Foad OK drink OK 100 percent beef

The food was cold and 45 minutes late

Unfortunately the burger had cheese x2 even though we said no cheese. And the drink was spilled.

Literally amazing food is hot I’m so grateful the driver was great and faster brilliant

Seasoning was great today (3pm Thursday). Fries would have been great but were tepid which is a regular issue unfortunately.

When it arrived it was cold and dry

not only did it take forever but it was cold. in addition this is the 4th time no dips were delivered. I am getting really annoyed with this restaurant and you flippant way you treated my previous complaints about the dops

My food was delivered to another location yet I have been charged. Dreadful service.

I was amazed at the delivery time. Very quick indeed. I was however disappointed with the order as it was not anything similar to the advert on TV. Less or no sauces at all.

The estimated delivery time was wrong. When. Tracking the driver he went the opposite direction before delivering the food. From pick up to delivery was over 20 minutes. Food was cold.

I am McPlant mad now, so visit usually once a week. Service is what you'd expect in McDonald's, same with the atmosphere. The vegan burgers 🍔 are delicious though. Its great that they did a double McPlant, however, have already got rid of it (only came out January 2023) in favour of adding an extra vegan patty for £1.10, which is cheap, but overall now costs over £5, more than the original double McPlant. A treat once in a while regardless. I highly recommend the McPlant.

I'm fuming!!!! The order was for my elderly mother who has dementia and it was ordered sufficiently early enough for you not to get it wrong!! But you did. I will absolutely NOT be using your company again. And I bet you don't care!

Drinks all spilt in bag which delivery driver tried to deliver leaving coke spilt all in my porch and carpet by front door!

Food turned up Luke warm. Making it inedible. Ordered 2 portions of fries, both only were filled three quarters in the sleeve. The courier made a delivery before he came to us. Hence cold food

The food was cold and half of the drinks were spilled as well as the ice being completely melted that we had to pour the drink down the sink. Delievery took such a long time than the promised 25-35 minutes resulting to us waiting for an hour. This is unacceptable.

13/12/2024 my child was beaten and robbed inside McDonald's, it's a shame that the security watched the whole incident, didint even react, he didn't even try to help my child, the manager aswell didn't react too my son being beaten and no one reacted, the security guard should be fired immediately, how can you stand and watch a child being beaten six on one and no one did anything, shame, there is no humanity left in this world, I hope the security guard will face the consequences for not doing his job

I received the wrong order completely, looks like the restaurant and the driver check before sending it out for delivery, this restaurant always has items missing or the wrong order being delivered.

my order was delivered almost 2 hours after it was supposed to be delivered and I live 5mins walk from the resturant. After I paid, the order was confirmed and the time was updated once to say the order would be a bit later, then they just never started preparing the order until about an hour and half after the original order. it was so long after that I had to find food elsewhere because it took so long I thought it wasn't gonna arrive and there was no one to speak to about it. Absolutely poor

Came here for lunch today. Had a terrible experience as my friend needed disabled toilets. The toilet was disgusting dirty with a terrible smell. The floor was so dirty. We had no choice but to walk upstairs, which was difficult for my friend. We walked upstairs to a bad smell as we got close to toilets it was a really bad smell. The toilet was dirty floors, which was even worse. I mentioned it to a member of the start before leaving.

the food was unacceptably cold, there were missing chips from the happy meal, the courier’s location was unavailable. all this is unacceptable i would like some sort of a refund for the chips and the time i waited for this food just for it to come extremely cold.

Food delivery was late - ordered at around 6.10pm came at 7.53pm - we ordered mcflurries and an apple pie and the ice cream came melted and the pie was cold. Not impressed.

Seems ashame they keep the upper floor closed off when it's busy to minimise staff areas to clean. Surely with their turnover they could staff the upper seating level open

20 min after end of first time given. And that had a 30 min window to start. Realise Sat night, but when our dessert arrives the pies were totally cold and the ice cream had melted. The order must have left the restaurant much earlier than the system said.
