Great food shame no straw for milkshake

The sanduíche és good. Everything else was a mess.

Ordered burger no bun, came with a bun, had to reorder

Milkshakes great, food hot. One portion of chips was squashed and cold but otherwise good.

I was given burger without the buns like why?

We only had half the order. The fries were missing. Okay, we got a refund but thst didn’t help with our dinner plans. I was absolutely furious. Why couldn’t we have a replacement order?

I don understand to long and my food cold

Absolutely disgusted with the food received from this branch of McDonald’s , I had eaten McDonald’s for dinner last night and a couple of hours later I began to projectile vomit for hours feeling severely unwell , I had obviously experienced food poisoning which is extremely appalling, I would not recommend ordering from this branch and unfortunately has put me off of McDonald’s for the foreseeable future …..!!

I had to wait over a hour for this delivery and when it finally turned up the drinks were half empty due to the fact they were on their sides in the bag and all the fries were stone cold and inedible plus the brownie was left in the drinks bag so get wet too

the driver was very rude with my daughter, he arrived late,he yell to the phone saying that he spent to much on thus order and after he also asked my daughter number.

This happen last time with another driver all the drinks was spill threw the bag it was torn after making other stops to others now againythis this D's drive did these ice-cream s turn to milk the burger had cold

Awful!!!! Ordered 3 meals on Uber eats just now and ALL 3 fries missing, apple pies missing, sauces and straws missing. Tried to get a refund and am told I’m not eligible lol sort your staff out how on earth does this even happen.

Order not delivered and I got a refund for £7.08 when the order cost me £11.06. £3.98 for non delivery is totally outrageous. I request a full refund

item missing which means 1 child didn't get food. Not paying for another delivery. This happens often and there should be a way we can get the missing items without ordering again

my food arrived on time but it was cold and I only live 6 minutes away. I've seen on the map, the driver has couple more drops offs before he delivered mine. didn't even eat the fries because it was cold and dry.

order took over an hour to arrive when the restaurant is less than 10 minutes drive away. when it turned up, everything was stone cold and almost inedible. it was clearly ready in 20 mins and left to just sit there going cold for the rest of the time. terrible.

Making 1 burger shouldn't be this hard. You serve even this one wrong. and you're a burger shop. and waiting half an hour to eat this bad food is just a waste of time. Its not even cheap any more compare to others .

22.04.2025 I started choking from how crisp my mcdonalds Sprite was. I caught the attention of a lovely female worker named Iman. I hope I got her name right. She patted my back and did slight cpr upstairs and stopped me from almost dying. She made sure I was okay and brought me a nether sauce that I requested for my mincecraft meal. She truly is a diamond in the rough. (Rought being how bad the atmosphere was with all the teenagers). Other than that, I hope she's appreciated by her fellow staff members. Iman, thank you. 🙌🏼

The delivery driver was given the wrong bag and had to return to the restaurant to get my food

The food was cold and dry. After the app said that the driver was here I was waiting for him to call my buzzer, but after I went to see what was taking so long, the driver was just sitting and tapping his feet, making no attempt to come to the door.

The delivery time kept on changing I have two children and I ordered the order just before 10 and it arrived just before 11. This is not acceptable. Also there was no napkins in my order. The food was very very cold. I am not happy. I expect a full refund.

Food is freezing cold. The order tickects on the wrappers say 8.20 food arrived at 9.10. food completely inedible. Waited 1 hour from ordering to delivery. I believe this is all down to driver errors. MC Donalds is usually a quick services. I request a full refund as all food has had to go in the bin and now I have to seek other food from elsewhere

Only left 1 star as zero is unavailable! My food turned up looking like it had been through a spin cycle! The burger had an ingredient I asked to be removed & all over the box! The milkshake had leaked everywhere and ended up all over my floors.

We have been waiting for our food for nearly two hours now. Message just popped up to say it was delivered when it wasn’t!!!!!!!!!! Where are our food????????!!!!!!!! Food was supposed to be delivered according to the notification at 21:15, but it was 20:40!!!!! And no food!!!! I paid nearly £50 for NOTHING!!!!!!!! I am livid!!!!!!! I want to know where our food is????!!! And why we are waiting this long!!!!!!

They didn't deliver my food and refused to initiate a refund. They keep doing this thing of claiming the item was delivered but won't deliver and since it's a prepaid charge you either have to order again which makes you pay double or lose your money

The food was stone cold and stale tasting. It had obviously been sitting on the side for quite some time. The estimated delivery time also more than trebled once the payment had been taken, which felt sly and misleading.

Food was completely cold once we opened the bag. I tracked the delivery person and they were about two miles from my address with my order, obviously delivering more than one order. If they are going to do this then they need to make sure they have some kind of food storage that keeps the food hot upon arrival not just in a thermos bag! Driver was polite and friendly when he arrived so cannot fault him.
