We had a great experience with great service from Mia and Eve today and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend to give it a try

Very good atmosphere, got seated very quickly. Cocktails are 2-4-1 everyday of the week, which a huge variety to choose from. Food arrived quickly, and great time between starters and mains. Lauren was brilliant service with a smile

Went with my young son for the bottomless chicken wings as he absolutely loves wings. Hadn’t been to TGI for many years as I always left disappointed. However, this was a much better experience. Wings were very tasty and apart from a lengthy wait for our 2nd plate, service was fairly smooth. Paulina was very helpful and efficient. Only slight criticism was she didn’t mention that we required a code for this deal, until we asked for the bill. Fortunately, I did have the app and was able to obtain codes but this should have been brought to our attention on ordering. It was a Thursday night and the restaurant was reasonably busy (which was a good sign). Will definitely return if they continue to run these types of offers. Drinks and desserts are fairly expensive though.

Visited with Husband early afternoon was nice and quiet. Excellent service , hot food, service excellent. Thank you Joe Has to be the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in for along time.

Came after the cinema for food. Food was good, the ribs and tender strips were delicious. However service a tad slow. But I do love this place and will return.

Morgan provided great service and the food was good. We had a special menu and was able to get Mac and cheese for starters and ribs for mains for only £21.95. Definitely recommend

Food was really nice but portions have gone so much smaller and prices have gone really high… only got three slices of garlic bread instead of four, sesame chicken strips came on a tiny plate with no salad. Our server Paulina was lovely as were the other servers who brought our food to the table.

Poor service We visited for lunch Ordered off the festive menu, received our starters weren’t even half way through these when we were greeted with a server holding our mains “Do you want me to leave these or come back in 5 minutes”. I’ve never had that happen in any type of restaurant and not as much as an apology for it. Not impressed

Just had dinner at this TGIs, amazing. Service was excellent and our waitress, Mia, was fantastic. So helpful, so prompt and could not have been nicer. We had a small problem with my daughters order which she dealt with so quickly it was like there was no problem at all. Food was excellent, well worth the visit. Thank you all.

I came in with my son before the football to eat, we were sat quickly and served by a lovely lady named Mia, she was very attentive towards us and gave us everything we needed and asked of her with no troubles, she was very kind and sweet to us both and made us feel very welcome in our visit. The food was lovely and a nice meal to have quickly with a few drinks.

The usual great food with exceptional service from Paulina. 5/5 for service. The staff really do make the extortionate price hikes worth it. Not a povvo by any stretch, but £20 for a standard chicken burger and £4 for a soft drink? Expensive neon lightscapes doth not a fine dining experience make.

Went to TGI’s for the first time tonight for my daughters 13th bday meal. Very expensive unless you have offer codes from the app. Luckily we did and for 4 of us, 2 of them had kids meals, it came to just under £80. Main meals are on the menu at around £20 each though. Service was good. They will sing happy birthdays for birthday guests, of which there seemed to be many of, my daughter made sure I did not let the staff know it was her bday! 🤣

Really disappointed. Very slow service . 3 staff chatting in a corner . Tried to use stripe rewards but said unacceptable so ended up paying for some items that were supposed to be free. Really disappointed and the manager in charge was extremely rude. Won’t be going again .

We had a really good lunch - Courtney was really attentive and friendly - thank you for taking your time with us and for looking after my mum in particular by putting us near the disabled loo’s!
