount was never given or applied to final bill. It was pretty much the same with dessert, we ordered 2 desserts, and again waited for around half an hour. All in all we were there for 3 1/2 hours, and went away really dissatisfied with the whole TFI experience.

Kids chicken tenders says it includes fries and beans but never does

Ordered via Deliveroo. Order said delivery within 45 mins of ordering. 90 mins later it arrived. Sort out your deliveroo times! Cold, bland and tasteless. Very disappointed. First time ordering and certainly my last!

An excellent TGI restaurant - really friendly staff and easy to book in advance. Nothing was any bother when ordering and the waitress recommended the app for discounts and deals. The food was very nice - just what would expect from a TGI.

Wasn't that impressed tbh. Portions not as big as other places, got one of our starters wrong.......twice and despite them making a note it was a birthday celebration, no special touch. Food was fine but nothing special.

I would complain about the service but there is none!!! The cold food and incorrect sauce to order was enough to put me off TGI. Not worth it at all.

They didn’t bring my sesame see chicken strips that I paid it cost £16.11 and they gave me a bag with a can of Coca Cola inside 😂 that is jokes on them how can they do that teethin my money.

Garlic bread was burnt & burger slightly overcooked. Everything else was lovely and overall filling meal. Delivery was quick and driver was polite and nice.

Nice meal as always. Placé looks cozy. Had a good time and recommended it, very close to the hotel.

A good night out. The food was as good as I would expect for a chain restaurant like this, the service was excellent and the place was busy enough to have atmosphere but quiet enough to enjoy a good conversation with my fellow eater. All in all, I'd go again but t think it would have been a little over priced had I not been able to use my blue light card.

So opted for a 2-4-1 cocktail and was presented the bill for £16….for the cocktails, thinking they’d made a mistake I queried this to be told no that’s a set price for them, hold on 2-4-1 means you buy 1 and get the 2nd one free…...so you’ve just charged me £16 for a mediocre cocktail, which is not something I’d even expect to pay in the middle of town….absolute rip off never and I mean NEVER eating or drinking here again. RIDICULOUS

Huge delays, the restaurant was freezing. Food cold and yet over cooked. For the price you expect better. Isn't the first bad meal here . Staff stood about chatting so wasn't busy and they seemed to concentrate on deliveries rather than customers in the restaurant .very dissatisfied, especially when it used to be amazing.

Food was stone cold, and our two milkshakes were missing

Was served by Shannon the other day for a family Christmas meal. Really great service, made our night! Will definitely be booking again!

Ate here tonight after a three year break due to the last twice being cold food and undercooked food. I had the ribs which were fine, sent the coleslaw back as it hadn't seen any mayonnaise etc and was just cabbage and carrot and a miniscule portion. Sweetcorn came cooked but no flavour, when I asked for butter was told "we don't do butter" and nothing else proffered. No one asked if my meal was OK but in fairness they did ask my wife who had the Louisiana hot mess and she did enjoy it and the fiery hot sauce. When my wife asked for a dry white wine she was told "we don't do dry wine" Pretty sad considering that this used to be a quality restaurant with lots of choices. We used to dine here many times years ago when the choice was massive the food was quality and staff were efficient and happy to work there. All in all an average experience but unless they go back to the standards they set years ago...we shall not be dining here for a while...or maybe never again. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of sampling the gutter food that this establishment offers again this evening as my wife's father likes the ribs in here and we met him for his 89th birthday meal, I was not feeling too great so I ordered a take away and left as my families meals arrived. I had ordered extra sauce for the ribs, which didn't materialise, the sweetcorn was dehydrated to the point that even a trained medic couldn't revive it. The fries were pale and incipid with a few black specks on them. The sauce, apparently, a TGI special was like HP and not a patch on the JD sauce of days gone by. The ribs were mildly OK but at the price they should be. Anyone going here I would recommend just driving by and not touching this restaurant ever.

Food was spot on, did wait a bit for mains but was worth it

Birthday meal with my Granddaughter. Friendly helpful staff. Good service and nice meals on hot plates. Would recommend.

Really poor service, turned up with a group of guys following a sports event nearby. Plenty staff on but got the impression they couldn’t be bothered to take 16 people’s money or serve any more. 1.5 hours before closing so no excuse for the lack of care or service. 1star because I can’t leave any less.

Really let down by TGI’s this evening. Turned up at 8:30 this evening with a group of 16 to be told by their duty manager Paul they are rejecting the booking as they only have one waiter working. There was plenty of staff there and every time we’re visiting Altrincham we gather here for food and drinks late on a Sunday. Not acceptable.

Booked online where we made the booking and told the system it was out daughters birthday (only 7) Arrived to be told heating wasnt working so would be placed at the back where mini heaters were placed. Tried squeezing us next to a table of 8 adults definitely not appropriate for a young family to be sat next to, pointed out a dirty table and asked for that to be cleaned. Told to grab a drink at the bar where we were ignored for 10/15 minutes by the bar girl, until table was ready. Cocktails were poor, ordered two zombies served in colins glasses with no garnish and not Tiki glasses with pineapple and passion fruit as advertised in your menu and spec sheet. My son ordered a pineapple flip which again came with no garnish of pineapple as advertised. Food order was taken and when the food arrived we were extremely disappointed with the 11 fries that came with my daughter’s birthday hotdog dinner. The three burgers we ordered were definitely pre cooked and re heated as they were tougher than leather! Then we ordered oreo milkshakes which were watery and thin definitely not the thick ice cream shakes advertised. We also ordered two Hurricane cocktails which were poorly made again lacking in passion and enthusiasm! TGI Fridays USED to be a great place to tell staff it was a special occasion or birthday but to keep in touch with the rest of the night nobody said anything didn’t ask or refer to the booking leaving my daughter extremely disappointed! Toilets were disgusting and obviously not checked all in all it was the most overpriced disappointing meal out in a long long time

Overly salty burger spoiled our experience

one of the most appalling meals i’ve been out for in my life, the bill ended up coming to around £100 for 4 people, who only had a main , 1 drink each and shared 2 appetisers which were also included in a deal. never in my life have i felt the need to write a negative review on a place because i can always empathise with people being short staffed or busy but this was particularly awful. ive worked in hospitality for years and could tell the staff were immensely burnt out so i wont comment on service here. it was 20 minutes atleast before any drinks orders were taken, it then took a shocking amount of time just to make 4 cokes and bring them back over, which i will not blame the staff themselves for but the poor management having so little staff on on a saturday evening. my mum is a people pleaser through and through and therefore was too embarrassed to complain in the restaurant but her mushroom and halloumi burger had clearly been left on the pass whilst all other meals were made, 3 of them came out lukewarm at best… my mums stone cold. the steak that was ordered rare came out almost well done, and my sesame chicken strips were chewy and barely had any chicken on them at all, it just seemed to be the coating with a tiny bit of poor quality meat inside. not okay at all.

Expensive and rubbish tasteless microwaved food, for ever waiting for food to arrive and also for the bill ! Will never visit again

Cold fried. Burger meat had a nice taste but the burger was tough. Not worth the £20.

It's defentley gone down hill over the years, don't think we will be going back

5 items, pricey and when arrived was just warm. I think I'd leave to rare visit to restaurant
