McDonald's in Tameside

This is a good McDonald's. Food was hot. Chips had plenty of salt.

Staff are great, sadly the food has gone down hill, ordered a big mac, thought I had a double cheese burger when it arrived, what has mcdonalds done?? Also had to now pay extra, to enjoy a milkshake with your extra value meal, so... paid the price for an extra value meal, drinks included in price... but charged extra £2.30 each milkshake... but the price for an extra value meal includes soft drink.... I want my soft drink...

order completely wrong, I got a drink and a box of cheese... literally no burger

I ordered a family meal of hamburgers and fries and they only gave me the hamburgers. The restaurant was poorly organized.

missing ash browns order wrong... I paid for 2 hash browns and received none...

no straw, missing items. only order five items and they missed off three!!! service is getting worse and worse

The only reason I got the 9 pc meal was for the toy and the sauce.. and I didn’t get the toy or the sauce

I ordered Philly cheese stack meal for my brother which is stated on receipt and instead I got sent a smokehouse mccrispy burger.

Over 50 mins, bags where handed over open to find half the order missing - no chips with meals, no happy meal for the child, no sauces and as per usual no one rectify the issue

had 2 bbq and 2 nether sauce dip which I've paid for but never received them

much better than the last time I ordered. meals were actually fresh, courier very friendly.

5 past 1 in the morning and the place looks like this not appealing to customers especially when the restaurant doors are still open

the time print on the final receipt said 23:02. food did not arrive till 23:58! Food was stone cold! Apparently, the drive had been at restaurant for ages. And when it finally said it was en route, his tracker magically turned off. Absolute joke!

He brought my food late and when it got here it was absolutely freezing and it was so dry that we couldn’t Evan eat it bc they didn’t Evan bring any of the dips and l wrote a note on the delivery not to forget them

Good arrived cold having been prepared 40 minutes earlier

The driver was very inappropriate and I was very weirded out with the way he was speaking to me I want a full refund please he was horrible

Coffee lid wasn't closed bag wet and stained, no coffee left in container, food cold, delivery time seemed to be long.

Food was cold and big mac looked like it had been scooped up off the floor, tried to call to complain but nobody answered the phone..pull yourselves together, fast food shouldn't mean cold food especially when it's not actually that fast.

No syrup has been delivered with the pancakes meal, this has happened before aswell. I cant eat this without syrup what a waste of my money

Food qas absolutely freezing. The wraps were like they were wet because it took that long! 5 strands ish of lettuce on the wrap. So disappointing this order

Ordered a happy meal which had hardly any fries in & was cold. Also ordered a Shamrock Shake & got what seemed to be a vanilla milkshake

Worst McDonalds meal ever! Burgers are super miniature, thin and badly made. Big Mac filling fell to bits and impossible to eat. The staff need training on how to put a burger together. I very rarely go to a McDonalds but never again and this will be last visit for me! I’d give 0 or minus if I could.

Went for family breakfast with kids, waited over 20 mins for food, when we asked girl looking in her 20s, she went on us very rude behavior and way she spoke, also said something under her lips. Very bad customer service. Came again today, couldn't pay with card on screen, been waiting over 10 mins to be serve when staff walked past so quick and ignoring. There were more people waiting in my queueu too.

They deserve less than 1 star. Cannot understand basic orders and the staff take no blame when they make the mistake

if you'd going to send food. don't send food that's missing from the bun. or stale cgips

Took ages for courier to even get to the restaurant. Took over an hour for food to arrive. When food got here it was freezing cold.

Fries cold again. Pickles on burgers even though it was requested for no pickles

The McMuffin was fine. Not great, but decent enough. Pineapple Stick was out of date!

Ordered Double Sausage and Egg McMuffib with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA sausage patty. They sent out a normal Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin. I paid for extras, didn't get them, Not the first time this has happened.

Poor service, half of order missing even though eating in with table service. 4 times lady came back with bits of missing order, gave up in the end and reordered missing stuff, eat in was empty!
