Starbucks Coffee in Dartford

Usually a big lover of Starbucks but think this was just am off day for them. Ordered a Panini that came out boiling hot and really soggy that wasn't really edible so I left it, and the Iced Latte was warm 😐 . The staff were really friendly however one lad didn't really want to help when I asked a question which was slightly awkward

Very poor service. I ordered cool lime but I got water with two slice of lime. I couldn’t taste the lime. I complained to that women but she was not nice and said that she did it the right way. Just go the the other Starbucks they know how to do cool lime.

One of the best Starbucks I've been to! I ordered a venti creme brulee iced coffee and once I sat down ended up spilling the entire drink everywhere! I apologised and let the staff know, so no one slipped and they offered to make me a new one there and then, no extra charge! You guys really made my day (and im sorry for spilling it everywhere)! 🥰

It was all ok. Staff were polite. Shame in take away cups. Shame sizes of cups so different to what you imagine.

If you have run out of something, best to tell the customer ahead. Not after order’s been taken and made to wait for 10mins. Lastly, at least smile people!

Good coffee and quiet for a change

I ordered a Carmel frappe and omg it so nice it’s the best one I’ve ever had.

Excellent atmosphere and my favourite Starbucks in Bluewater

We usually come here every week because we love the coffee and this Starbucks has a nice seating area. I will usually wing-it and see what special drinks they are doing. They have a great selection of drinks, both hot and cold. The staff have always been friendly, despite how busy the store always gets. We love the atmosphere here, it's not too bright or too dark and the decor is nice and calming.

Staff are super friendly and the drinks were made well. £1.30 for particle sized brownie bites is a bit steep though x

Got my to go order wrong. The sticker on the cup indicates it should be a white Americano. The person making the coffee looked like they were dazed. I was served a black Americano to go. Didn't realise there was a mistake until I was in the car. Had to add my own milk at home... May as well have made my own coffee when I got home! The coffee wasn't actually very good either. Don't worry Costa, I'll be back 👍

My first ever one star review - Harsh but fair! Two Americanos to go… only one turned up. No problem, after waiting a few more mins I queried where the other coffee was… a casual inaudible response - after waiting a further…poss 2 mins with everyone else being served… I asked again only to be told there it was but not in a take away! Brushed off and on the edge of rudeness I was met with ‘not my fault’ responses. Costa way better for happy helpful staff…

Staff are always friendly and polite, they are happy to help with requests and overall a nice store.

Slow not very responsive to requests seemed to be a first day person taking the orders, even allowing for this service was on balance weak.

Connor was absolutely fantastic when he served me a moment ago (6.11.21, 11:30am). We chatted about how busy they were but he seemed to have a positive attitude and laughed at my bad jokes. Thanks Connor, your friendly manner and good customer service is really appreciated!

Coffee was expensive. Server had her hands all over the cup lis which you drink from.

Amy is the best! She made me a peppermint tea on ice and didn't make fun that it was a specialty order. Polite friendly and speedy service. Will be back! X

A beautiful place to have Starbucks coffee in Bluewater Shopping place. You can take rest and enjoy coffee. Staff is friendly and ambience is great.

It's small, so can't expect too much. Most of their vegan options were sold out except for one vegan Cristmas wrap which was not just attractive to the eye (for a wrap), but it was also very tasty. 😊🎄

To get to the point straight, I’d say it’s not the best Starbucks you can go to, although I appreciate it is a very busy location however this is never a excuse for poor customer service, and for what they charge we should expect a little more than huffs and puffs

Love this shop, grandson has got hooked on this coffee shop. Sometimes you need to ask for coffee to be alittle hotter !

Starbucks is popular,and everyone can find something they like here..my only problem with Starbucks is the coffee: unless you ask, your coffee is a cup of frothy milk..not enough coffee

Come in here fairly often. Looks good after the refit. Pretty quick service, despite being busy (payday weekend).

Apparently nice Americano but my mango freezer whatever it's called was pretty average. A small plop of syrup and loads of ice. Not exactly value for money, unless you're a shareholder.

Staff were a bit down and customer service could be better for the price they charge.

Great coffee offer out rewards to vitality members

If only the servers were to look interested in what they're doing because the two behind the counter today were anything but . I appreciate that serving coffee to shoppers could be a mind-numbing exercise but it might be an idea to fake interest and engage the customer rather than the estuary-English greeting of " are you all right there?" , which I think means "can I help you?"

Coffee cold...and too darn expensive for what it is...struggled to find a seat....

Its a disappointment evey time i came to this cafe its filthy for start top of coffe mashines 3mm of dust dirt work tops its a mess coffe cream splashed everywhere floors and general hygiene looks very low the staff pick up the cups by puting their dirty fingers inside where they've wiped it on their dirty clothes 100 time and their appearance not good at all wont came back again

Both Starbucks coffee shops are great. The larger one can seem messy than the smaller one. Good coffee and cake options worth a look.

There’s two Starbucks in Bluewater. I will say this one is the better one of the two. Great customer service, good managment and team. It’s beggars belief that the larger Starbucks is absolutely messy with a no-can-do attitude towards cleanliness - way below par. This one is the opposite.

Review is for Unit 127 Starbucks: as expected from the coffee giant. A great experience, chilled atmosphere and clean surroundings. A staff member was on hand to clear the tables as and when people left. Right next to the Bathrooms which makes it very convenient. Excellent coffees, no faulting their production. The staff could have been a tad more engaged but were approachable. People were working here on laptops but as the store is open i can see this getting pretty noisy during the busier times like on weekends.

Always stop there for my coconut milk latte . Like it

I have been here a few time, each time I find it very very dirty, all the tables are full of empty mugs,cups and all sort of rubbish. The floor is sticky and the tables look like they have never been cleaned. No wonder the lights are so deem you can hardly see around you. Don't recommend it!

Ordered a latte and panini both were forgotten and had to be reasked for. Would not return

When a coffee shop is not just a coffee shop I went here with my two daughter while my wife finished her shopping. As we found a table, my daughter spilled her drink. I advised one of the staff of the spillage, and he came over to clean up while I went to purchase a replacement. On the way back to my table, the staff member who help us clean up, returned with a refund for my second purchase. They went out of their way to help us out, and it was really appreciated!

It's a decent place to sit and have a nice coffee but the WiFi has so much traffic on it from everyone using it, making it unusable. Other than that, it's chill and the drinks are made to standards.

Worst ever visit to Starbucks lady who served me was nice but the man who made the drink jake was so rude brought them reuseable plastics cups paid the extra money never again and never again to get my business actually missing 4th from my drink for the price and services I explain to him where was the reset and wanted me to pay more to fill up my drink before I even drink any BE AWARE !!! Go to costa or go when he is not there EXTREMLY UNHAPPY 😡

Small branch mainly for takeaways while you walk around the shopping centre then for sitting down and relaxing. Efficient service and good coffee
