We placed an £80 order which was absolutely spot on, most drive throughs get small orders wrong so these guys did a great job. Piping hot too, Bramley McDonalds could learn a lot from these guys.

On drive through 4 cars got ordered before me, not too happy after a 14 hour shift. Hopefully better next time!

Very modern in comparison to most others and friendly helpful staff. Never been asked halfway through the meal if everything is okay at McDonald’s before until here 😂

Spent £52 n two hours later I rang em cuz my food still hadn't arrived, they told me that they had no deliverers... Wondering why they even let me place my order in the first place.

Asked for fresh food got a cold hash brown breakfast double sausage and egg was hot

Only got a small mcflurry and waited abt 20 mins but not too bad

3 for £3 makes it affordable again when you're a family. This particular one gets slammed on Facebook, however I feel the staff are great, always working under pressure etc

Maybe it's a British thing to only have a drop of ketchup and half a slice of cheese on the burger...but where I'm from we actually have more than the bread and the meat on our burgers...so not enjoyable burgers here, too dry and too little of the other stuff that should be on, sauce,cheese and lettuce, onions etc

Fast service, not busy during visit, but it was 12AM! Friendly service as always and clean tables. Only criticism being that the Cheese burgers were warm but not hot by any means, hence 4⭐️ for food . On a positive note, cheese bites and mcflurry were 👌.

Only ordered 2 large fries had to repeat order 3 times and still got it wrong only got 1 large fries, not good enough.

Drive though is busy but quickly served.

Went for a cold drink (caramel iced frappe) and took 3 year old for food and drink. Staff were pleasant and food tasted good for my child. They had ice-cream which was enjoyed.

Used self service. Staff friendly and the place clean.

The Mcflurry was good but my diabetic friend was given a normal coke after he'd asked for a diet coke - result - he became unwell

On this visit the food was nice and hot which sometimes it isn't. The staff were lovely.

Top tier. Class. 10/10. scran. Food was bloody gorgeous. Lady who gave us the food was a top tier human being. You know I had to hook myself up with the large fries and six chicken nugs. Why ever done at a fancy restaurant when you can just go here? You even gave me a free coke. You can sod off looking at the other side of the card. YOU AIN'T HAVIN' MY DRINK. Lord, I was so hungry, thank you.

Andys (shift manager) customer service was terrible, I asked for more topping on our mcflurries and he added more, but slammed them in front of me and stormed off

Friendly staff, food looked nothing like I ordered, food was cold and I ended up taking food back 4 times. The chicken burger honestly looked like it had been kicked around the kitchen. I always like to go to the Ollerton macdonalds because my granddaughter loves it there.paid for sauces we never received. I will normally give good feedback but today I felt like I'd totally wasted my money.

Took quite a while to get food but was a Friday night so was busy. All the food was piping hot when it arrived so meant it was fresh which was good

Good food but took nearly 20 minutes to prepare a Big Mac and salad.

The drive through is never a drive through. You’re always asked to sit in the car park and wait at least 5-10 minutes before they walk slowly to the car with your cold food.

The food was cold and the guy dint ask me if I wanted a lager meal or anything so I was going to ask if I can a refund or something beasuce im not very happy

Same old. Foods always cold, service is slow, and staff expect everyone to use self service.

Rude staff, damage salad old and soft with brown spots , my order was not complete chicken salad without chicken, i think the management should be reviewed as allowing this, probably changed

Oh it's definitely fast food....the poor guys must have loads of customers because as soon as you get there, you feel like you are been rushed through....and that's the point, once upon a time....everyone in cafe's knew everyone, these days it's rush rush rush and nobody knows anyone.....personally the food isn't what it's made out to be....it doesn't look like the picture either....flatburger is a more fitting description....and finally....is it just me, but it doesn't matter what you have from there because you simply do not feel full.....this is my opinion, you guys make your own

Well located on the way and back from clumber park to Nottingham. Drivethrough was very fast, friendly staff and as always prices affordable. Lots of parking, clean place overall.

It's Macdonalds, you get what you expect

Shocking!! Can ever ever get the order right!! Having two kids under 4 and there fruit shoots not turning up, you can imagine how annoyed they’d be.. there is always something missing when it comes to delivering our food! Simple instructions they clearly can’t do!

Aweful, bland, dry burgers. 2x quarter pound luke warm cheese burgers almost £10.00.

The guy never heard of the deal sausage and egg MC muffin then finally said o ye we can do it for you.went t window but never opened it so went to next window to B told I need to go bk to other window Totally incomplete place never again manager looked shifty as hell bad place

Service was helpful and friendly and loos were clean. Food turned up quickly but was only acceptable quality, like warm and fries undercooked. Restaurant was clean and tidy and parking good

Food is never hot, and these days are expensive for what you get

I tried to go here on the way but was so but couldn't get parked. On the way back took ages to get my food I stopped in a lay by up the road to eat as couldn't get parked again.

Food was cold fries missing from the meal. The chicken mayo was out of time cold, and like rubber, the double was disgusting chewy and dry. The girl on the window was polite and lovley a shame the food let you down!

It's a typical Micky D's food ok coffee not too bad, seats very uncomfortable. My only real complaint was the toilets were not very clean.

Shocking as always, rude stuff and cold food even though we had to park up and wait.

The service was terrible here, I arrived at 23.40 so the place was dead with one car in front of me and none behind. I ordered 2 meals and a drink and was told to park in a bay. I said can I not just stay here and I'll go if someone moves - no was the response and then two other managers came over trying to intimidate me into moving. I got a refund for the drink and waited for the food as my girls needed it after going to a concert. Never again will I go to this McDs and you should avoid it like the plague, as my daughter said, next time we'll go to KFC at Blyth!

Me and my partner who live in edwinstowe visited on the evening of the 13th March 2024, we were looked after amazingly well by the manager Holly. Holly went far and beyond to make our experience enjoyable at mcdonalds new ollerton. Hollys customer service skills are second to none and she really does put the customer first, mcdonalds should be proud to have such a dedicated employee. We will be back, thank you Holly x

The best McDonalds I've been to in the UK. Clean, fast and polite service - exactly how things used to be. Whoever is running this store is doing an excellent job.

I stop off at this McDonald's some times when travelling for work, popped in recently when visiting nearby Clumber Park just after midday. It was busy and there was a short wait to use the self service kiosks. Once ordered food came quickly, order was accurate and fries were warm and Quarter Pounder tasty. Tea was warm and it was nice to sit inside and avoid the rain for a bit. It is nothing special but reasonably priced food and usually friendly service from the staff working at this branch. Car park is fairly large so usually plenty of free spaces. Still as good.

Absolutely disgusted in the ollerton branch, just been through the drive through. Ordered a plain triple cheese burger, get home to find its got everything on it. Other stuff on the order wrong also, get to the collection window. It's as if its been turned into a school playground, all staff around the area just messing around. And then another member of staff was walking around the kitchen area with a very dirty hi-viz outdoor coat on just helping himself to stuff. While the so called management are stood there joining in the messing around and allowing it all to happen.

Not eating inside as very dirty place (did not come across such a dirty McDonald before). As because it is local we rather decided and use drive thru then eat at home, but even then 4 out of 4 orders placed within a month time were not right.. from missing items to wrong items being packed. Surprisingly price-wise always beneficial for the restaurant not the customer - hence assumption it is done purposely. No more Mcdonald. Let's support local restaurants.

Food was tracked and delivery promised was 18.05 then by 18.40 arrived at 18.50 from Ollerton branch near Newark chips weren't cooked and stone cold the same as the burger won't be ordering again for delivery most of it ended in the dustbin

Cannot believe you charge 10p for a sauce considering I don't have sauces on my burgers so adding bbq sauce and having to pay for it is not on!

Needs closing for a few hours a week for a decent clean

Far too busy, the screens weren't working and only one staff member on till so very long queue Had ran out of happy meal toys (squishmallows) I asked someone and he went to check and never returned. I queued go ask again, lady was lovely about it but a very disappointed child.

Love a modified Maccies! Speedy turn around of our order but the big Mac looked like it had half a lettuce thrown in the box. 😊 Good though.

Just a warning to others my partner had a McDonald’s breakfast this morning and it arrived smelling highly of chemicals, he then taken a bite because he thought it was just the packaging then tasted it and felt very very poorly after. Filed a complaint though Uber eats as so this needs to go further!

Cold food and missing food from order

Food always seems to be on the cold side since refurb. Update: the past year has seen some improvements, recent run of visits food has been warm/fresh

It's mcdonalds at the end of the day but they take 0 care when putting the burgers together it sometimes looks as if they have thrown the burger on the bun leaving half the burger dangling off the edge 🙃

Went here with the family before arriving at Centre parcs. Very clean and excellent service.
