We Have ordered many times from this takeaway but unfortunately tonight's ordered through foodhub was not smooth sailing. Having ordered at 6pm we waited until 7.45 to call them expecting them to be busy at its a Saturday night.The man that answered was polite but unfortunately the second person was the most inconsiderate, rude person I have ever spoken to in a while, he then decided to tell me that the ordered had been cancelled hours ago as they were busy this was not the case at all, he cancelled it there and then whilst on the phone to me absolutely disgusting behavior from a company that relies on its business. Will not order again from them due to the disgusting way I was spoken to on the as I was unable to get ant words in as he hung up

Ordered through food hub over 2 hours and nothing,phoned to find out where the order was to be told it was cancelled, then was hung up on absolutely disgusting behaviour from a so called top takeaway

Worsr kebab iv ever had warmed up meat in the microwave. Nothing was fresh or authentic. Drip of salad, sauce disgusting. Over charged rubbish never ever going again. The chef has a vile attitude.

Absolutely disgusting what is going on with this place, the kebab is so small and so expensive they cannot give decent portion AVOID this dirty place droylsden over priced and the are overcharging on payments made by card payments this is theft

This is what I call you typical '10 pinter kebab'. Greasy, bland, sloppy and poor quality doner meat. Store bought sauces too. This place has been around for years and I honestly don't know why based on my experience. Not the worst kebab I've ever had but bad enough for me never to return

Trophy for the worst mixed kebab I've ever had goes to this place. 5 pieces of chicken with half a kilo of donner meat wrapped up in a soggy naan bread. Not often I bin my take aways but this found it's way there quick.

Have ordered from here for years, but last three occasions they have gotten my order wrong. Eg missing off salad or putting incorrect sauce on..this happened even when I rang up? Also their special kebab was massive we used to share it, now half the size? Seems to have gone down in quality.

£4.80 for a chicken kebab on naan. He took the fiver without offering change. I shrugged. I don't need the 20p and he obviously doesn't need my future business.

15 years ago I moved to the area and first time ordered food from RAAJAS and since I always get food from them, seekh kababs are best and naan you can keep for 3 days and will be soft and same taste, I love Apna style pizza simply these guys are the best in Droylsden. I been reading lot of negative reviews because order was through third delivery service and my advise to all order you food directly and best to pickup or only order from a takeaway which is only 3 miles from your address

I’ve just tried to order food for a party and I’ve just been rudely spoken to, the person I spoke tried to tell me that I wasn’t having a party and to “stop messing around” I’m very upset with the customer service and I advise everyone willing to go here, to avoid it COMPLETELY. Very disappointed.

Food was amazing. I have trust issues with them. Last time I bought chicken tikka for £4.80 but they charged £5.30 from my card and I ignored it that time. Today again I bought some food from them and they charged 20p extra from my card. I don’t know why they are doing like this. Might be they want card machine tax money from customers like this. I think they need to rise the price of food rather then charge money like that.

ABSOLUTE JOKERS!! 🤡 (Read Below)👇 If you're hungry and thinking of ordering from here in simple words just don't bother. Ordered 2 pizzas from here around 9pm on a Friday evening via UberEats. Delivery said will take 1hr...waited 3long hours for the food to turn up, nowhere to be seen. Tried calling them numerous times, phone is constantly busy & unable to get through to these clowns to check the status of my order. Come 12am they said they ordered the food when they hadn't?? Scoring 1 star out of 5 is being generous! No customer service present here what so ever! Will definitely not be ordering from anytime soon nor would I advise anyone else to order from here either unless, you want your food to turn up after Christmas.

Had the nicest chicken tikka & doner on naan! Plenty of salad & sauce, everything lovely and fresh. Very nice, crisp onion bhajis n a lovely lamb saag paneer too. Delivery driver was very pleasant, as was the man on the phone who I spoken with to request / customise my order. Didn't have to wait long at all. Very pleased with my order. Thank you!

Ordered 3 chicken burgers dont order if you dont like them spicy got a 6 year old n 80 year old now with burnt mouths there that spicy. Rubbish customer service. Will never be ordering from you again

Had Chicken Tikka masala today. I was expecting orangy coloured food, but it looked rather red. However, the taste was great. The spice was just perfect, not too spicy. Overall,good.

Awful place awful service. Rang for a delivery at 7.15 told it would be an hour n half rang back 2 hours later and said would still be another hour. His reply was not my fault were busy! Customer service is terrible

Ordered my food via UberEats. Restaurant canceled it without any information. After hour of waiting I've made a call to hear that it was cancel and they don't care because it's to far.. Maybe it will help to learn few english words and make a quick call to customers when You can't provide Your service?

Beawere customers I ordered a takeaway for divlery to pay cash but then got transferred to a website to pay by card which I did and when divlery driver arrived he said I need to pay cash which I did but when checked bank it also came out of account so contacted ragas and they were not interested I had paid twice just said contact bank beware they are unscrupulous and know the was aware I had paid twice but didn't to resolve this they are thieves beware.

First time eating here last night. Ordered two donners for self and wife. Both were excellent and very tasty. £4.90 each, what’s not to like? Dropped a star for not taking cards.

I ordered on line and backed up by them calling me. Sunday evening. After over an hours wait i called them asking where my order was. 10 mins later it turned up. Chips were in a soggy bag, cold and undercooked. Burger was a token gesture. Dony tkr your customers for granted raajas, the will feck you off.

Place order last night on there web site paid by card food never turn up and refused to pay money bank they said they been close for two week

been going here since 16 years old, always had good food, but recently i have ordered on line you can select toppings for pizza but last 3 orders have had peppers on even when not selected, and the attitude off the owner was shocking not even a replacement offered even though one of my friends is allergic to peppers so sad all i got told each time when i asked for manager well it comes with them any questions from owner check my orders 25 chatsworth road M43 6JT i had to order from otrher takeaways which is sad gutted as i use to love it there.

Had a donner and shish on naan. Hardly any shish and it was so tough. Manky salad and donner meat awful. Never again

The food was handed to me on time by a very rude delivery driver. Disappointed to find the container containing the curry was squashed and had spilt inside of the bag. The lamb was tough/rubbery and barely edible. I could not finish the meal because of this. I will not be ordering again.

Excellent takeaway in Droylsden

Food is ok but if your hungry dont bother. Order at lunch and it might arrive for tea time. The last 4-5 times I've ordered it's taken 1 hour 30 minutes and ime 0.3 miles away. I order kebabs and chips. The food is already prepared what's the hold up?

Hi all I just received a ragas special kebab. At the cost of £7.00. I used to buy from ragas a few year ago and the food was always lovely and fresh. But my meal tonight was that bad I couldn't eat it. The nan bread was soggy. The lamb was dry and tuff. The chicken tikka was the same. So was sheek. 👎👎👎

Looks clean but I didn’t think much of the food just go 2little bit of meat in the curry and it wasn’t that nice

Do not order from here unless you want food poisoning! Myself and my partners family ate from here on Saturday night, enjoyed the food at the time. Until I woke up the following day with food poisoning to also find out that my partner and his mum were also ill with the same symptoms (3 out of 4 people in our group that ate from here were ill). Since then I've tried to find out the food hygiene rating for the restaurant and nothing can be found which I find very suspicious! Avoid like the plague!

I use to love this place but now it's just gone down hill. They were rude on the phone to me. Telling me that I owed them money but it was someone else on my street they refused to bring me food untill I paid up for something that is not my dept. FUMINGGGGG

Food here is mint for a takeaway, there prices are fair and it taste great! Especially after coming back from a night out.

Ordered a curry, rice and 2 starters before 7 o'clock. Estimated delivery time was nearly an hour and a half later. 15 minutes after the estimated delivery and still no sign of the order. No takeaway is worth waiting 2 hours for! I would understand if it was a one off, but this has happened the past few times we've ordered here. My advice... Try Bombay spice next door, better food at better prices without a delivery charge! Not to mention that they consistently deliver on time, if not before!

Ordered food at 8.30pm the place is 5mins away from delivery address, it is now 10.12pm and the food still has a not arrived, an absolute joke would definitely ordering from here.. now 22:25 food order cancelled avoid at all cost!

Used to go here often but haven't had an Indian takeaway for a long time, that is until a few weeks ago. I ordered chicken tikka masala, it was inedible, it tasted like they'd put a whole bag of sugar in it, imagine a korma but much sweeter. I'll be honest, it's put me right off Indian takeaways.
