I come in to place a order was was meet by a lovely polite girl who took my order, she made my pizza perfectly just the way I liked it and looked clean and spoke very nicely and had excellent manners. The cook waved and looked nice too, he also done a great job with my food, salad was fresh and the sauce was nice. Kebab was good quality, not oily at all but could have done with a few more extra strips. The only reason I didn’t give the food 5 stars is because the chips could do with an oil change I think they was a little brown but still nice. I would order again. It looked clean inside and well organised and staff were polite.

Ordered over the phone, they fully tried upping the prices and adding at least £10 to our order until we questioned them. The lamb shish taste like processed horse meat, gave that to the dog. Don't think the dog was too keen either. Burger sauce was watered down. Chips were stale. Wouldn't recommend, Won't be returning.

Absolutely disgusting, been there last night and as the guy was taking my order I was looking at his fingers and seen the dirt under his nails and my appetite disappeared immediately. (This guy was one of the cooks) Very poor hygiene Absolutely not recommend

Wrong pizza delivered took over an hour to fix the issue. Food was good

Portion size is awful, ordered cheesy chips and only a few was covered in cheese. Delivery took over an hour and for what we received most definitely not worth it.

Pictures published on Google do not reflect the food or the venue you are buying from. They are definitely not theirs. Meat was rubbery, it wasn't particularly clean when I visired to collect our order and there was a half eaten pizza on the side. Disappointing to say the least because I don't think there was much intention for the lady eating it to wash her hands when going back into the kitchen.

Their food is so much tasty and cooked perfect, and the price is Reasonable. There are no eating inside just takeaways

Hair in our food again for the 3 time I understand, accidents happen, however, after giving them the benefit of the doubt on two separate occasions , to find another hair in my food on the third occasion, we also noted that on a few occasions our salad had a very distinctive smell of mould on the salad denoting being prepped way in advance and being stored for sometime. I am seriously thinking of contacting the health of services regarding this company because this certainly isn’t the first time it’s happened to us and we have tried to be nice to let them know. However the standard seem to be low regarding food, handling and health and hygiene

Poor substandard food And repeatedly finding hair in our pizza , kebab and the smell of mould on our salad we were kind enough to leave. Good reviews with this company when they first opened ,however, over the last three months the food has seriously gone downhill and I seriously question the companies health and hygiene and due diligence regarding food handling We work very hard for our money and refuse to spend it on substandard food Bad show BASILDON KITCHEN!!

Would highly recommend amazing food lovely and hot when arrived and arrived on time.

Waited 1hr 30 mins food was disappointing lamb Shish was abit too pink and had a gray colour to the meat chips was cold and all sides were cold a soggy, I wouldn’t come back. Such a shame 🤢

Ordered 3 pizza, bbq chicken, pepperoni, ham & pineapple. I wanted a deep pan got thin crust. Cannot tell the pizza's apart as they all looked the same, miniscule amount of chicken, and couldn't even see the ham, sorry but it even tastes as bad as it looks, won't be ordering from here again

I’ve had 3 deliveries from here, all of them being due to the great opening hours as you can’t always get a kebab on a Saturday afternoon!! I have to say your food is outstanding but all 3 times I’ve had to mark you down as your chilli sauce is vile. It’s illuminous red! Never had a chilli sauce like it, would literally glow in the dark. Stained my top, my table and my white granite tops. So much food colouring to achieve that bright pink/red colour!! Proper fresh chilli sauce is dark red and not glow in the dark bright pink/red. You would be 10/10 if it wasn’t for the fake chilli sauce, nothing fresh about it as it’s been bad all 3 times. Maybe order from other popular takeaways and take on board their dark red fresh chilli sauce. Other than that you were spot on

Had an angry turkey pizza, a mixed grill and a kids meal.... fed a family of 5 for £30! Fantastic value for money, very well prepared food, great tastes and well put together. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again 👌🏼

Food took over 1 hour and 30 min to arrive and was cold on arrival. When called and asked for a refund they wanted to send a driver back to collect the food! They don’t seem to have a clue when it comes to customer service. Girl on the phone was polite and I appreciate she was just doing her job and doing what her manager was telling her from behind the scenes. I was ordering every week from here but unfortunately they have now lost a customer. A simple refund for the order due to terrible service as a good will gesture would have convinced me to give them another go as being a store manager for dominos pizza for 9 years I appreciate there can be staffing issues etc that can affect service from time to time. Poor follow up customer service has lost you a future customer and if this continues many more will follow.

Ordered 2 orders at 11:20 pm worth of 32 pounds and they didn’t delivered and when I checked the website it’s showing delivered. The worst experience from a restaurant I ever had. Tried their contact number 20 times but no one is picking up. I am going to file a complaint for cheating
