We was served by Milena tonight and the service was amazing. Milena was so hospitable, polite and funny and could not do enough for us. The food was good but the service by Milena made it great! Would definitely recommend, she will look after you!

Food was delicious! I got the seasame chicken and it was so good and the sauce just makes it pop even better, server was fantastic and I wish I got his name! Made me feel super comfortable and safe. Atmosphere was very comforting. If you think your server is being over the top remember it’s meant to be an American style place, that’s how they are. 10/10 would go again. Milena was the sweetest aswell!

Had lunch at TGI Fridays with my uncle’a family; we were served by Milena who was so friendly and efficient in her work. Food was well served with large portions. 5 star service! ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Ordered Mac and cheese pasta with pulled pork. Positive big portion however The pasta was overcooked on the soggy side, it was not a ‘Mac and cheese’ wasn’t a cheese pull at all like mac and cheese normally is. Over cooked pasta with a slight cheese taste and pulled pork. Very very overpriced around £18 mark!!!

Food was so tasty. Nice and hot. Served quick. Service by Milena. She was so friendly and checked on us regularly. Wasn't too busy so atmosphere wasn't too loud which was good. Will be back again.

Great experience here today, greeted by an old workmate which was a nice surprise. We ordered drinks which I had to look at the t shirt of our waitress to see what draft beers they had and my partner had a bottomless coke. The beer was good I think a Peckham thing maybe? The food came fast and was so good which is always an unknown. As I chef I rarely like chain food so this was good to find a tasty burger. I had the smash patty with an extra patty and cheese and partner had the Friday glass burger. We also ordered garlic bread which was good. We demolished our meals and fully enjoyed them. The service was swift and polite and we will defo return. Many thanks

We came for a last minute dinner. We often come to rushden lakes tgi Friday. They have the most amazing lady serving, called milena, everytime we come here she makes us feel so welcome. We didn't book online but she seated us and took our order. Food was served hot and quickly. We love spending time speaking to milena and often have a laugh. We even got her to speak to our daughter who was home, as she loves her whenever she comes here. Drinks made by piers were lovely. Top notch. Will definitely be back soon.

We had a great lunch at TGI this week. Couldn't fault it. Our server Katie was so lovely from the second we walked in. We were a large party with lots of small children. We were barely sat down when someone came over to make balloon animals, there were activity packs too. The food was great, the service was efficient and super friendly. Great atmosphere, cake and a song for the birthday child. When we left one of the children asked his mum if he could have his birthday there too. Thanks so much Katie, you are fab!

Booked to have a family dinner before I go into hospital. Amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere. We were looked after by the most wonderful.lady called Milena. Took time to make us feel very welcome and after our meal came out with a lovely plate with a written message. She 100% made our evening just perfect.

Was lured in for a free kids meal, was told we could not use the voucher with our Blue Light Card (we have done in the past at TGI) Other restaurants allow Blue Light because Blue light is not an offer, it is a discount for working in the NHS, therefore I feel I am being penalised for working in the NHS because I then can’t use an offer. Also the American Mixed Grill (which is the dearest item on the menu) had no chicken. The new ordering system is just awful, I could not get in with it so we eventually had to call someone over to take the actual order. So to summarise we felt duped because we could not use the kids meal voucher, the most expensive dish was missing chicken, the ordering system is very poor. You have some work to do if you want me to return.

Enjoyed my visit to tgi my host milena was so lovely and very helpful will definitely be visiting again hope she will be here 🙂

Went on a busy Tuesday evening and ordered a smash burger for myself, Cajun chicken pasta for my wife and a kids hot dog for my son. The waitress made the whole experience amazing, her name was Milenna, she was incredibly welcoming and patient, especially towards our 5 year old, and brought smiles and laughs to our table.
