Tesco Cafe in Tewkesbury

We use the caveat st oswolds on most days, usually for coffee and light refreshments, today we had lunch, I had a breakfast, most of it was just warm, the beans were almost cold so I took it back to the Manager and complained that it was cold and could I have some hot beans, she took the plate from me without a word , I went back to my table waiting for it too be returned but who did I see walk past the window going for a smoke was , yes the manager, my food was delivered by Debbie , The manager did not have the courtesy to come and apologise or to see if I was now happy with my food, it was hot this time, I find this a very bad attitude towards customers , we have been regular at Tesco for a number of years now, I trust someone will take note of this very lax attitude.

Popped in to get lunch whilst waiting for the Waves car wash and doing some shopping. Ordered a coffee and scampi, chips and garden peas. The food was hot and tasty and arrived quickly to our table after ordering. The coffee tasted good as well. Would recommend based on the tasty food and very reasonable prices.

Wow, to start with the attitude of staff is absolutely dreadful the tables were dirty, food eventually arrived omg dried up beans that looked like last week's seconds cold inedible eggs were cooked to a frazzle. Complained to staff was offered a refund for part of the meal as apparently I ate to yokes but in reality the yokes were mixed in to help the beans look and taste better, but NO it really didn't... We will never eat at Tesco cafe again the worst experience I have ever had.....

I ordered a ham and cheese panino which tasted nice, however it was lacklustre. It was a heated ciabatta roll, not even pressed, and on the inside there was the faint whisper of cheese and a singular slice of ham folded in half. I also ordered the seasoned fries, as no fries or sides come with the panin, which were very nice. I also purchased a can of coke, however, since the cafe is inside of Tesco I could've got a drink for cheaper by buying it from Tesco and then going in to the Cafe. I also dined in with someone and our food came out at very different times (they were almost done with their food) and I feel that more of an effort could have been made for it to be brought to our table at the same time.

Great staff - really friendly and helpful - and the service was efficient. Great choice of breakfast options and we were able to select exactly the items we wanted. Only exception is we couldn’t select just half an avocado as a stand alone item on the side. Food was spot on — breakfast meats were pretty lean and the sausages didn’t contain any gristle, which was great. On top of that, the cafe was clean. Can’t fault it - highly recommended.

What an amazing experience- impeccable customer service, gorgeous drinks (latte and hot chocolate) and fabulous food. We tried the breakfast and poached eggs on toast. I’ve previously tried the chorizo eggs which are amazing (see pic!) and would highly recommend. Excellent value for money. Wonderful staff, and will be back. Thank you !!!!!

Tesco’s caffe has very friendly staff. Always very kind and helpful. Food is great and drinks and cakes very tasty. Good for value too.

Basic in store cafe from Tesco's. Nothing exceptional but nothing to get offended by.

Lovely clean cafe where the drinks are served pipping hot and the big breakfast is awesome!!

The slowest cafe I have ever been to. Feel sorry for the staff trying to serve and prepare the food. Tesco need to sort out the staffing of this place.

It's no sainsburys breakfast that's for sure. Really quite amazingly bad. They don't seem to use proper eggs for scramble and instead substitute for a weird mix packet.

The food was lovely but they were dreadfully short staffed.

Every single time I go to this cafe they are serving a limited menu. They advertise ' eggs Benedict' but have only been able to serve this once in the last seven times I've been. ABSOLUTE JOKE Go somewhere else !!!

Francamente, muy mala calidad en términos de servicio, comida y actitud. Comenté que las cajas fuertes, que están situadas en el café no tenían llaves y se me dijo que no tenían nada que ver con el café, que pertenecían a la tienda.

Customer service absolutely rubbish. If you have an allergy don't expect them to change an item on meal for you without an extra charge. I have been eating here for years a regime new cost hence 2 list customers. Shame on you Tesco for allowing this to happen as I can easily shop and eat elsewhere.

Very slow service. Didn't have time to eat.
