Tesco Cafe in North West Leicestershire

Brilliant. Eight of us pitched in for Sunday full breakfast, great service, great food.

went into cafe for lunch told man serving of my egg allergy they do not offer something different instead of eggs on breakfast so i said i will have chicken burger but no mayo was told we cant take it off then young girl serving said if you got allergy the bun has egg in it so you cant have that didnt bother with any thing didnt feel safe eating there

The coffee arrived neatly and thoughtfully packaged. Bacon and Sausage was amazing! still hot considering it's a 10 minute drive away! thank you!

Very small portion on the carrot mash even for a children’s meal.

The food was great they just missed one of the 3 items I ordered

Food arrived not only late but stone cold and inedible. I’d leave less than 1 star if I could

Cold chips, no seasoning. Only half of a wrap!

Ordered veg breakfast got vegan. Added black pudding and mushroom as extras and didn’t get . Also no egg on one of the meals. Wife can’t stand avacardo which was the main ingredient of the vegan. Hence to say half went in the bin also which virtually left her with an half tub of beans, one round of cold toast and a sausage that tasted like cold stuffing!!! Awaiting feedback but heard nothing!

Friendly service, good coffee , for a stop while shopping / or while waiting for car charging at the ev electric car points (you can see car chargers from cafe window)

The Vegan breakfast is spot on, the only thing I'd suggest is an extra hash brown.

Food not very warm when arrived with air conditioning on it went cols very quickly? Had a breakfast and fried egg was solid and hash beowns looked old. Lady that served us was lovely to the gentleman before us but when serving is seemed to change to off Standish

I travel a lot for my job and called in this morning for a breakfast and to kill some time before a delivery. The lady behind the counter was a joy. This is someone who fully understands customer service with a bright and breezy, friendly manor or maybe just a lovely person. Made my day, thank you 8.30 5.5.2023

Says a lot when the child portions are bigger that the adults breakfast. I Waited 45 mins with my son which is a long time for him in a high chair, When we got the food it was pretty cold. My breakfast only had one sausage and one slice of bacon that was over cooked. Was expecting better tbh after paying £15.

Waiting about 45 minutes for food i understand if that will be in restaurant when you ordered proper food but in normal cafe wait 45 minutes for two small plates of food. Joke!@

Lovely service and perfectly cooked egg on toast.

Great to be back at The Cafe today; to have food cooked for you in a clean, safe and sociable environment. All the new routines are also improvenents, eg wrapped cutlery. The staff cannot help enough to make your visit a good experience. Well done all in the Ashby-De-La-Zouch cafe!

Very poor food I had fish and chips all dried up others In party had breakfast not one of the eggs where cooked nice all were brown and over cooked yolks all hard sausage and bacon all dried up wont go again

It seems obvious to me that the Tesco Cafe provides a really sociable meeting place for a large selection of people. The service personnel are very pleasant and the range of food available is both extensive enough, and prepared and cooked well.

Good quality food at very reasonable prices, whilst there may be a wait at peak periods, the service is good, for a cafe, and the seating comfortable.

Absolutely DREADFUL!! Never again. I had a sandwich and what was supposed to be tuna filling consisted of a smear near edge where it was cut and not even enough to moisten the bread in the rest of the sandwich. No butter!! And....the bread was stale!! Do not waste your hard earned cash

Big breakfast had been kept in hot trolley before serving. Sausages very hard and burnt. Fried bread rock solid. As not on show to make your own selection should be cooked fresh. Toast was good with plenty of butter.
