Came in recently and wow TGI Fridays really upped their game. The service was 10/10. The food was hot and was really tasty, I had the sesame seeds chicken strips with garlic fries😍😍. The drinks came out quickly. Every staff member was bubbly and cheerful. I will definitely be visiting again!!!

It was quite busy today and you can tell they were under staffed ( I’ve worked in hospitality and to be fair it’s anticipated to not be busy around January, so I can understand) however, we had a brilliant time, food was fab and so were the drinks. We were served by Milena who was very understanding and generous, thank you :)

Been coming here for years. Haven't been for a while due to the last few visits being less good than it used to be. Came here for a family anniversary that meant a lot to us, but unfortunately we will not be returning which is very sad. Pre-Covid, TGI Fridays was a hit with the kids and the family. These days it's always a disappointment. 45 mins to even get asked what we wanted to drink, plain and boring cold food, overcooked (yet also somehow cold) chips, stale burger buns, burnt burgers and just generally terrible food. Were there for 2.5 hrs and had two drinks the whole time and the second time only cause we asked. Awful, and very sad ex-fan of TGIs.

Please don't go never had worser service 40 mins for a drink

Milena served my mother and I for a late night impromptu dinner. She was kind, attentive, humorous and very patient with us, as we took quite a while deciding what to order. Milena recommended the quesadillas from the £7 Feel Good Grub menu. She also was very accommodating to my mother’s dietary needs, and instructed the kitchen staff on how to prepare my mothers meal to a T. Really friendly waitress always with a smile on her face, it was a pleasure to be served by Milena this evening.

Went here after a movie. The restaurant was practically empty, yet it still took us few minutes to be seated. Drinks and mains order was quick. Once we had our food the waitress disappeared, we had to flag down a random member of staff for the bill. Just an over all poor experience.

Just got back from a meal for my son's birthday on boxing day. The food was lovely. The staff that greeted us and served us were great and really friendly with the kids. It made it a great experience for us all. Hopefully the management will see this, not sure on the staff's names but we were in at 3:30pm. A credit to your company. Thanks.

At first it took a while to be seated, but then we saw the lady on her own. As our visit went on, we realised just how wonderful our server, Milena was. She showed such an interest in our little Girl who we were celebrating turning 2! She memorised our orders and offered to put things on the side etc. All order and food was perfect! We thought we would have to rush to leave but she told us if we rang we could have it extended and we didn’t know this! So we sat back down and she came out with the biggest piece of birthday cake for our little girl!! Such a wonderful human and a beautiful meal too!

Me and my family decided to revisit TGI Friday’s after a poor experience a couple years before. Surely they’d improved since then? Surely we’d just ordered the wrong things? NOPE! Awful, possibly even worse than before. For 20 of the kings finest, I had the displeasure of consuming one of the driest burgers I have ever tasted in my entire life, an opinion in which my brother shared with me. Not only this, my Mother and Father also experienced a disgraceful platter presented in front of their eyes. The most MINUSCULE chicken burger that you have ever witnessed and will ever witness. Feeling such outrage coursing through our veins, the 4 of us decided that we didn’t want to experience any more possible distaste and did not order any desert. Thankfully, the nice waitress (only positive part) saw our meal and frustrations and kindly gave us a 10% discount. Despite being a nice act, this only really ended up being like taking a grain of sand off a beach as our bill still ended up being absolutely substantial, especially compared to the disgrace of a meal we were served. I shall not be making the terrible mistake of coming back here again, and neither should you.

So very, very disappointed. We had high hopes, but I'm sorry to say our meals were terrible. The average price for all meals, including burgers, is £20! We would have left as soon as we saw the extortionate prices but decided to share a main, starter, and sides between the two of us. There was no flavour or taste to anything we ate. The Fajita meal looked and tasted like mush on a skittle. The Peppers and Onion were slimy and had disintegrated, and with 4 very small toppings to add and no cheese, it was incredibly boring and unpleasant, and we left half of it. We were given the ends of the chips in our loaded fries, there were about 6 whole chips, and the rest being crunchy bits of chips topped with small pieces of bacon and spring onion, and these just felt through the chips, so not loaded at all. The nachos also had no cheese, so all in all, it was very unsatisfactory. The service was okay. I didn't experience what the others are raving about. It's such a shame we did not go to one of the other lovely restaurants we walked past when we left. It was almost empty on a Saturday, and I can see why. I'm sorry to leave such a bad review, but this just isn't right for the prices.

Disappointed to say the least. 2 times I’ve been here once on my birthday which I was embarrassed and extremely annoyed at the food and then the atmosphere. The second time was just as bad as the first my mother’s chicken burger was miniscule, as if they cared more about their profit than their customers. The starters were nice however the calamari was way too spicy and the main burger which I ate was way below the already low standards I held. However the staff was nice. Lower your prices! And improve your food! UNBELIEVABLE

I popped into TGI Fridays and glad I did. The food was superb atmosphere was really inviting. I was alone but didn't feel uncomfortable. Milena was brilliant very attentive and a credit to tgi Fridays

The waitress, Milena, was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and was the kindest woman! She served us the whole way through and was just the most amazing server. She spoke me through the menu and double checked every item due to my allergies. Could not praise her enough!!!!
