Was here for a birthday get together and was served by Cara who asked if we need anything multiple times and was very friendly.

Fantastic experience. Was here for a friend’s birthday - lovely staff and great service! Cara was wonderful.

Went for a Friday night dinner, after a long week and was very impressed with result. Great food, lovely helpful service from Ella, will definitely be returning.

It was terrible. Unbelievably expensive for burnt fajitas with less than half an inch of filling in the middle and nothing around the edges. But service from a nice bubbly waitress trying her hardest was nice.

Sadly all very unimpressive. Servers very pleasant. But the service was very slow. We waited ages for our order to be taken, and then ages between the starters and main. Food was very expensive (I will say what we got was mostly very tasty) for small portions, and tough steak. The music was stupidly loud so we could hardly speak to each other on top of that and the rest of the people in the restaurant. All in all, very disappointing. Unless you have no alternative, I wouldn’t bother going. We all left disappointed after looking forward to going as we live somewhere that doesn’t have a TGIs.

Pathetic service, awful food only a matter of time before the doors shut! Wait 5 mins to be seated at the front door while being ignored Cubatão as they clear tables, only 2 tables imbues so not too busy too greet us, wait 15 mins to be offered a drink and o my after I called the waiter, ordered food and it was cold, they took my wife’s pasta back and stuck it in the microwave. All in all an absolute disgrace, cold restaurant, cold food, poor quality, poor service. Just shut the doors now and board the place up like the rest of the beach area.

Disgusting . Food was luke warm , coffee was disgusting , we were put by the window , near the door , it was freezing .no heating on . We had to keep our jackets on . Coffee came out after 15 mins , pasta took 30 mins , and it was luke warm . Won't be back , won't recommend . £17.50 for a luke warm pasta dish .

Door greeter was pleasant. I had to go and ask someone to come and take order which isn't a good start. Majority of the tables were filled with young families (not sure if there was a promo deal on for them on a Saturday afternoon) our order came food was decent enough, even though we had to remind the server that part of our order was missing. I read that someone says the toilets were untidy, I agree with that, also quite a-lot of dust and cobwebs around the pictures on the walls.
