Expensive for what it is, service was very poor.

Awful experience last night! Managers need to re train their staff. Booked a table and had to wait for an hour before we even got a drink! I had to keep chasing staff to ask them what was going on! The worst dining experience our lives. After an hour and a half without a drink or anything to eat we left and had a wonderful experience at Chiquitos instead. Should have gone there in the first place! Will never return here. Staff seem to have more breaks than serve food and drink. Pure lazy and unattentive!

Tasniya was a very nice and attentive server. She kept checking we had enough drinks and that our food was okay and was very polite and smiley too which is nice. The food came out quick and was hot. We did the 2 courses for £14.99 and it was great value for money. We will be coming back for sure!

Been eating out alone due to being away with work. John boy made me feel so at ease compared to everywhere else. He was so lovely and chatty and attentive. Honestly the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you John boy for being so lovely and kind to me. You turned my day around x

Ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta. £16!!! Wow it was bad. Tasted like rubber and smelt horrendous. Clearly reheated in the microwave. This place needs closing down.

Yet another badly managed restaurant. Was seated for 20 minutes before they informed us they only had burgers left. Farewell tgis, you’ve failed yourself

We were sat down quickly, however food took a long time to come, I saw it waiting under heat lamps for a while before it was brought to us. There was only a small number of servers, so it took a long time to get served, drinks, food and bill. The food was ok, my quesedilla was a bit too charred for my liking and the fridays wings were covered I'm chillies so they were very spicy.

Delicious! Really yummy food Service was a tad slow but not too much. Place is lovely and lively!

Who on earth has trained these staff? All conpletely rude Should be ashamed with how low the customer service standards for, remember when you used to have high CS standards for staff. Went for the unlimited chicken strips offer on the app, apparently not allowed it unless everyone on the table had the app? How on earth does that work what's even the point? Left after this conversation didn't even get to food

2:1 cocktails were actually full price for 2 so bit of a con. Food was basic, hot dogs had run out but only told when rest of parties food was ready. Alternative was chicken tenders child couldnt eat them. This is the second time Ive been to this TGI and it hasnt improved, wont be giving it any more chances.

Avoid !!!!! So so overpriced , I’ve had better at mc Donald’s for a fraction of the price ! So disappointing, much nicer restaurants in and around the area . Are bill was £200 + pounds for burgers in wrappers and dripping in grease with a handful of chips and crap service . Seriously if you want a nice meal go anywhere else better still Burger King or mc Donald’s We will never go back . Avoid

Walked in at 8.35pm to an empty restaurant with only one other couple inside, ordered cajun chicken pasta which believe it or not is £20!! After a 25minute wait i received this beautifully burnt piece of chicken which was probably seconds away from setting alight on the grill and the manager has offered to remove a drink off the bill or wait another 15mins despite now being 9.30pm. So paying £16 for abit of pasta and sauce. No wonder the place is empty i shall not be returning.

I use to absolutely love this place, the food, atmosphere, service, everything!! But the last handful of times I’ve been, they’ve ran out of popular things on the menu (such as mozzarella sticks), and the food had been cold and quite mediocre to say the least, but still costs a lot. It’s a shame because I do absolutely love going here, and Ill admit I still go, hoping that it’ll be better and back to how I remember it xx

Delicious food and lovely staff!

Food was okay overall, the crispy sesame chicken is very good but the mains are moderate and okay. Nothing particularly special. Service was very good though and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Worst 8oz steak ive ever Had ? Had to get up to ask for sauces etc . Service & food was very poor however very fast on seating and bringing food out ? In a nutshell if your looking for fastfood and not a meal this is the place.

Terrible experience. Wall to wall chicken that doesnt touch the sides absolutely shameful portion size considering it's advertised for 4 people and costs £30. £6 for half a bowl of cold chips. When I politely complained about the portion sizes the response was aggressive to say the least. When taking my order the waitress didn't look at me once too busy seeing what her colleagues were up to over my shoulder unbelievably rude. Would get a better feed for half the price at mcdonalds. Avoid this overpriced, awful place.

Service shocking. Been sat down and ignored for more than half an hour. Waited for drinks (draft beer and glass of coke) for 45 mins!! Probably wouldn't even get that if I didn't mention that there are missing!!! Food okay.

Brilliant staff. The food was nice. However, the portions were quite small for the price.

Great restaurant with a fantastic American vibe and decorated with lots of interesting archives and wall coverings all around. The food is amazing and the chicken fajitas came out, literally sizzling hot! Taz served us and she was brilliant so a well deserved 5 stars from us!

Incredibly expensive and not great. First it's scruffy, the loos were filthy and the car table broken so it looks tired as soon as you enter. The food is crazy prices: £25 for fajitas, £18 for a cocktail. The experience was mediocre. Food was fine but portions were tiny! My ribs had slaw and it was served in a thimble. Why? When it's so expensive? Service was fine but I had to ask for every single refill. Our mains also didn't come together which is inexcusable at that price. When the fajitas arrived, we accidentally dropped a wrap and we were (of course!) charged for extras (literally 2 mini wraps). So underwhelming and really disappointing but hey was good to visit and remind myself why I haven't been to a UK TGI store in 15 years.

Poor service on alcohol waited several times with empty glasses as this is where they make their money you'd think they would be on the ball.

The price of TGI’s food these days is absolutely extortionate! I used to be a fan and visit often (although granted, this was various MCR TGI’s locations in the 2008 - 2014 period. I moved away and don’t have one local so have taken a long hiatus. Sadly, although the food is fine but the value for money is beyond terrible and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to justify visiting again on that basis alone!

Absolute joke of a restaurant, walked in was not too busy in there women said she isn’t sitting us down cos we don’t have a booking and they’re short staffed. So I went online and made a booking tried to go back in and she said no she refused blatantly to sit us down. Appalling service would absolutely not recommend going here. The attitude she had was disgusting.

Left hungry and annoyed. Sat immediately, took 15 minutes for anyone to get us drinks or take an order (we had to ask). Food took 45 minutes to arrive without explanation. Fajitas were £25, so I was expecting something special/filling (it really wasn't- not much meat, and quite fatty). No guac, not told until it arrived. Tiny salsa pot and when asked if I could get some extra salsa, told I'd be charged by the first waitress, until i pointed out the lack of guac to the barman who then came back with Salsa. We did get refill drinks but had to ask all bar 1 time for a top up. Overall, £50+ for 2 "mains" and a couple of soft drinks. Pretty poor value and got a mackies after to fill the void. Wings and chips was the alternate main which was fine...but £20. Can't say I'd be back. Friendly enough staff but a bit naff all round.

This was a disappointing and expensive visit! The food was not very good quality and the waitress was not interested in listening to feedback when she asked for it!

Never have I been anywhere more overpriced and underwhelming. I dont mind paying for amazing food, but £20 for a below average burger, extra for sweet potato fries which tastes burnt, and £4.30 for a can of Dr Pepper is extortionate. The staff were great and the whole American vibe is cool but I will not be going again, so many other places selling better food at reasonable prices.

In a word - DIRE! 2 Stars for the 3 lovely staff our paarty encountered But firstly we had an unfathomable wait for a wheelchair friendly table in a not very busy establishment. Then our genius son's drink took an age to arrive, when everyone else had theirs, Add to that the server decided to refresh son's drink when it wasn't empty and didn't ask or give him a chance to decide said top up, when he got it back he thought it tasted sweeter somehow & didn't like it anymore. 3 of the party chose corn dogs to start, which they regretted in hindsight. I chose guac and chips which was quite nice but I did find the cajun spiced totilla 'chips'rather too fiery for my 3rd generation Anglo-Indian palate (chemically hot really)but the guacamole was good and worked well with them. I ordered the cob salad with a couple of extras : blue cheese dressing and crispy chicken. It took some time for them to tell me that they couldn't provide me with this and I had to choose something else, My choice of alternative was the honey glazed seseme chicken strips, which weren't hot enough upon arrival and positively stony cold by time of finishing my plate. The accompanying salad was miniscule and quite a few of the fries black and unpalatable, I know that the treatment of potatoes during and after harvesting can cause this blighted taste, and thankfully it wasn't all of the fries, but then I didn't eat an awful lot of them. Our daughter celebrating her great 9 GCSE + 2B tech results today didn't like the fact that the chicken burger she'd chosen wasn't a burger but several chicken tenders on a too sweet bun, in fact all who'd ordered burgers said that their burger buns were far too sweet. Overall we paid far too much money for a dinner in a place with awful music playing, serving awful overpriced tepid so called 'food'. None of us enjoyed the experience, but we laughed because it's all a learning curve isn't it? Never again! My memories of the brand are from when I used to frequent the the TGI Fridays up the Chester Rd in Sale with colleagues from the German engineering company we all were working with based in a nearby trading estate, mostly just drinks, but those memories are now blighted (like the fries)by tonight's experience. I actually feel quite queasy as a consequence and really wish that we'd have given the Steakhouse, 5 guys, Wagamama, Nandos, Chiquito, on the same site, or anywhere else in the vicinity like The Sheldon even our £150 (that's with the results day celebration discount code) for nauseating food and disappointment for 2 kids 2 adults, really wouldn't have minded if the food had been good, not even great, just not nauseating!🤢🤢🤢🤮

We arrived for my son’s birthday and nothing was too much trouble. Polite, pleasant and helpful and a young man called Josh was sooo lovely as was the rest of the team.

Booked a table for 6.30 this evening. When looking on the app there is an offer of endless wings for £15. I accepted the offer on the app, however when ordering was advised as it is the school holidays the offer is not available. However there is nothing on the app, description of offer, signage or internet info to support this. As wasn't goin to argue over it, we got up and left. They this evening have lost around £70 with what we would have spent. I visited here a few years ago and wasn't impressed then, however thought would give another try. Sadly, more dissapointing than the last time As you can see by screenshot there is nothing to say its not available and shows 23+hrs remaining to redeem Also notice when reading other reviews that for awhile the managment do not even bother to respond to reviews. Very poor in deed!

Absolutely horrible, I used to love going to TGI always found the food to be great not anymore WOW what surprise, all the staff looked dishevelled and dirty, the food was horrific, bad taste, service was the only thing that made it bearable, the young girl that's served us was lovely,too nice for that place, would I go again not if it was the last place on earth....Hickorys is my place from now....peeps you should try it....

Service was shocking and food was bland we were abit disappointed ☹️

Very slow service seemed to only have 3 people working out on the floor took the best part of 45 minutes to make our dinners and for 2 of us it cost £60 no alcohol ether or starter or desert… went to a local pub the next day and it costed significantly less and tasted better.

Lovely Manageress and a nice clean place. Empty of atmosphere! Food is very overpriced, boring and bland 🙄 Sorry! But that's just my opinion and my husband agreed for a change.

The restaurant was practically empty on arrival. We made our orders and the food took some time to come out. Myself and my friend had the Pasta and my partner had the glazed burger. The pasta was cold around the outside and hot in the centre as if they had just tossed it in the microwave and placed the cooked chicken on top. The coke was watery and the table service was terrible. Every time we asked the manager to deal with us, she passed it on to one of the waitresses. We asked the waitress if we could use our “Merlin” discounts as it clearly states on the merlin website. It reads “show your server your pass” no mention of a code that was needed. After much faffing around they finally figured out how to do it. Before hand they had ignored our table on several occasions when quite visibly we were finished with our food. We asked for the bill which took a long time to come. Then we waited over half an hour to actually pay our balance. I also asked her to split the bill into 3 which they did not do. Meaning 1 of us had to pay the entire bill with only 1 discount. We all had (separate codes btw) The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced and I’d expected more from TJI Fridays as I used to work in one in Glasgow and we worked to a much higher standard. It Just comes across as lazy and ignorant. I’d suggest avoiding the place like the plague. The staff need more training and to learn how to better connect with customers.

Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive.

My daughter's food was hot, mine was lukewarm so mine clearly had been waiting for a while. Server put down an incredibly hot plate in front of a 3 year old with no comment about it, lucky I was vigilant about it. My daughter's glass of orange juice got knocked over and glass went everywhere. We were brought some blue roll to clean it up ourselves and not even a dustpan. Were we expected to just pick up all the small shards of glass? Not asked if we wanted to move table which considering there was a 3 year old with us and the table was full of glass isn't exactly safe. Server brought over a dustpan once one was found (after we requested it). No replacement orange juice brought or even offered. Nobody came around to ask about the food until the end of the meal and to be honest we barely saw any servers and struggled to get refill drinks.

Wow where do we start with this place? Food is garbage, £19 for pasta with chicken, chicken strips £21 steak was like £28 for a rump, £21 for chicken fajitas So overly expensive for the food and it doesn’t even warrant the cost, local pub do better food and half the price. Staff were nice enough but considering it was empty the food took far too long to arrive. Yeah next time this place definitely isn’t on the list. 2/10 drastic improvements needed

Food gone downhill. Sticky menu, every menu cover with liquid OMG.

Didn’t have the ingredients for several cocktails, you had to buy 2 for £16 or 1 for £16 which is ridiculous and encourages drinking. They forgot one of the meals which we had waited nearly an hour for and it wasn’t busy when we arrived not even a quarter full. The food was much worse than we’ve had previously.

Waited 56 mins for some chicken strips and potato’s skins. Finally came out, without the potato skin. 5 tables in and this seem to be a difficult order to process. Sticky tables sticky menu Manager stood behind the kitchen line doing nothing apart from scrolling through her phone. Toilets a mess - 3 blocked and only the disabled available. Seems like the staff don’t care at all.

We went at 4pm and we were in the middle of lunch and tea rush so it was a bit quiet, but the staff were AMAZING, I didn't have to ask for a refill, a coke magically appeared at my table, super cheerful and considerate and stopped to have a chat and a laugh. Food is consistently good here, pic of the messy burger, cheese and bacon fries, and chicken fajita (which was fab). My husband had never been before. He loved the motorbike at the entrance and all the randomness on the walls.

I Have no complaints, lovely staff and atmosphere. The food was great and they were a very welcoming and hardworking team.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited over 40 min for nachos to be informed they run out of it. Waited over 1h for food. Waited 20 min for the beer . Not recommended

Service was very slow and there was only bout 3 tables taken. Food came with items missing and they forgot to bring one of the meals out.

Overpriced food! It was not warm when it arrived. £9 for 2-4-1 mocktails it was just sugary slush. The boneless chicken wings were the nicest out of everything we bought. The manager was wearing pink Crocs, and another server's shirt was too small, so there were gapes in between each button. The table felt sticky, £88 lighter and feeling sticky, disappointed. This was our 2nd attempt trying TGI Fidays both disappointing. We will not return for a third attempt.

Went here for my sisters birthday, the only issue I had was when I asked for the nutritional information I wasn't given it 😅 which made my choices a bit difficult. The staff were lovely! The food came out in good time and at the same time too considering there was quite a few of us. Didn't even have to ask when we wanted a drink refill they were that efficient! Food was hot fresh and lovely Would definitely recommend

I haven't been to TGI's for a while now and was surprised how expensive it is! A 330ml can of Dr Pepper £4.30.... £4.30 for a can of Dr Pepper?! I ordered a coke zero that has free refills, great a bit cheaper and free refills... The mix ratio has been turned down so low that it just colours the water and just tastes of soda water. The portion sizes have got smaller and the prices have increased alot! Last time I went the meal I had was around £13... £21 for less. I wouldn't recommend nor would I go back. You could get a decent meal for a lot less elsewhere.

You get more than your money's worth with the 2 4 1 cocktails. There is definitely alcohol in them haha. Which is a bonus as the food is heavily overpriced compared to similar venues. Update 6th May John K I think the name of our server was. He was brilliant! Laughing and joking and went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to be served by him he is an absolute asset to the team!

The food was nice but not spectacular and was somewhat overpriced for what it is. We visited on a quiet Thursday evening and found the service to be slow.

I think 3rd visit. First ~opening night they warned things getting up to speed but discounted meal in exchange. Was slow but ok then no discount so that was a lie. Next time quite a while later just dark comedy to call it glacially slow service would be too kind. Food very mid and overpriced 3rd time yesterday on a Monday because decent establishments closed and Mrs recalled a dish she wanted. Turned up it wasn't on menu, removed the good thing nothing remotely like covering it there, everything well overpriced. They had a deal on but need the app and connected to another acc to mine your details one did, got told => both need to or none get the benefit as a bottomless element. Some debate do we both want to go along and limit our choice like this with no warning seen, logical deduce I suppose but still their choice to setup like this eventually do it, app insists I just connect to FB to get the deal no other option I don't like this but ok, FB error message no good please try again later, 3 times restart and all. No worries for them they get to harvest my data and then we still don't get the deal and need to order other full priced overpriced mid limited options food. Cool. Then also heard other thing I don't want to discuss here which checks out making the company highly dubious in ethics and legality so definitely screw this place. Staff were trying on that 3rd occasion in challenging conditions +1 star although c-7* for all the other stuff.

This restaurant is quite a high price point for what it is, not noticeably better than the cheaper Ashton Frankie & Benny's other than the service is slower. The slow food preparation time is the main issue in a family friendly restaurant - kids get impatient. Also in a restaurant which is near a cinema it follows that many of the customers may be on a clock if they are eating before a film showing, so the slow food preparation does not facilitate a relaxing pre-cinema meal. The servers are nice enough and do their best, it seems they are limited by the system they are working under, which is not their fault. It would have been useful to know about the "kids eat free" offer in advance, as I was not able to take advantage of this (free or not, the kids' menu is actually quite good value). Oh, and, as much as I love loud music, the music is too loud - likely to alienate non-music fans or people who are hard of hearing. This is senseless as the acoustics in the restaurant are fine and don't warrant loud music, turn it down a few notches is all I would suggest. Basically, TGIs please note: lower music volumes and faster food preparation times (I think I was waiting 45 minutes) would make this restaurant good enough. As it was, my visit today was slightly disappointing.

I wish i would have seen the review before visiting this place..It was my 1st time at TGI and definetely last time.Bad Service, over priced on everything..Even the cocktails says 2 for 1 but on the bill it was 16£ for 2. when i asked the waitress she said its 2 for 16 but when she took order she offered are you having 2fo1 cocktails what the hell.I wud have gone for bottle of wine rather than drinking cocktails for 16£..rump steak was a joke for 26£ with chips and 1flat mushroom.1st time in my life i left the half steak.Even my son didnt ate burger and it was 24£...never ever this place again waste of money....

The stars are for the kind waitress who was friendly but other than that, I cannot believe the prices they charge! A chicken burger and handful of chips £20!? If I wasn’t there on a business lunch I’d have complained, I couldn’t believe it. Massively over priced for box standard food.

Avoid Poor services! Poor customer services! We received a warm welcome when we arrived, had a nice prop motorcycle to take pictures in the doorway, however we arrived at 5.35pm our waitress name was Bex, we were given a table right next to the kitchen where you could see the status of orders. On arrival it was quiet maybe 4/5 tables max, the family behind was celebrating a 3rd birthday, I made the waitress aware that we had booked to watch a movie after trailers begun at 6.50pm. The milkshake was watery no ice cream. The order was ready at 6.20pm however the food was not brought out until 6:35pm with no explanation why although 3 other orders were brought out before our although they were prepared after. I tried to alert the waitress a few times and she pretended like she couldn’t see me. Her attitude 1 to 1 was nice she wasn’t rude or anything she was just very ignorant at a distance. Her co worker apologised for the food delay but with no reason why. And when asked for a meal on an order she decided to sell a large portion of chicken wings although clearly stated that he wanted a meal. Why would any want to eat a big plate or chicken wings and think that is a suitable meal. No fries no salad. When I told her we order a meal she said this was a meal I ask how can this be a meal where is the side or fries, so I asked her to do some fries. The cutlery was dirty, and really think it’s unnecessary complaining to people with no integrity, we missed the first 10 mins of the movie. Was supposed to receive a dessert but due to there unprofessionalism didn’t get it as we had to try and catch the rest of the movie..Will definitely not be visiting another TGI

Nice atmosphere, quite friendly service, taste OK, portions not big

This is the first time my partner, son and I have visited TGIs in Ashton and it will be the last. My partner ordered prawns as a starter, she had to remove most of the dressing as it was extremely over powering, to the point where they were becoming a task to eat instead of enjoyable. The menu is also VERY misleading. I ordered the chicken strips and it says next to it ‘a choice of your side’ so I chose onion rings. When my plate of food came I received a side of chips, salad AND onion rings. After the salad and chips I was too full to finish the onion rings so left 4 of them. When the bill came there was a charge of £6.30 for the onion rings!!!! I spoke to the waitress about this and she was VERY unhelpful. So now I’m £45 down for food that was a 2/10. Don’t waste your time or money here! The only positive was my son got his meal for free, thank god.

Very disappointed the food honestly was about par with wetherspoons and the prices are expensive. We went out for birthday all hyped up and felt deflated after due to the lack of quality for the prices they charge. I would recommend going somewhere else

Just brand name. Expensive. No exceptional taste. Got the nacho cheese but they gave without guacamole and dip. Pasta was average. Fries were good.

Very expensive for what you get but the food was very good. Had a Sundae served in a soft drink glass, for £8.55 expected better.

First time trying tgi fridays and was dissapointed. Waited 15 minutes to be seated even when I had booked and there was tables free. While waiting saw 2 people send their food back because they weren’t happy. Once we sat down took another 15 mins to take orders for drinks, another 15 minutes to bring one of them over, the other arriving 10 minutes later. 20 minutes after ordering food was told one of the meals we ordered they didn’t have so tried to order something else, was again told they didn’t have that either. Ended up ordering chips instead of one of the meals as they said they had no chicken, chilli or beef. 40 minutes later they bring the food out with the meal we originally ordered that we was told they didn’t have. Could have been a mistake but to me sounds like they couldn’t be bothered making it. For £23 a meal the portion sizes were small and the service is extremely slow, waiters stood around laughing and chatting while everyone was waiting to be served. Was looking forward to trying here but for the price it isn’t worth it.

I went to this restaurant with my 2 children to be stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be seated, to be walked past and totally ignored so i took my business somewhere else. I definitely wont be returning to this restaurant again.

Been twice now, service poor both times, too expensive for food to be cold/missed off order and having to ask 3 times for bill... Miller&Carter next door similar prices for way better food and service, wont be trying a 3rd time

First visit here it was a great experience. Food was delicious, service was great the waitress kept our refills topped up and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable.

We went here for our son's 28th birthday meal as a party of 7, service for drinks and food was very good.

Utterly awful service. Issues started as soon as we sat down, we waited 25 minutes to even get a drink order where WE had to go to THEM to do so. We even heard two waiters say ‘that table hasn’t been served yet’ while looking over at us, they then both disappeared not to return. Then when we finally ordered, we received one drink and had to remind them that we had another 10 minutes later. After 15 minutes, a waiter came over to inform us that one of the things we ordered was not available to be ordered. Why does it take 15 minutes to realise this?? I had to tell the waiter staff to not bring my food over before my partners as i didn’t want to eat before them (common curtesy). When our food came, it was nothing special especially for the extortionate prices. £22 for a subpar burger and fries when we could have gone to any of the other food places in the area. When we finally got to asking for the bill, it’s like the waiters just do not want to look at you. They refuse to scan their area to see if anyone needs anything. After waiting 10 minutes of waiters disappearing and/or staring at the floor almost avoiding you, we had to go and ask someone for the bill which then came 10 minutes later. Service is utterly atrocious here and we will not be returning especially given the price of food, it is really not worth it. By the end, we just wanted to leave. We didn’t enjoy our food as we were quite annoyed. When we actually interacted with waiting staff, they were friendly but unfortunately that was not enough.

Ok but not the best. The portions are small and it's not as good as it used to be. It's become more expensive also so I wouldn't recommend As a reply to the comment left from he store - unfortunately the lack of food on the plate and the increase in prices is beyond unrealistic. We visited in October of last year, this was our latest visit. We all had a main meal ONLY and the buy one get one free drinks. There where 6 people eating. The bill came to over £320 which is almost £55 per person. There service was extremely slow because of the lack of staff AND the orders came out incorrect. So no I don't feel that you get value for your money

Went for a family meal (3 of us) on a Sat evening. Booked in advance and arrived on time Despite not being a crowded night, we waited around 5 mins before anyone approached us to sit us down. When ordering food, we were told that there was only 1 beef patty left so only 1 of us could have a burger as long as it wasn't a double burger and then told there were no ribs left but they could supplement with extra chicken. This felt like ½ the menu was off menu now. Although what we got in end was nice but disappointing. Not a cheap night dinner and not enhanced by experience

It's nice food and a nice environment. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately, we had the wrong drinks brought. Food was missing from 3 of our meals ordered. A few more checks before they leave the kitchen wouldn't go a miss.

Double cheeseburger and fries was humongous and really tasty. Staff excellent, a bit quiet but it was Monday night

Food was OK but very expensive for what was served, got a refillable soft drink and had to go to the bar twice (only refilled 3 times) for a refill as staff weren't available.

Sat around for good 20 mins before we got seen to no culturally, even though we asked , luckily we had bugers and never seen a knife to even cut them . Ha, my 9 year old likes the corn dogs. Wow, they have literally made them half the size, and they cost more . Think they use cocktail sausages now!! 2nd time bad service , used to like this place . Definitely, service is poor .

Too expensive for the quality of food and service experience

The service is appalling. I asked for couple of things and they never came. I ended up having to find a staff for help. I really thought they would have sorted this issue out as I had the same issue last year in March 2023. It wasn't that busy and there was some occasion I couldn't see any staff about to get their attention. I'm definitely not going to dine their again. Chiquito has a better service.

Very over priced food. No better than going to brewers for a fraction of the cost and kids can play in the play area, in fact I prefer brewers!! Waited at the front desk for around 10 minutes, staff walked past, even looked at us, we ended up seating ourselves. Slow service and no smiles. We waited over an hour for the food which was waiting on the pass (as were many other meals). Tables that weren't cleared the whole time we were there while many staff hung around chatting until it got busier, and even then they just dragged their feet around The place. The barman never stopped working from what we saw, so well done to him (very unique looking with big hoop earrings...hope you see this). First time we've ever tried TGI Fridays.....can't say we'll have a second try! Very disappointed from all the hype it has.
