Had a wonderful time at Friday's, Frankie was lovely and very helpful, had the endless chicken deal , perfect choice if you're hungry and also good money deal

Service was appalling. Our meals were all brought out at different times and some were missed off all together. People on the table next to ours waited 2 hours for their food. Very expensive for run of the mill food. Needless to say, none of the people from our party of 10 will be returning.

Went here a few years ago and the food was crap, lived up to its name again yesterday evening. Premium prices for very low quality food .

Great experience Georgina was great

Upon arrival we noticed there was a lack of staff, we waited over 35 minutes just to received a round of drinks. After this, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our starters. When they finally arrived, one starter was missing, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for it to arrive. By the time the missing starter came, everyone else had already finished their starters. The most frustrating part was the wait for the mains, which took over 2 hours. When our mains did arrive, the chips were cold, and one adult meal was missing altogether. This meant yet another wait of over 15 minutes for the missing meal, and when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the standard of service we received.

The food was cold ,told the waitress, and thus was addressed straight away, replaced food, and came out volcano hot. Other than that, all was ok

First time we’ve eaten here and we got the bottomless pancakes at the festival leisure branch. The food was fantastic and the waitress, Frankie was absolutely top tier ! I’m a huge stickler for customer service and Frankie absolutely nailed it! Service with a smile, efficient despite having several tables and made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly. Would 100% recommend this branch and their lovely staff!

It's ok but depends when you visit! Been a few times and it's so hit and miss! The staff are pretty good just not enough of them, so you wait ages for a drink etc!

We were served by Jennie D. As it was Valentine's day it was very busy and we got to a table quite a bit later than what we reserved but it's understandable as it's a high demand day. Our waitress was very friendly and we could see she was serving the tables around us with efficiency and care. The food also tasted great!

Wings were burnt and desert was wrong item

Ordered food that said it would arrive in 35 mins… my order didn’t arrive until 1hour 45 mins later. When it did arrive food was stone cold and inedible as packaging clearly stated food should not be reheated. The kids meals were delivered with no chips and drinks missing. Literally another take away that could t even be eaten and just eat as a service provider don’t give a hoot. Awful from TGI and JUST EAT

The staff member that greeted us and took us to our seat was really nice. The table we were seated at was a little noisy as right by the speaker and they have the music loud. I didn’t ask to be moved but next time I’ll make sure to say not to be by a speaker. Our waitress Emma S was absolutely fantastic, she is a gem and a credit to your Basildon branch. Emma was friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. She was by the far the best waitress in the restaurant. I really hope she is recognised for her outstanding service! We really enjoyed the meal also, the ribs were exceptional, we also had a voucher which was great to get some money off.

Charley, our server, was exceptionally friendly and polite, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail. I was especially impressed by her positive attitude towards a family whose daughter is recovering from illness, and the baby was throwing food. Charley thoughtfully made a balloon dog for the child, helping the parents feel more relaxed. She also tidied up after they left without any fuss. Throughout our visit, she was incredibly attentive to my friend and me. Charley is truly an asset to your team. (I do think the cocktails are over priced.) Froggy

Georgina at Basildon was brilliant, had a nice Monday evening meal!

Everything was good. Annoyed about the lunch menu discount of about £2 on one item we ordered (the rest of the meal was all main menu stuff) stopping me getting a £25 off reward from a voucher on the app but it's not the restaurants fault just TGI polocy - so anyone reading this be careful you order everything from main menu if you are wanting to use a voucher or discount!

Had Charlotte as my waitress tonight, she was so good with the children! Gave them each a balloon, food was fast and hot no problems will definitely come again!
