Pan Pizza in Tewkesbury

Ordered a kebab and chips with salad and garlic mayo and was given a vile, sweaty, sad excuse for an attempt at a kebab floating in a pool of grease. Also we noticed it didn’t come from a normal kebab stand it so was clearly from the fridge/freezer. I was hungry so I ate it anyway then about an hour later I was violently throwing up and somehow it probably tasted better on the way back up. Recommended health inspector visit so they stop poisoning unsuspecting customers.

Ordered cheese stuffed crust pizza. Paid extra for it. There was no cheese in a crust. Dough was at least yesterday's, dry and awful. Pizza burnt. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. Do not waste your money. We managed to eat one pizza as we were hungry. Second pizza went into the bin.

Gave meat samosas when we asked for vegetarian, this happened twice, however the second time the person on the phone was understanding and sent us vegetable samosas . it was a nice gesture but also prices are also so high.

I had for the first time something from this location. I had a Doner Kebap in pita and it was horrible. When I've open it, a small of gaz came out of nowhere. I started eating and realised that the salad had a flavour and smell of gas. Gave it away and when I taste the meat, that one was so full of gas taste and smell than everything else had it from it. Even my hands were smelling as gas. I had thrown it away after a few attempts. It was just too much. So I had only the chips with something from home. Clearly, I will never go again to gas myself and I wouldn't advice anyone trying it.

Been here in the past and food was delicious. This occasion however no so good I had one of the mix naan kebabs and have to admit it wasn't the best. The tandoori chicken was presliced from a packet (I can only assume it was purchased from tesco) was low quality and won't be having it again. Was the best kebab around before they used prepacked meat.

Don’t bother they barely speak English. When they get your order wrong they blame you for not repeating it 78x times. Awful service. When you complain the manager just says “okay. Thanks. Bye” and hangs up. Waste of time. Never right order.

Food ok but the owner is rude and impatient, and the staff looked miserable!

Absolutely shocking food the last twice. The first time ordered half pounder with bacon it was barely edible the burger was rock hard either cremated or an old burger I dread to think which. The 2nd time ordered a pizza as according to there website they're the best in town Pizza arrived looked OK picked up a slice the base was barely cooked like it was cooked with a hair drier. The topping just slid down in a heap. Avoid this place no quality control just throw it out its not like they are busy

I ordered my food online and I have to say the website is great. I found it really easy to put my order together. I have been using pan pizza for years. Our order consisted of about 8 pizzas so the wait time was 1hour 30mins for delivery which was to be expected. When the delivery arrived they did forget one of my pizzas however I phoned up and they quickly rectified the issue and sent the pizza out quickly. On top of this the pizza was really nice. So thank you for a great experience, I’m sure your have orders from us in the future. For anyone ordering the just meat pizza I strongly recommend the bbq base it was amazing.

Been coming here for years when we're in the area. Pizzas are great and the Indian style kebab is top notch!

Went to order and the man at the till was trying to tell me that small fries were £7.99. Corrected him and he apologised and told me he was new at the job. Asked him for a medium pizza and he told me it would be a tenner which i didn’t question. Soon as I get home, I open the box to find it was a four slice pizza which was apparently a medium pizza. Won’t order from here again.

Never have I ever been spoke to so rudely by a women. All our order was wrong. Rang them to tell them it was incorrect and was met on the other end of the phone by the rudest lady who has 0 customer service skills. Can’t even make a Hawaiian pizza.. no pineapple.. what a plonker!!! Needs the sack or shutting down! I’ll go to fat Toni’s instead next time!!

Placed an order ask for no salad on the burger when that arrived it had salad the 2 pieces of chicken we ordered was dry and next to no meat on them when we rang to tell them about it the lady on the phone was rude and hung up on us we rang straight back for them to try say it was us that hung up I will never order from here again !!!!

For the cost paid, the portions are far too small and they insist on a minimum of £5 for card payments, which breaks the rules for processing cards for both mastercard and visa, amongst others.

We've been regulars for years. Placed a very small order for delivery as a treat for the kids. 2 and a half hours it's taken so far. I've rang 4 times to find out what's going on. Paid by card and didn't want to wait a week for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Placed order as they opened so not like they had a mad rush as soon as they opened their doors. Disgraceful

Rude rude rude, they deliver food 1 mile up the road and charge you £1.50 for delivery plus 50p transaction fee. When they deliver the wrong food you are shouted at and told it’s your fault. Please please please don’t order from this rude company, appalling customer services. I’ve never been shouted at before for calling someone saying order incorrect 😤 still in shock over attitude of this takeaway 😞

Lovely family run business. Their curries are awesome and they open early enough, so that you can eat with young children! 😋 ❤👌👍

Best pizza's ever and my favourite Chicken Madras, great service and lovely staff

Pizzas are great. Always loved this place, but in the last few months it's really gone down hill. Really slow on the orders (used to always say 20 mins and be ready in 15, now they say 30 and it usually takes more like 40 mins). But the worst part is the customer service. There are always loads of people in there working, but they take ages to acknowledge you're there and are then just really weird and awkward when they serve you. They never communicate order delays, just ignore you and talk about your order amongst themselves. Think we'll be giving them a miss from now on. Shame, I love these pizzas!

Absolutely terrible experience. The young girl serving and taking orders is literally the slowest person on earth (take that how you like) I repeated my order 5 times and it was only 2 kebabs!!! Then the staff were stood around, drinking cans from the fridge and laughing and joking while I was trying to entertain my son while waiting (25 minutes in total…. For 2 kebabs only) I asked at 15 mins why it’s taking so long and the gir looked at me like I was speaking a different language? I asked the manager for a refund so I could just get out of there as it was boiling hot and just seemed stupid waiting so long for food that’s already prepared. I was told I can’t have a refund even though they hadn’t even started my food. After asking that it still took so long to make the food! They young girl and boy working there continues to stare at me, mutter things to each other and laugh loudly which just seemed so odd and rude. The worst part is the food wasn’t even that bad! ( for some reason there was 10 chips on my kebab they just chucked from the fryer basket last min??) and my husbands order (that I repeated literally half a dozen times) was still wrong. NEVER going back, next time I’ll drive to Cheltenham!!!

This is the second time that I have ordered from Pan Pizza. The first time I ordered for delivery and even though I live withing spitting distance of the shop you still get charged £1.00 for delivery. This was then delivered by someone who I felt lingered slightly too long after passing the over the good as if he was waiting for his tip....what was the delivery charge for?? The second time I ordered from Pan Pizza I chose to collect because I didn't want to pay the £1.00 delivery charge (call me a cheapskate but it's the principle) I also paid cash. However I was amazed to see that I get charged 50p for a processing fee regardless of how I pay. Again it's not a lot but if they take that from every customer it would work out to be quite a sum for nothing. Oh to top it all off the pizza was not that nice to eat either. I won't be going back, nor recommending it to anyone.

Online ordering doesn't show ETA until after payment, then it took a bit longer than suggested. Additional fees for card handling, changes and delivery add up. Food arrived hot and was tasty though. Portion a little small on the kebab compared to other places. Good overall.

Amazing!! Being serious when I say that was very unexpected. Normally quite snobbish when it comes to food. Can't fault anything. And this was with 1 guy in the kitchen on his own 😯 Ordered alot aswell. Ty guys. Keep up the good work!

Yet again the lady who OWNSthis picked up the phone again RUDE as always. Well this time was one to many as I called back and cancelled the order. Never again will I use this takeaway. I think she needs a job NOT having anything to do with people. Support local NOT in this case.

Placed order for popcorn chicken and chips for delivery with a can of 7up and a can of fanta. When the woman answered the phone had an attitude and just passed me to some other bloke and instead of phoneing me and saying they have run out of chicken popcorn they just put some other form of chicken in the box and send it to me??? So I ring and ask why this is and get the responce that sorry we ran out??? I would have changed my order if you had called me but you didn't you just chucked some other chicken in the box that I didn't want?? Poor service place has gone downhill.

Ordered food in advance for a 7pm pickup. When I asked for my order the young lad at the till looked at me with a blank expression when searching for it on the computer. I told him my order and then waited a further 20mins for them to cook it. To add insult to injury my order waited on the table behind the counter for 5 mins before I could get there attention for someone to pass it to me. The communication of the staff is non existent at best.

Have been waiting for our food for over an hour if you ring and ask about your order they just tell you it is on its way when it isn't I wont be ordering from here again as it is shocking service

Would give 0 stars if i possibly could!!! Absolutely AWFUL establishment, the staff members are very rude and do not actually listen when you raise an issue. The amount of time it takes to get food either delivered to you or made to collect is astonishing, compared to the quality of the food!!! I have ordered 3-4 times from here and have been disappointed almost every time. If it's not the way its presented, its the way it tastes, if its not the rude staff then its the time wasted waiting for the food. My most recent experience with this place was only a couple of days ago when i made an order over the phone for a small pizza, i then went to collect this the pizza was burnt and was black, so i simply said i wouldn't be paying for a burnt pizza, she then turned round to her colleagues and said to cancel the order, without offering to replace this one or give me an alternative option. Customer service levels are non existent. AVOID!!!

had a delivery today wrong kebab arrived no poppodoms gone over lettuce and when i called to complain we had an attitude problem ? asked for a refund and i said i would write a review if not sorted out! but to no avail. the reply was if you want to give us a bad review over some lettuce thats up to you? Have eaten here before and been ok but if it goes wrong forget any customer loyalty. Wont be using it again

Had a simple medium cheese pizza and cheesey chips yesterday from here absolutely banging dough was absolutely wonderfully cooked nice crisp soft crust And being completely honest this is the best place to go for deep pan pizza for milles around

Because of the actions of one of the drivers from Shiraz Pizza Bishop's Cleeve on the 18th October 2019, I will never order any more food from this establishment.

Its a little bit expensive for what you get

I found three hairs on my pizza. Straight in the bin. Not much of a loss due to the salty ick that permeated the taste. Was late as hell because of that I'll put what happened when i called in to order. The (apparent) boss was in there slagging off someone who lived opposite saying some very very ugly things in front of a shop of (only one or two admittedly) customers. Real inflammatory vitriolic comments. So if you want poor service , poisonous gossip, sticky floors and severe hunger.... there is no finer establishment. To anyone who lives in bishops Cleeve make sure you don't upset this fella or you'll be dragged through the mud. And like as not have some of that mud on your food. Gross.

Ordered 2 hours ago 🤨 ....taken money, no delivery! ! Said was on way 35 mins ago....

I order from here occasionally (and ask myself why every single time) because they are local and I feel like I should support local business. Every single time I have ordered they have taken hours to deliver my food, tried to charge me more than the price stated and the food has been of a really poor quality. The Indian used to be really good value for money but they hiked up the prices and now you can get much nicer food, for the same price from numerous other take aways in Cleeve. I’ve given up ordering from here now.

Apsolutle disgrace pizza was burnt popcorn chicken was just fried batter no chicken in the middle the chicken pieces was way to dry and the chips was undercooked real shame as I order from here a few times but that will deffo be the last

Phone order in and told food would be ready in 15 minutes, turned up 30 minutes later and they'd not even started it! Priority given to delivery service orders. There are other much better take aways, use them as sometimes the food is hit and miss. AVOID!

Have used these guys many times since moving to the area. Pizzas are very tasty however twice in a row now they have delivered wrong items. Once i waited 2 hours for food to arrive. I probably won't use them anymore as pizza gogo deliver to Cleeve and offer consistently better service

Been let down this evening... Over an hour to deliver what looks like kebabs that were thrown together and kicked around the floor... Go to the kebab van it is then... Going down the pan rapidly recently...
