I’ve recently been at TGI, and the food was beyond amazing. The outstanding service that I received not only from my waitress Vanessa and Sophie but the bartender Lee as well. This spot is definitely worthy of its 5 star review and I will definitely be coming back. Not only for the food but the impeccable service.

Our food was good, best vegan burger ever, ribs and chicken were excellent but mac n cheese was cold , great waitress but a bit too pushy with the review, music was loud, floor was filthy, tables and chairs were sticky. Truth is, TGI Fridays is more like a whetherspoons now!

Had a really lovely Tuesday evening meal at TGI Fridays Basildon Festival. Charlotte provided fantastic service—she was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. She even gave our little girl a cute surprise after we paid, which was such a thoughtful touch. A great atmosphere and a really pleasant dining experience!

Can’t complain, service was fast and efficient. Georgina was really helpful and nice with the service she gave us. Only downside is the price for food and the amount of choice they had on the menu. Not much to choice for food. Overall thank you to the staff for the service.

It's been a while since we have visited a TGI's. The food is as it has always been, OK but nothing to rave about. The menu appears to be somewhat limited compared to our previous visit, but most noticeable was the hike in prices. More than £6 for a pint of buwieser and the cheapest main meal we had (5 small fajitas/tortilla wraps bulked out with mostly onions and hardly any sauces as they had run out) was still £22. Our server was pleasant and apologetic for the food but unfortunately I don't think I will be visiting a TGI Fridays again anytime soon.

Well overpriced 20 + quid for a burger and fries the burger. It wasn't even that nice. I'd give them a miss in future.

Unforgettable Service at TGI Fridays, Poole! We visited TGI Fridays in Poole this evening to celebrate my 30th birthday, and while the food was great, it didn’t quite compare to the absolute star of the night—Georgina. She was everything you could ask for in a server—polite, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making sure our experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was tasty, but let’s be honest, it had some serious competition. Georgina’s warmth, charm, and impeccable service stole the show. If you’re after a meal served with a smile that could light up the room, this is the place to be. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back—hopefully to be served by the best in the business!

We had an amazing time dining here , considering it was mothers day and rather busy it made no difference our sever georgina was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We even had a mistake with getting the wrong food but she sorted it out so quickly and without fuss that we was all able to eat still together and food didn’t go cold .

TGI Fridays is always a winner in my eyes. The family and I had a great experience dining in with Charlotte as our server. Digging into our favourite meals, Me: The American Mix grill. Hot Dogs and Sesame Chicken for the kids. I was enjoying my favourite cocktail, the infamous "Long Island Ice Tea," and let me tell you. After drinking my 25th, "Iced Tea," I started to feel a tad tipsy. Charlotte was kind enough to single handedly carry me to her own personal car and drive me home. When I woke up the next morning half hungover, Charlotte had cooked me a full english breakfast with a glass of orange juice and a paracetamol. Talk about above and beyond. After she finished washing up, she promptly drove me back to TGI and saw me back to the table where the kids were waiting. I ordered brownies for the kids, and we settled the bill. Charlotte was extremely helpful during my visit with a warm, friendly smile. Honestly, in my opinion, she deserves the £100 from this review, also a company car and a raise, Also the food wasn't bad. I look forward to my next visit, maybe next time I'll drink less Long Islands. Thank again for some great service Charlotte.

We had a lovely experience for my mother-in-law’s birthday here! Food was really good and quick so we weren’t waiting too long! service was brilliant by Georgine! She was really attentive as she made sure my drink wouldn’t leak over me so put a napkin down as a coaster. Interacted with our children also which is always a bonus! Only downfall would be the sticky toilet floor 🤢

Service was appalling. Our meals were all brought out at different times and some were missed off all together. People on the table next to ours waited 2 hours for their food. Very expensive for run of the mill food. Needless to say, none of the people from our party of 10 will be returning.

Went here a few years ago and the food was crap, lived up to its name again yesterday evening. Premium prices for very low quality food .

Great service from Emma and Charley, 10/10 cocktails and food too

Upon arrival we noticed there was a lack of staff, we waited over 35 minutes just to received a round of drinks. After this, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our starters. When they finally arrived, one starter was missing, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for it to arrive. By the time the missing starter came, everyone else had already finished their starters. The most frustrating part was the wait for the mains, which took over 2 hours. When our mains did arrive, the chips were cold, and one adult meal was missing altogether. This meant yet another wait of over 15 minutes for the missing meal, and when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the standard of service we received.

First time we’ve eaten here and we got the bottomless pancakes at the festival leisure branch. The food was fantastic and the waitress, Frankie was absolutely top tier ! I’m a huge stickler for customer service and Frankie absolutely nailed it! Service with a smile, efficient despite having several tables and made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly. Would 100% recommend this branch and their lovely staff!
