Absolute fire,food is on point and always a pleasure to visit with the whole family.

Food is to expensive now for what it is they have outpaced themselves

Would be pleased to have some halal food. Good ambience overall.

Chips are always cold, burger just about warm, I would say travel to Mottram at least you get warm food there

Our food was massively delayed. When we spoke to staff to find out what was happening they said they were waiting for apple pies. They could have given us the rest of the food in advance as we were eating in, food was barely warm. Very disappointed

Only received drinks but no food!

It was the only McDonald’s I would go to.. until they kept messing my order up.. don’t know how they get a plane cheese burger wrong everytime ! I also ask for a toffee latte and they always give me a plane one ! Shame really

So I popped through the drive through at McDonald's for my daughter and her girlfriend and ordered 2x Big Mac meals large with two drinks. But due to an issue with their card machine they gave us the food for free, Excellent customer service, Polite and friendly staff, Clean carpark, Plenty of parking spaces including disabled spaces, I post alot of reviews on Google and I always give my honest opinion and feedback on my experiences everything from Service, Value for Money. Wrong items delivered and I've paid nearly £10 for 9 chicken nuggets im am unhappy with my order and won't be using this service again

The service from this restaurant is pathetic. 9 times out of 10 there's something wrong. It's more of a shock when the order comes & it's actually got all the items in. This time ordered a happy meal & only got the drink but not the food. How difficult is it to make sure all items ordered are actually sent

all my food was very cold burger was cold and chewy and also the fries and cheese sticks was cold cheese was chewy and fries was very hard

Driver was lovely & professional. Chips weren’t the best & nuggets overcooked, Leo missing the bbq dip

You are lucky you even got a one star you I’ve literally just got my food from McDonald’s. The driver literally was outside Chiquitos at the back of it for 20 minutes and then my food come and it’s stone cold everything stone cold absolute joke now I’m trying to ring them then not answering the phone. the food wasn't warm there was no dips I got a vanilla milk shake instead of a Sprite and the burgers were literally threw in the box salad everywhere.And the chips sorry but half a box full unacceptable.

Hate to leave a bad review but I had a bad experience here on Tuesday. Had to wait 15 minutes to be served my food and that's only because I asked where it was, then when I got it the Chicken Big Mac bun was burnt and the burger was cold and dry and not enjoyable to eat at all. This store can definitely do better.

I ordered at 12.30 it didn’t come until till close to 3pm. Delivery time kept getting updated. Food arrived cold, drink was flat with ice when I asked without.

It’s maccies. It is what it is… the only reason maccies is so big is because it’s really good at not being terrible.

Order placed and stated delivery by 415am....time kept moving on app, every 5mins moving delivery time back, which was frustrating and confusing, couldnt get through to macdonalds to try clarify it was going to arrive, eventually del at 455am.Cold,!!

Absolutely appalling management the way the manger speaks to customers is horrendous and rude the food which we ordered were freezing and items were missed when I asked about them the manager didn't seem bothered or offered a apology this isn't the first time this store has missed items go to the one down the road in future

If I could give this no stars I would. Staff eating fries out of the fryer! No gloves! Cold food being served and when questioned no one seemed bothered! Even the manager. DONT EAT HERE

Spoiled by UBER / DELIVEROO collection. Not the branches fault but bring back the sour cream dip. The Garlic Mayo replacement is gopping.

The deal allowed me to choose dip sauces with the order but the order arrived with no sauces.

Less stars for quality due to getting the wrong milkshake vanilla when 2 medium banana were ordered. The correct milkshake I did get was watery half full and didn’t seem to have the ice cream in. Other than that burgers were great, warm and delivery on time. Thank you!

I did not receive it hope the driver choked on it going through my bank to get my money back!

Ordered 2 large meals and a happy meal... chips and burgers were freezing after waiting over half an hour at the till.. I then asked for fresh food which took another 15/20 minutes to prepare.. when passed the 3 drinks, I then had to ask for then to be topped up as 2 large drinks looked like smalls and tye small drink was early existent... never going back here again. The service is bismal and rude staff. Never even got an apology for their inconvenience. SNIPE is 100x better just their drink machine wasn't working hence going to Ashton moss one

Both chips undercooked. Both burgers undercooked. Don’t even know how to count to 6 as I ended up with 5 nuggets. Forgot the straws and sauces. Think a little more training is needed.

i am absolutely fuming with this. i did not get a straw and i was left thirsty for the rest of the car ride. other than that, my mayo chicken burger without mayo but with ketchup was extremely delish 👍

Ordered 2 mcflurry. One was a lot heavier. The light one had a mini mcflurry pot inside which meant the portion size was reduced.

Placed order, estimated delivery was 8:10pm. Driver arrived at restaurant. Restaurant changed delivery time to 8:15pm, then 8:20pm. Ordered a Big Mac, and Fillet-o-Fish with fries as part of the Double Burger Deal. Fries were cold. The Big Mac was littered with charcoaled onions (they were burnt black). Burger was also cold. Fillet-o-Fish was cold. Ordered two milkshakes, one Strawberry, one Chocolate. Received one Strawberry Milkshake, and one half Vanilla Milkshake. My guess is the machine was not working, and no one bothered to check to make sure before sending out orders. Not the first time I have received Vanilla instead of Chocolate. Not happy with this.

my order arrived with a couple of things. missing yes I've been refunded for them but how do I know someone decided to have this is not the only time this has happened from this McDonald's won't be using them again

Food was cold despite the delivery quite fast.. cannot have been fresh ,, obviously sat around gone cold ( and yes I asked for no eggs .. the wrap was clearly opened n eggs removed)
