Kala nos sirvió y el servicio al cliente fue absolutamente increíble muy hablador y sonriente! La comida era deliciosa y las bebidas eran buenas también.

Alfie was an amazing bartender- deserves a raise- so funny, so kind, amazing drinks no complaints from us. He is a very keen mixologist and awesome man.

Lovely people, Kala was so kind and top quality of the Job. However, on my mini ribs, there was only 3 with meat out of 5 which is fine:) Partner loved his wings and skins, and I loved my burger, ribs and martini (2 for 1). Fully recommend going here.

Some exciting new items on the menu! Love the 2 for 1 cocktails! Food always good! Presented well and Tia is really lovely ☺️

Waitress service was excellent ..our meal was less than average for the price we paid for 2 courses..my granddaughters meal she said was ok ,my first course was terribly burnt I was offered to reorder but I declined for reasons ..my 2nd course was a bit overcooked but managed to eat it .I have ate at a few tgi restaurants in different cities and have never had anything to complain out apart from the eldon square newcastle

I had a fantastic lunch with friends here at Eldon Square. The atmosphere was lively, with a stunning view of the city Square. The lady who served us, Helen, was fab, and a shout out to the chefs!

The girl who served us was pleasant, very attentive. Food disgusting. Had the Christmas menu, sunda thing for starter, embarrassing. As a international chain, you should have a large product development team, so I dont know how you can have some thing on the menu that is this bad. I had the so called duck Fajitas, which I have never heard before. Turns out, they just copied Peking duck and renamed it Duck Fajitas instead. instead of thin pancake, they used tortillas which is thick and dry. I know that they cant get the duck cooked properly, only few restaurant in China are able to do that. But they reached the lowest level, they used duck skeleton which I would use for stock or through away, hardly any meat on it. Then it was cooked to hell, so dry like firewood. they did use spring onion and cucumber which is right stuff but the way they served it made me laugh. I upload a photo of it, you can see it for yourself, they are all different size and shape, some with skin on, some without. the spring onion some are huge, some are tiny, some are mushy. the "chef" must try the mandoline first, find out spring onion won't work on it, and then used a knife, but has no knife skills. you charge 17.49 for it? are you kidding? If you really want to copy Peking duck, please google it first, at least get the looks right. I know the locals dont know about foreign food that much, but as a international company, you should not trike people like this. Who ever in your product development team came up with this idea, you should be ashamed, cos you know what you were doing and you have no respect for your company as a restaurant chain. Please show your line workers how to pick up a knife as well please.

Having banned TGI many years ago after a bad experience in Sheffield, I was coaxed back in by my wife and have to admit we had a decent meal, The sticky chicken wings were huge. Not bad at all, might be reconverted...

A large group of us visited for a friends 21st and it all went downhill from there onwards, it took approx 1hr to 1hr 30 for our main course to arrive which is quite abnormal because I am sure they usually have more than 21 people in a restaurant at any given time and all our meals arrived as cooked not together (we requested this as it was taking so long) 2 people then had to return meals one contained a hair and the other had the consistency of a rock this fault was rectified but not in the most professional manner. The kitchen then proceeded to set on fire, guests weren't evacuated we were left to sit breathing in toxic levels of smoke for a good 20minutes until we left (as fast as we could after paying) as we had somewhere to be at 3pm bearing in mind we arrived at TGI's before 1... Yes they did knock some money off and sent over some complimentary drinks but again they didn't even ask if the birthday girl liked these which unfortunately she never! Stress levels were pretty high by the time we left and I'm quite glad I do not have asthma as I can only begin to imagine the distress that smoke would of caused to those who did. The one good point I need to mention is the professional quality of the drinks but apart from that I will try my best to never return.
