Great family friendly place and the food is nice.

The worst experience in a tgi. You have to be ashamed of the food you sell there. It starts from where they wanted to sit us. Always a problem as they want to put you in the far back away from the world.. It's 2 am and I still cannot recover from being sick.. it's the 2nd and kast time I had bad experience with food and treatment at tgi. The food was absolutely old and reheated and off. I was thinking it the time we were eating but I have only said smth about the mac and cheese. The buns from the kids burger ages old. The rack was probably done and reheated.. the meat supposed to be tender but it wasn't.. I am sure now it was reheated. You should be ashamed of the food you sell.. I am sure you won't stay around much. I am sure smth is wrong with you to sell this type of food. I am in shock. I cant recover from stomachache and being sick since 17.00 o clock.

We had the best time at TGI Fridays for our date night—and it was all thanks to the endless sesame chicken and the absolute superstar of a waitress, Trina. The sesame chicken was crispy, flavorful, and addictive. When they say “endless,” they mean it—we kept receiving more and more and every plate came out hot and delicious. But what really made the night was Trina. She was attentive, hilarious, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. She kept the refills coming without us even asking, made sure we were always happy with our food, and had the kind of energy that made the whole evening feel extra special. TGI Fridays, you’ve got a gem on your team! Great food, amazing service, and a perfect date night. We’ll definitely be back—especially if Trina’s working!

We were serviced by Trina and she made our visit really good. It’s been a rough week for us and was feeling quite sad, she has brought a smile onto my face for the first time in a while. Thank you so much ❤️

A big thank you to James today for sorting out my online order, after it had arrived without any chips. He went above and beyond to make sure the birthday meal I ordered for my family was all there when I collected it in store. He even put a slice of cake in the bag 😊 The staff were so friendly and very apologetic. Thank you.

visited Friday Night and. was so busy. But cannot fault the service or the food. Sian looked after us wonderfully and was so attentive even though clearly she was very busy. If you can accept that this place does get busy then it’s the place to be

We dined at the bluewater restaurant today. We should have known that it would be a bad experience from the cocktail. The strawberry daiquiri was disgusting, just crushed berries and ice, no lime,no rum or mint taste in it. Complained to the waitress when we were about to be seated and she said someone will come over to speak to us about it, which never happened. Off to the food, over 45 minutes wait , we were hopeful, but when it came it was disappointing, grilled corn was dripping water, the platter wasn't looking good at all, it looked like collection of leftover from other guest food, my son's burger was burnt, it was disgusting, he ate it because he was starving,the only thing that was good was the hotdogs, chips and the fizzy drinks. Terrible terrible and terrible. It was suppose to be a celebration night for us but couldn't wait to leave. Oh before I forget, the ketchup was super tart, who serves low sugar low salt ketchup in a restaurant 🤔...we have been to this particular one 2x and today is the worst....avoid at all cost.

Tonight I was served by a fantastic lady called Trina. From the very beginning she was welcoming, pleasant, attentive and for the entire night she remained consistent. If Elon Musk can sort out a cloning device, give Trina a call because we need more if her

Haven't been to a TGI's for a long time, sorry to say wouldn't go back, food was expensive, not great quality (especially for the price), and the staff didn't seem bothered, my sons 12 birthday and not even a happy birthday, I am sure they used to make a fuss?

TGI Friday's Bluewater. One of the best restaurants to eat at. James the manager is really helpful. If someone has an allergy he can help you choose the right food to eat. He chats with the customers and he likes to have a laugh. Katrina the waitress was really lovely, she served us on the day of this review. Quick to get your drinks and food along side James the manager. To add to this, it goes to show that you don't need to be in a popular postcode to be a good restaurant.

The service was excellent, the food was ok, but the price was terrible! £ 75 for 2 starters and mains was totally unacceptable.

Food nice, service poor. 2 of our party left as the food came out late 1 hr 30 mins wait for food. Cold chips, requested no cheese in a burger and it was scrapped out - forgot the other guys meal. Messed up the bill because their system missed a payment (30 min wait) one person overpaid and waited to get it refunded as they said it will go as a tip. - still waiting while i write this post, might still be here for breakfast.

Trina was absolutely amazing, especially with my nephew, she was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. My nephew hasn’t stopped talking about her and the dinosaur balloon animal she made him. Absolute credit!

The waiter was very pushy and in the end made us pay a tip. Bill was held up by 20 minutes, waiter was mentioning that we should give him the money instead.

Quoted a seating time within 30 mins, seated within 10. Prompt and excllent service plus tasty food!

Had to give a star to be able to write this review. The restaurant was near empty, 13 people at our table to celebrate a birthday, service was ok but the food was actually terrible, the fries have a coating that isn't displayed on the menu, burgers were poorly cooked, had one of them removed from the bill although should have been all 3 that we ordered. Noticed that we were being charged for 2x extra fries when the table only had 1x extra fries. Asked for this to be removed and the waitress sent the manager to explain the bill, again still being charged for 2 fries, explained this to him and he said ill just take the fries off completely, this wasn't what I was looking for I just wanted to pay for what we had. A family member noticed he was rolling his eyes when I was trying to explain (very glad I didn't notice this). Overall the food was appalling for the price they have the audacity to charge. If you generally want to enjoy your a dinner out I would avoid this place totally!!! We should have avoided after discussing with each other that no wonder it's never very busy!

It was my son's 18th birthday 🎂, we didn't book a table, just because we didn't know, thought we could just walk in. We needed sits for 5 people, Staff was rude and unwelcoming to us, just asked us to wait, in the end we got 2 separate tables near each other so we couldn't be together. The manager was involved later, who made things a little light and gave us10% off a £124 something bill, to me I'd rather be treated with respect than that, all the waiters needs retraining. I won't eat there again, as we felt unwanted/ unwelcomed, the girls just didn't care. So first and last and I told them I will review. Customer service excellence is a skill, please train your staff. Everyone deserves to be treated right!

We came for dinner with family, service was slow but they were very busy. 2 of us had chicken, fajitas and Cajun. The next day we both started feeling sick, my husband was throwing up and running to the loo. The last thing he bought up was the fajitas. He was so ill we had to stay in the hotel on the Monday. My husband is a cancer patient with compromised immune system, so it made him very ill. Please be wary eating here if you are immune compromised.

We go to TGI Fridays occasionally just to mainly have the Jack Daniels flavoured chicken wings. Awesome taste.

Trina @ Bluewater TGIFridays was so helpful & lovely and she was amazing! She had our next round of drinks brought to our table before we had even finished any, arranged for our food to be out quickly & cooked to perfection! Thank you Trina 😊

Had a good Friday night dinner. Server Kayla took good care of us. She was quite friendly specially with my 6year old. Its always a good experience at TGIFs

Mucked up my order, but the food i did get was good. Service is good , final bill got adjusted

45 minutes for an over cooked steak - supposedly rare but grey right the way through. Sent it back and they cooked a new steak. It was suppose to be rump but it was so tough and stringy. The manager and waitress were apologetic and comped the steak and an extra 25 % but out evening was ruined and we were very disappointed with the food.

Pitstop lunch whilst sales shopping. Three hangry children were made very happy by Kelly, drinks came really quickly and our glasses were never empty. The appletiser and sides make a great small plates lunch, and loads of choices for vegetarians. Felt very well looked after in a busy restaurant, checked back on and deserts ordered easily but not overly intrusive.

When I went there it was very calm and peaceful the people there were very nice but Trina was a very kind person being very nice and polite she asked us many questions about us and asking my two little cousins about Santa and said that she knew that they’d be on the nice list altogether a very kind person

First time dinning in TGI's in 7 years. Very minimal food choices for plant based but I must say what was served was tasty 😋 compliments to the chef as everything tasted nice. The vegan burger could of done with more sauce or seasoning or vegan mayo, even Jack dan sauce but apart from that the patty was tasty and so was the bun. Kids meal was nice, food portion of the pasta and chips (weird combo but kids hay). Disappointed in what was labeled the vegan meatless strips as they actually look like nuggets more then strips, thought there would be breadcrumbs or some texture to it but literally mini nuggets in saracha sauce. We tried out the 2 for 1 mocktails (non Alcahol cocktail) and really disappointed with what came out. No effort was put into making them at all, looked more like watery orange juice as I couldn't even see the cranberry or the crushed ice, or any fruit in there at all. We sent both back as it was not anywhere near the standards I expected and the replacement was much nicer visually as well as tasted nice. Away from the food which was decent and what I expected, the place was definitely not clean. At arrival I had to get tissue and clean the seats as my kids wouldn't sit on the dirty sofas. After doing that I did notice the table was not terrible but not well cleaned, the menus are one of my biggest issues as they reflect on the standards in a restaurant and they were definitely not clean, greece and food on them. Half-way through our meal, a woman got the Hoover out and started hoovering for 5 min near by, I had to check the time as I thought they were cleaning to close. Then realised new guests were still arriving. Very strange to get a hoover out when people are eating and could of very easily done the same job with a dust pan and brush. Service was good, the young girls who served us was polite, the young lad who changed our drinks was also good and prompt. At arrival and older member of staff went to check of they had the burgers we wanted in stock before we sat down, so all in all very good service. Toilets in side were clean but one thing that did annoy me a little was all the bits of tissue going up the stairs on the way to the toilets, how did no one notice and bother to clean this up. ........................... Overall summary is... Food - good Service - good Hygiene - not a clean place but food and cutlery clean ............................. We would probably not eat here again. Over £100 spent on our meal but for me the hygiene just was not clean enough.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at TGI Friday on Saturday 21st Dec and we had such a good experience. The food was great and the customer service was so outstanding. We were served by Trina. She was so friendly and helpful. My husband mentioned that his chips was not as hot and she organed to get them replaced immediately without any fuss. She made our experience memorable at the peak of the Christmas season when it is so easy to drop the ball with service. Thank you for waiting on us.

our waitress did not check on us once wgen we had recieved our food. never offered a refill and did not come to our table for 40 minutes after we had finished our main. we was goibg to order more but did not bother after the absolute dreadful service we received. a couple were seated at the table nexr to us and ended up leaving before even ordering because they were sat for 15 minutes before even being greated by the server. absolutely disgraceful service. we normally come once a week but will be looking for alternate places after this. we went elsewhere for a second round of drinks.

Specifically the lady who seated us at table 6 tonight, big lashes, red short sleeved shirt, black leggings and white Nike socks, tried to ask her for a high chair and she just completely ignored me and walked off, leaving me completely mouth open shocked and just down right rude, to be honest the service in general from most of the staff was just nonchalant… none of them really seemed to care about being here on a busy Saturday at all 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can't fault the servers, service was a bit slow.. Took a while for drinks. I haven't been to TGI for years and I was shocked at how much the portion sizes have got soooo much smaller. I mean I'm not a massive eater but I used to always associate Tgi's as big portions. My husbands Burger and chips looked like a kids portion! There was 5 of us and we just had mains and drinks (no alcohol) 5 adults and 1 child meal and it came to £94!! I do think it's overrated but the staff do try their best, especially for birthdays!! The food tasted good, can't fault that but got the price and sizes I wouldn't be returning often.

We were served by Jade H when we visited yesterday. She was brilliant. Made sure we were okay, kept checking in and my son loved her!! She talked to and played with him and made us feel comfortable. Amazing service. We always have great service when we go to TGI but Jade was an absolute star!!!

Had the sesame chicken with fries and the house salad. Very lovely. Enjoyed it until a mice came limping through our tables and even the staff disappeared into the kitchen. Then one came and instead of dealing with the situation immediately to relocate the table beside me affected to another, was saying there is a conservation nearby and the animals are cold so looking for someone warm.. what??? It eventually went into the kitchen. Nice meal but definitely not visiting that location anymore. Paid the bill and got out of there as quickly as possible.

Kinda disappointing dining experience at this TGIF. Front team service was good and friendly with quick seating. Ordered a ceaser salad which was sub par by any standard. The blue cheese dressing was runny and didn't have that blue cheese taste. Felt like a watered down version. Salad had the right ingredients but the lettuce was full of lettuce "hearts" like someone gave the task to the customer to breakup the lettuce and cut them up. Bacon bits were crunchy rather than soft and chewy. ..Quite disappointed this visit.

Came here with my daughter for a treat, amazing staff very friendly(served by a lovely lady called Sian), the food was amazing and was served very quickly. Thank you for the amazing service Sian definitely be back soon 😊

We arrived for a late dinner and were ignored for about 10 mins. We had been out for the day are were tired and hungry. Plenty of staff around so no excuse. Came very close to walking out. Made worst by a couple sitting near us who appeared to get VIP treatment e.g staff all over them, food came out quickly, drink top ups etc. They had scoffed through all their courses and 3 lots of drinks before we even got our food. Waited so long for food, but when it arrived the fries on two of our meals were cold. We were so hungry so didn’t make a fuss. Food was ok but nothing like how TGIs used to be. What has happened to the Jack Daniel’s sauce?? When we got the bill, our waitress informed us that our her manager had deducted the desserts due to our long wait. The manager never actually came over in person and apologised or even acknowledged the situation. Overall a very disappointing experience and not something we intend to repeat anytime soon. Shame, as we used to really enjoy TGIs.

Excellent meal 2nd NOV 24. One of our group has a serious intolerance to garlic and onion. Manager James took charge of this meal and was excellent and so reassuring and explained what they would do. Person who served us Stewart was also very good. My daughter celebrated turning 14 and really enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. Great and will definitely go again.

Went to TGI Bluewater and sat at the bar to eat and have some drinks. Hayden took care of us all afternoon, was very attentive and always ready with drink top ups when we needed them. Great experience and will return.

There for a birthday party, table wasn't even set 30 min before the time, so had to wait for that. When we finally sat down, and given our orders, we waited 45 min for the food. After that we ask for the cake to be brought out, that took another 40 min, and 4 people to go and ask where the cake was. Kids by that time had enough. I would never book an birthday party with them after today experience.
