Our waiter Dominic is the only positive thing I can say about my last visit. He was amazing, polite, attentive and very apologetic even though the issues were out of his control! Absolutely everything went wrong on this visit, the prices have gone up but the food quality has gone down dramatically. I've been to other TGIs and had lovely food and experiences so it's not the chain as a whole. There have been issues the last few times I've been to this one so I definitely won't be wasting my money here again.

Booked a table in advance and the restaurant was very empty when we got there. However we waited 50 - 60 minutes for our drinks (this includes us asking staff where our drinks were multiple times) the ONLY person who was able to make the drinks was dealing with a complaint (ironic). The food did come out soon after but again there were issues; A lot of our meals were missing ingredients (a salad missing an entire egg and dressing for example) we had to keep reminding the staff of drinks we had ordered and had been forgotten. We only realised ingredients were missing when we looked through the menu again half way through eating. Plus a lot of the food was cold (chips, onion rings, excetra) The restaurant was understaffed even with the restaurant being at roughly 15% capacity. The manager herself informed us the individual who served us was very new and still being trained. Why you would give a new member of staff the biggest table is beyond me and seems cruel to the employee who was clearly struggling. Once we mentioned the missing ingredients we were told it was due to a supply issue where they didn't get a delivery this morning... Would have made more sense to notify us that the meals we ordered would turn up incomplete. When the bill came the manager said she could only discount our drinks (using a discount code we already had) even after she agreed that our service had been poor and we explained we weren't going to pay for items we asked for and turned up missing ingredients or burnt. After asking if we could just leave what we thought it was worth after the manager kept insisting she couldn't even discount the food that turned up not as advertised she FINALLY called her general manager and was able to reduce the bill adequately. We were there for a total of 3 HOURS... No one had dessert just a few starters which all turned up with our main meals anyway. The manager who is in charge should have the power to discount things without needing to call a general manager. And the restaurant shouldn't accept bookings if they only have 3 members of staff on the floor and 1 member of staff that's capable of making drinks. The staff even though poorly trained and with no sense of urgency we're nice and polite and rather apologetic. The food was mediocre at best. Anywhere else for the same price would have produced tastier food that didn't come out cold. There is a reason they're going out of business. And I look forward to seeing what restaurant replaces them in the near future.

Staff were polite however the service was absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen! I had to get up 3 times to get my own drinks, I had to clean my own table, the tables and sofas were so dirty with food crumbs!! And the knifes and forks still had food on them! We had to swap them with the other surrounding tables as staff didn’t really approach the table. My mums burger was inedible as the bun was rock hard and so was the ciabatta bread! Also the chicken was cold in the middle and the steaks were cold too! However as staff don’t check on tables enough, we just decided to suffer instead of keep getting up. The ultimate grill was meant to come with blue cheese sauce with a lettuce wedge. They were out of stock of ciders and lagers! I honestly felt like I was ripped off! The only positive thing was the staff singing happy birthday really made me laugh!

Staff were polite but extremely inattentive on a quiet night, all gathered next to the bar chatting. Was near on impossible to wave someone down. Starters came incomplete. Smash burger came soggy, dripping with oil and burger was completely RAW inside, not pink, but red. Pasta was like mush. Menus were dirty, table and seats sticky from cleaning solution. Waited ages for plates to be cleared so ended up putting on empty table behind us. Witnessed other tables complain to the manager and I’m not surprised.

the food was delivered nearly 2HOURS after it was ordered. It was cold when it arrived. they sent sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. If TGI's are unable to cope with demand they should not take orders as it is clear the delivery part of the business takes less priority. I do not blame the courier at all he did his best. I will not be ordering from TGI again.

We booked a table at 7 pm Waited to get our starter an hour passed and realised that other people after us were being served already and completed their meals We summons a staff and were told that there had been an IT hitch We don’t believe this because only one table which was ours had been missed completely our order was retaken Within 10 minutes our starter came The calamari was burnt masked with chillie powder My partner starter was served on a small plate whereas another customer had the same starter and his plate looked presentable The main meal sweet Potatoe chips were under cook almost half of the portion Although there was a small reduction off our bill We were disappointed with our evening meal We believe the food was rushed and therefore the meal was awful We do t believe in returning to you again How awful our evening turned out

Enfield tgis was very disorganised on the day we went (7.09.24) Only bought over 1 refill when we asked for 2 When we received our bubble gum daiquiris we had to remind/ask about the popping candy which was supposed to come with it. Food was piling up on the counter and staff were more interested in talking to each other than getting the food to the tables. We received our starters at the same time as our main meals, which is odd as its supposed to be a starter. I Ordered the new York strip had to ask for a steak knife and also had to remind some1 about my peppercorn sauce who looked confused as to what I was saying, also my meal was missing the blue cheese Lettuce wedges which I only realised I was missing after we had left and re-read the menu when I got home. My partner ordered the smash burger which was pink in the middle but was told by a member of staff that its how its supposed to be. Asked for dessert menu and our waitress ( can't remember her name) stood there and tapped her pen on the table impatiently waiting for us to choose which in my opinionis very rude. The only good thing about our meal was the dessert. Considering how much was spent we left feeling very disappointed and cold as they sat us under the air conditioning too.

Bad night for TGIF I'm afraid, been to tons in the states and this place is not even close. Tool 32 min just to get drinks of which I got and went and fetch them myself. Starters took 40 and were cold tasteless items. Considering the prices on the menu you would expect better. Steak was a cheap cut, however the ribs were not bad compared the everything else. So if you dare to go, go for a burger or ribs. The tables and chairs were all sticky, including the menus that haven't been wiped down in ages. Everything just took far to long especially with the fact they have so many staff members. I do not recommend this place, rather wait till you go to the States and do it properly.

Although I have loved TGI Fridays since the restaurants first appeared, and found them fascinating, atmospheric, intriguing and great for different and delicious food,, I can not fail but noticing that the variety of branches we visited recently have gradually let some of the criteria that makes a good restaurant to go below par. To start with - cleanness. The surface of the tables are getting stickier. The entries - darker and dirtier. The washroom facilities - more and more pungent and unwelcoming. The floors - hmmm, very dubious. Everywhere one touched seemed to be too greasy or too dusty. The tables are definitely smaller and looking older now, and only child-size bodies can fit in the tiny booths. The low lightening seems extremely old fashioned and the semi-dark ambience is quite depressing, even in the best of days. And then the food - the sizes of the fajitas for example has been reduced almost by half. The taste also wasn’t great, neither the freshness of the products. The contents of the tiny little additional pots of sauces weren’t enough even for a single bite, let alone a whole meal. The menu of cocktails, one of the best and loved part of the experience in TGI Friday, (and especially the non-alcoholic ones), has lost almost half of its content. And lastly - the staff used to be cheerful, and competing for who will have the best and most fun head gear, or the most pins attached to various parts of their uniforms. The staff projected joy and ease of life which was so attractive and infectious! But at our last recent visit, the staff looked deflated, tired, uncaring, and totally stripped of energy. As for the fun gear - there was one ballon blown in the semi-imaginative shape of a snake (?), but even this died a quick death by the end of our visit. One good thing!! Great and massive parking facilities. Over-all - the visit did not produce the usual lively, pleasant and invigorating experience any more. The taste buds were anything but satisfied. The only element that has grown is the wish to get out of there as fast as possible.

We came to celebrate a birthday yesterday 1/9/24. We were seated at a dirty table and after asking for it to be cleaned, were moved to another table which also hadn't been cleaned so we moved again. Service was very slow even though they weren't busy, we waited half an hour for drinks and had to chase them up, also repeatedly asked where our food was several times although we did get an apology. Several items were unavailable on our cocktail and food choices. Cleanliness wasn't great, tables and chairs were sticky and full of crumbs, menus were sticky. My burger which took an hour to arrive didn't have the sauce in. In the past this was a clean, busy and atmospheric restaurant, very disappointed with my visit. The apology at the end was appreciated but didn't make up for what was supposed to be a celebration. When we queried about the drinks, were told the bar staff were also manning the delivery orders

Tonight was the last time we have ever visit TGI’s in Enfield. We waited 45 mins for the drinks and food came in bits and we had to ask for cutlery and sauces, which staff was very slow. Staff was standing and chatting to each other. We were left in the corner and staff didn’t care to ask how was the food, as we didn’t exist. We paid £156 for the food, which doesn’t justify. It’s better if this restaurant is closed for good!! Please do not go there at all!!

Very disappointing, long wait time of 30-40mins for food that we could physically see ready on the kitchen counter. It was not busy at all bare in mind (only a few tables) Some of the food was cold by the time it got to our table. To top things off, the waitress charged for a kids meal when she was explicitly told by myself I would like to use the kids eat free that i had just seen advertised. She did not explain to me how to redeem it as I'd never used it or anything like it before or been to tgi's. All she stated when I asked was for me to order an adult main and it would be applied. Management was called whom told me they couldn't refund the kids meal as "the order had disappeared off the system" yet she was aware of the failure of the waitress to give me the correct information and the long wait time. After a polite back and forth from myself and constant excuses she eventually came back with my refund (I had paid cash so fairly simple to sort out). No apology was given by the way! The waitress in question didn't bother to acknowledge her mistake. In conclusion I will NOT be going back ever again. The customer service was terrible and food quality questionable. Save yourself some time and go elswhere

Not a great experience tbh. Greasy slippery floor where we sat to eat. The seats were sticky. Waiter didnt ask if any of the party had any allergies which is a concern. Steak cooked well done despite asking for medium. Only 2 onion rings with steak meal which arrived 10 mins after they served the table. No nachos as starter nor peppercorn sauce for the steak. Salad with sesame chicken was not fresh. Had to ask 3 different staff members before actually getting the bill (approx 20mins). A few years ago, I recall this place having vibrant lively atmosphere and a service with a smile but last Thursdays visit was complete opposite.

Had dinner here on a Friday night. Food was great although they had run out of a few things. Even bottled water! A couple of items weren’t brought to us but didn’t notice at the time. At least we were not charged for them. Didn’t help the fact that the waiters were writing our orders down on tiny bits of receipt paper. I asked why and apparently they have to provide their own note books as tgi Fridays does not provide any other form for staff to write down orders. The place was generally a bit run down. Menus weren’t clean. The first table we were given was very tight to get into, seats were broken and table not ready but the waiter happily sorted out a new table for us. The ladies toilets weren’t great. All except one were not usable. (A couple had water all over the floor) and the hand dryer was right behind the door where my young daughter nearly got squashed behind as someone else walked through. But the fact that we were charge £4.40 for a bottle of coke was a joke. TGI Fridays is a good chain but it’s a shame this branch is being neglected. Not the staff’s fault. Thanks.

Then waited another 5 mins to take our order. They made an error on the order whilst chewing gum.We ordered prawns and half rack. Received no prawns and a full rack. He wrote the order down which makes it harder to understand. Was also charged for this! The cocktails. Ordered 2 for 1 margaritas and tropical monster that were served in a tumbler glass and were a sugar syrup overdose! Not mixed accurately at all. Not worth £16! Overall my experience here left me enraged rather than happy and full. DONT GO!

I am delivery driver. I do deliveries for a living and the experience I got today from this place is terrible. It was my first order of the day and it was the first time I had been to their place. Basically I work in central London and have been doing it for over a year. I just casually went online to use how's its here. And the staff of Fridays, they made me wait 32 minutes which I am not complaining about it's the fact that they don't even care that I was standing there for so long. Everyone was saying they don't know. And their approach wasn't what I was expecting. Even when the food got packed I could see it and still the waitress took another five minutes just to hand me the bag. They could be busy it's normal which didn't seem like. However, they could've just informed me that it's gonna take a while rather than just telling me 2 seconds. Please if you see this put on a smile on your face all the staff I mean. It doesn't cost anything. At least we shouldn't be treated like this as we are the ones who help you get a good chunk of your revenue stream.

Sadly I feel this TGI has gone downhill. Waited ages to be even seen at the podium. Menus were filthy and sticky. We felt ignored by the servers. When meal was served , found out they didn't have the peppercorn sauce which was ordered and they also somehow failed to provide the blue cheese lettuce wedges Had to ask for salt , which was grabbed off another table and plonked on our table - but it was obviously empty ! We did not dare ask for Pepper, Ketchup or Mayonnaise .... Just in case.... There were plenty of tables with empty plate etc piled up on them Getting a refill on our soft drinks was hard work and I was afraid to ask for another. We were not asked how the meal was or if we needed anything. There did not appear to be anyone in charge or overseeing things. I don't know if they were short staffed / over worked ( or auditioning for vacancies st Karen's Diner) but our experience was not pleasant. Overall food was tasty but service was urine poor. Very disappointed.

made original order, time given it will arrive. its a wednesday night, not weekend so cant be sooooo busy. food eventually arrives at 10.15ish. about 45mins waiting for so long i was reafy to tuck into food, then holy cold.. the food was lower than luke warm. so absolutely dreadful meal tonight. #unhappy

I went there with my husband, his elderly father and our daughter. The service was awful. We had to wait almost an hour before we got our food. My father-in-law couldn't believe he had to wait so long. He was very hungry by then. He said that we should have gone to Nandos instead. We all agreed, that we will not be going back to TGI again. I Must say that the staff tried their best with only 2 of them serving.

It’s all about your luck,they have few good and friendly staff who are so nice and polite and the exact opposite with couples of rude and disrespectful staff and I think they don’t get along well as some days good ones works and other days bad ones so it depends which one are there when you walk in

I HAVE BEEN ON THENTOILET ALL MORNING! Do not buy from here food is definitely old and not fresh! Brought jerk chicken and literally had nothing to do with jerk chicken no taste salt seasoning blandest food ever, to top it up they dont have jerk gravy… like what the hell? How can you not have jerk gravy, dry tasteless food, rice and peas was horrible peas was not cooked hard on inside. Girl serving was lovely but the food was horrible got nothing to do with Caribbean cuisine. I dontt get how you dont do jerk gravy at all i mean thats the point and purpose of jerk chicken
