They no longer do deliveries anymore :(

Unlike many places, this Pizza was the only place where me and my friends did not have to wait or reserve a spot. The place was very COVID safe . Lastly, our server was awesome! I don’t remember her name but he did a good job serving us and those around us! As for food, I believe we should’ve ordered pizza rather than tacos because the tacos were just not our flavour type. Other than that, the drinks and dessert were great!

Had mix kebab really really nice will visit again and again coz I am foody 😋😋😋

The food here is banging and too good. Probably has the best sheesh chicken and the tomato & cheese pizza in Brighton. The new management is much better than the previous, and kudos to them on their hard work. Would definitely visit again.

The food took over an hour to arrive and when I called up to ask about the whereabouts of my delivery I had the phone slammed on me twice . The food - 9in pizza and a side of regular peri peri fries, when it did arrive, was cold and had to be reheated in the oven. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this place.

Received wrong pizzas after waiting an hour for delivery via uber eats. Rang restaurant and told they would send correct pizzas but would take an hour. After an hour, nothing. Rang them and guy there said I would need to cancel through uber as he didn't know how. Now having to wait with 10+ ahead of me to speak to someone at uber

Poor costumer service. Never again. Won’t recommend to my worst enemy. Make sure to cross out of the list what you run out of stock first. Do the job properly.

Rude and they hung up on me because they couldnt understand basic english.

My friends and I went in last night and the man was rude and stand off ish, we got the food and the wings were missing! We called and he pretended like he didn’t know us and after 8 minutes of him looking at the “system “ he told us to come in for more wings. The food was bland and flavourless ans the “chicken shish” was plain grilled chicken and the wings were dry chicken coated in breadcrumbs with no sort of seasoning or flavour. 1/10 experience

Awful, I left before order. I had 5 minutes of rudeness from the guy in the counter.

Not great at all. Pizza was mediocre, barely any tomato base. Wings, Burger, Chips were completely over cooked. To the extent that I gave up and threw away. Waste of time and won’t be using again.

Stole my money lol food never arrived tried to lie and say I changed the address guess then driver was hungry so I guess I lose £20….

Very unfriendly with a “my way or highway” attitude, told us our food was going to take 20 mins only after taking our money when there were no other customers in the shop. Kebabs also tasted very bland.

Tbh don't even disseve a 1 star the food was rubbish and they messed up my order twice and I was sitting in there the person who was working was rude and didn't hardly no what he was doin not a happy about this place has definitely gone downhill

Mushy burger meal is lovely also their pizzas are tasty give them a go.

So I just finished work and walked my dogs to get some dinner and I ask the man at the til if I can bring them in because it's dark out and I don't feel safe with leaving them out side. The man then had the audacity to say I do not care about your dogs rather than say, no I can't unfortunately, it's company policy. What an absolute spanner. The customer service is shocking.

All food came two hours late and was cold and soggy. We warmed them up and the pizzas had mint all over them, who puts mint on a pizza?! Rubbish.

had an order and waited patiently for 2 hours and after calling i was rudely shouted at for calling as they were "busy" and could not send as there was no driver they then told me to cancel it which i havent been able to do so far, rude staff and long wait times make it not worth it in itself without even having the food its now 10 ! and it was ordered at 8

Never ordering there again. I did my order at 2:15 pm and I cancelled it at 5 pm since they never delivered it. When you call them they don’t even respond. Disappointed.

Ordered a donor and burger at 8:57pm arrived at 11:10 after calling them 3 times to make sure they haven't forgotten my order which I paid by card.

Been using this pizza place for a number of years without issue. Good food at a fair price, delivered in good time. Unfortunately on the last two occasions not so good. Tonight's shambles has left me disappointed and I'll not be ordering again. If you make a mistake, apologise and put it right. It's that simple.

Where to begin! I dont understand how some one can get a sinple order so so wrong. Wanted a large Doner with salad and chili sauce. Gave me the completely wrong thing haha awful! I got chicken without salad and saturated in chili sauce with next to no chicken. Massively disappointing.Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Ordered food from this place and food was due to be delivered at the latest of 9:05 pm. When it was 15 minutes late, we called to get an update and the person who answered the phone advised the driver had left 10 minutes ago with our order so he should be with us soon. After waiting yet another 15 minutes, still nothing. Called them back to be advised that the driver was going to be another 3-4 minutes. We then asked if the food has been in the drivers car this whole time and if it had, explained we would want to be given new food as it’s bound to have gotten cold by now. Person over the phone was adamant the food would still be kept hot as all food is kept in hot storage bag when out for delivery. Several minutes after the call ended, the driver turned up with our food which he took out of a standard box and when passed the bag, we could feel it was cold. As we predicted, all of the food was stone cold and not of the standard we had hoped for. On top of this, the peri peri chicken was of poor quality, dry and lacked flavour. Won’t be ordering from here again and will be requesting full refund. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I have been going to Texas Pizza since I first moved in almost 4 years ago. The food was always top quality, friendly staff, they never got my order wrong and they were loyal and valued the loyalty of their regulars. However, since being taken over by new management/owner last year, it has continued to get worse and worse. At first it was little things like portion sizes changing, which didn't bother us, but then more changes happened and not for the better. The quality of their food has gone down, the customer service is appalling, everytime we order something either via phone or in person they get our order wrong because they don't listen, the man taking the orders has music playing in his ear from his headphones, whilst trying to have a conversation with a customer and another conversation with the staff. If you cannot hear what the customer us ordering of course you will get it wrong. At first it was small stuff missing from our order, no cheese in the burger, ketchup in a burger that we didn't want sauce in, missing can of drink, and we didnt mind because we have been going there for so long we gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't complain. But it is becoming constant and this week we have had enough. Earlier in the week we ordered a meal with sweet potato fries, but we got regular potatoe fries, and then yesterday we ordered 2 chicken burgers, one quarter pounder and one half pounder, both with cheese and a kebab. But that is not what we got, we were delivered a quarter pounder chicken burger with no cheese, and a half pounder BEEF burger with no cheese and a ripped bun, yet the correct kebab. When I called to complain they tried to tell me I had ordered a beef burger when I know I hadn't, in the end they sent a half pounder chicken burger to us but it was terrible. Unlike the quarter pounder which was a proper chicken breast fillet, the half pounder was made from those terrible tasting and cheap cook from frozen chicken steak burgers that you can get from SmartPrice, and it still had no cheese even though I said please don't forget the cheese. We didn't even get an apology for the mix up which I found very rude. After almost 4 years of being a loyal customer I must say I will not be using Texas Pizza ever again. It's such a shame because until it changed hands it was perfect I never used another takeaway. But unfortunately it has been going down hill quicker and quicker and I have lost my patience.

Right this place is a shocking. I've ordered from here 3 times and each time I've had a problem. They forgot an item off my order and when I rang to get them to get it ready he agreed but upon my arrival it wasn't ready so I had to wait another 15minuted! The sign says they are open but the guy working says I'll be 20minutes as I need to turn on the machines. He then sauntered about gingerly. The mascular Asian chap is very rude. The food is not worth the hassle.

Nice pizza, quick service, really good prices. I should mention that I live quite near, ordered in person and picked it up myself, and it was a Monday evening so quite quiet.

Received my order after an hour and 20 minutes. This is the second time I have ordered and had to keep asking where my order is. When it arrived it was cold - the chips especially. The garlic bread and pizzas were soggy and I asked for no onions on one pizza and they still put onions!! Probably the worst take away I have ever had !! I would like to put in an official complaint as we had 2 slices of pizza each and a slice of garlic bread!!

i ordered a large hawaian today and my mate had a kebab.kebab he enjoyed but my pizza was poor.hardly any ham or pineapple i thought he had give me the wrong pizzashame as its near where i live.so will have to find another place as we will not be going back ever.worth paying the extra money for a pizza your going to really enjoy from a bit further down the road

I have used Texas pizza for good few years now but recently on my last night order I was surprised with quality & taste of pizza was so wow. Great price & friendly customer service definitely worth every penny, well done to new management team you guys are doing fantastic job 👍

I am a contuined regular to this shop until yesterday The driver delivered the food and upon opening the box as usual the pizza was all shaken up like it had been thrown around I usually don't mind this as the good food generally makes up for the presentation However there was also missing toppings from my order so this is mainly where I confronted the shop The worker said he would ring his driver then ring me back upon ringing me back we discussed the missing toppings and the presentation For only the person handling the phone to call me a liar several times and when demanded to speak to a manager he told me he was the owner this got into a row as he clearly was lying and had very bad customer service skills as this was very simple to resolve All in all lost a customer because of attitude

Generous kebab, if a little clumsily sliced (massive chunks of doner) and a really good pizza, at a great price. We'll definitely be back.
