Perfect service from Milena as always!! :) food spot on too.

We used to visit tgi Fridays almost weekly. Not having been for a while it was frustrating to see some of the best items now missing on the menu. The food is always decent but the cost of eating at this chain is enough to stop us from going back anytime soon . £80 for two people to eat a starter and main is a bit much for an American diner .

Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially our server, Maya, who was quick efficient with our food, she was friendly and bright despite the restaurants business. I ordered a smash cheese dip and my burger was lovely, along with this my two friends ordered ses chicken main and ultimate ribs. All was amazing, will be returning. Thank you TGI

We stopped in at TGI Rushden Lakes for lunch today. It wasn't very busy, we were seated straight away. We were greeted by worn out tables, lots of dead light bulbs and half working neon signs in the decor, and a smell of onions, which seemed odd. We ordered, a simple order, fajitas, side of fries, and a chicken burger with salad (instead of fries). The food took a little while to come out and sadly when it did there was an issue. The salad was mostly onion, and a wedge of lettuce, we asked the waiter if he would mind replacing it as it was mostly onion, the waiter was polite and took it away to have "a fresh one made". From the moment we sat down the table next to us had the plates removed, but no-one came back and cleaned all the food and other mess from the floor, it had been a family with two young kids next to us and there was significant amount of food and mess on the floor, no issue, if it was cleaned up. It was still there when we left our table. When we had finished our meals that salad had never returned, no-one even mentioned it or came to check if everything was ok with the meal. Even with the cajun chicken fajitas, I am left with an after-taste of onions! I can only assume onions are cheap, but what isn't cheap, is TGIs prices. However, the restaurant is tired, the customer service is lazy, and the food is poor. Will not return to this restaurant.

Food was great with quick service, Latia took time out of her day to speak to me and my family making it a family friendly environment despite it being relatively busy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place with good food and vibes!

Visited on Friday 16th May and was served by lovely helpful lady called Katie who was great. Parking can be busy over here but we got parked ok as we booked for 6:30pm. Before coming to the restaurant i downloaded the Stripes App, which when you scan your receipts you can get rewards, and on ths ocassion we got a free dessert for our visit, so make sure you download this App. For drinks my wife ordered the After 5 cocktail (2 for 1 on cocktails) and i had the american pilsner. For food, my wife had the sesame chicken strips, with fries and extra jack daniels sauce, and i ordered the full rack of baby back ribs, which comes with coleslaw, house fries, which i upgraded to loaded fries and corn ribs. The food arrived quite quickly but allowing us time to enjoy our drinks. The meat fell off the ribs and were beautifuly succulent and the sesame chicken strips were delicious. The loaded fries were tasty and had a bit of a kick, and the coleslaw was fresh and tasty. Wasnt overly keen on the corn ribs but this was just my personal preference as they were cooked lovely. We then ordered our free dessert a sharing brownie with ice cream. I musty admit i dont usually ever have dessert but the brownie and ice cream were really tasty. Overall a superb delcious meal and we will be back at the end of the month. There is something on the menu for everyone and they even have kids eat free, so check the website. We go out regularly to eat at different places and this is the stand out dinner for over a year, so well done TGI`s , and to Katie for making our experience a fantastic one !!

We tried to call Byron Burger, it took us through to TGI. So we went into TGI and asked the girl if this was also Byron burger. She said it was, but said we couldn't order at the restaurant (which is fine) but then she said "but if you want to order you can order on your phone and then just wait at the bar, get a drink and then take it away" so we thought that was great, ordered on Deliveroo then went to the bar. The guy at the bar then said we couldn't do that, and went and had a word with the girl. The girl then said "I didn't say that" which shocked us both. The manager then came over and said we would have to cancel via deliveroo. We tried to cancel via Deliveroo, but they said that they called and the restaurant said they had already started prepping food, so we couldnt have a refund. So we spoke to the manager again who said she would speak to deliveroo. We waited another 20 or so mins and then they randomly brought the food over to us! We had already bought food elsewhere, so we said we didn't want it and still wanted a refund after we were told we couldn't have it as we had ordered elsewhere. She then said we would need to talk to deliveroo again, so we did, by now it's been well over an hour, eventually they spoke to the manager and the manager finally have them the go ahead to cancel it. The entire event was utterly bizarre and completely ruined the evening and celebration :(

Awful experience. The waitress was rude and patronising. When ordering food after 25 minutes she asked if I wanted onion rings or garlic bread with my main order so I was tricked into thinking it was apart of my meal. After 20 minutes she brought out just the bottomless chicken which came first? And asked if we wanted to order more so we said yes. Then after half hour went by she brang out our food but not the remaining of the order and so we asked when would the chicken come and she snapped at us and said it’s ready and we said okay but she kept going on how impatient we were and attempted to manipulate us into thinking it was our fault for not ordering more than one bottomless chicken at a time which I’ve never experienced before as you only get one at a time on most restaurants. After receiving our food we asked for her to take back the extra sides as we didn’t realise they were extra. She snapped at us again. The food was cold and bland. The chef was in the kitchen eating food not cooking. The whole thing was a mess. We asked for the bill and to use our student discount she told we can’t use it with the bottomless chicken so we asked for them to change it to a meal as we didn’t have more than one portion anyway. She snapped again and the new bill still had the onion rings garlic bread and an extra two sides of fries which is ridiculous. We asked for the manager who had an awful attitude and told us she can’t do anything. I found this weird as she was dressed the same as the waitress which is strange for a shift manager. Overall we would NEVER COME HERE AGAIN not worth over 100£ for four drinks and four meals. I would never recommend going here. Hopefully management can fix this otherwise I hope this tgis shuts down like the others. This was at 12:45 with the waitress a foreign lady with dark hair and botched lip filler and the manager in waitress uniform who looked scruffy.

Outstanding customer service! I was placing an order online and I phoned the restaurant to double check an item on the menu due to an allergy. It was deemed ok and the call ended. Within a few minutes the lady phoned back as she had some reservations. Between us both and the chef it was all sorted but I have never had someone be that thorough when it comes to allergies. I wish I had caught her name!

Had a beautiful date night with my girlfriend today. Emilie, greeted us immediately with a warm smile and her and Milena kept us comfortable all night and attended to our every need. It was clear both front and back of house were rushed off their feet. These girls really are a credit to the team and deserve to be recognised for how hard they worked and their service really added to the ambiance of our night. Their friendly and attentive service, means my boyfriend will be taking back for another date.

First impressions - this place was empty, when the other 5 or 6 restauraunts on site were full to capacity (with 2 having lines out the door waiting for tables). When wewere seated noticed that despite the table being set up (withe cutlery napkins and menu's) the table was covered in loose salt and sicky fingerprints. So too was every page of the 2 menus on the table. Bed first impressions. The prices are crazy for the low standard of the food (think mcdonalds burger and fries for portion size and quality, but with some dubious tasting sauces - for £26.99!) Seen one item 0n there was a (small) mixed grill for 40 QUID!! I dont mind eating at higher priced places if there is anything remotely special about them but this isnt it. Service was OK but you get the same service and better food at a weatherspoons for a fraction of the price (not the best but priced to reflect that). REALLY disappointed. This is the first visit to a TGI's since the new owners took over after administration - clearly trying to cash grab off the brand till its run into the ground. As a previous regular at the leicester square branch which sadly was closed by these new guys in october last year I think its really sad the direction they are taking this brand. A place where I had formerly had mamy happy times. Shame.

Fantastic meal and there was a good bit of eye candy running the shift. I think his name was Jason? Worth a visit just to meet him!

Had bottomless brunch here on a Saturday afternoon me and one friend, lots of drinks kept coming to ask if need another drink very very friendly attentive special thanks to Milena she was the best.

Really disappointed… we were sat right next to the ‘waiters cashier’ area the serves were immature and gossiping, one even leant behind the back of me with her armpit near me!!! They then stood right by our table in a group and continued to gossip loudly and make noise. Very unprofessional. Felt robbed having to pay £75 for the experience we had. Food was ok. Nothing special. Avoid if possible!

Visited prior to going to the nearby cinema. We have eaten at TGIF fairly regularly in the past but not for a while. Full disclosure, we had 3 courses and yes the menu does have prices (unlike the website). Food was just OK, smallish portions and 3/4 of our meal choices were pretty average. Kicker was the bill £170 for 4 at TGIF - sorry but that is not an acceptable price point for a diner! The quality of the food simply does not justify those prices. However, on the plus side: clean and very nicely presented, bottomless soft drinks much appreciated and our server Melina was outstanding. Sadly, any good vibes we had generated during the meal evaporated when the bill arrived. Please TGIF do something, we will not be back under this pricing structure.

Went with my wife and had a wonderful time! The food was superb - bottomless chicken strips - as were the 2 for 1 cocktails. The only thing better than the food was the service: our server “Taya” was magnificent and went above and beyond to look after us both. 10/10, cannot wait to return!

Went down tonight to take advantage of the unlimited chicken strips and my god it was amazing! The food kept coming, was hot and amazing quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, very happy to help and cheerful. Quick to get us seated, take our drinks order and bring the drinks over.
