Came here on my own and it was VERY quiet the woman who served me was very rude and they didn’t seem to have much food. Then she said because she was on her own that I had to order something that was ‘quick’ I gave her about 4 different options and she said no to all of them, and her attitude was awful, she didn’t even say sorry. Everything I named her probably took about 5 minutes to make but yet she still couldn’t do it. She seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to make it to be honest. I’ve come here a few times and she’s always be rude. I’m really not happy. Put a bit of a downer on my day to be honest.I ordered myself an iced coffee and because I have sensitive teeth I like to use a straw (ive ordered an iced coffee a few times I've been here and it’s always come with a straw) so she bought it over to me and I asked for a straw and she didn’t even look at me and she said no and just walked away, again she didn’t even say sorry! It’s 11 in the morning, I wonder why she was left on her own anyway especially as lunch time is about to come up.

Used to love their pancakes with fresh fruit and homey for breakfast but I’m not sure they do it anymore. Tesco cafe is a good place for meeting friends for a coffee after a shop, or a breakfast before a shop but wouldn’t want to eat a meal here. There doesn’t seem to be enough staff to keep the tables clean and free from debris, although the staff there are are extremely friendly and helpful.

Still ok, the food is what it is - you aren't dining at Quaglino's - the only drawback is sometimes there's a shortage of seating and some people leave their plates etc. on the table instead of removing to the trolley provided. We still go fairly regularly, as do many others.

Meals here are ok, staff are friendly enough, if you have the bigger breakfast you'll be full but it's not the best value, still it's handy and you can park easily which is not the case anywhere in town. It's not cheap or fantastic value but it's acceptable, we usually have the fry - up.

Since being done up this cafe has less tables..especially to eat at as they have put settees in. Also the food prices have increased as i assume they have got to justify the renovation Im afraid over £8 for a breakfast and drink in a super market is ridiculous Will not go again as there are cheaper options in the village

Takeaway. Not used them for 2 years. Wish I hadn't. Awful. No honey on the peshawar naan even though I said yes. Prawns were tasteless. Even the bombay potatoes were messed up, more skin than potatoes. Rice was rice. Say no more. 2 years to get a meal from you. Will be 20 years before I use you again. Hopefully I'll be dead by then. It was crap.

Over £12.00 for a dried up Pukka Pie, strange tasting inedible peas and gravy, and a few prehistoric hard chips. Avoid

We had four 12" pizzas and garlic bread. Mine was OK but slightly burnt. My wife said hers was also burnt. They have an offer of 2 for £13.50. Good value pizzas could be better. More care needed maybe. Bit of a pain with cash only, about time they got a card machine.
