The food was nice but it had been prepared with a hammer, making it very messy.

Always on time, never had a wrong order, great amount of filling each time. Overall, can’t go wrong!

Half the items ordered was missing

Wrong items given and cold food

Why bother writing a note for delivery when the courier totally ignores it ? Ring doorbell means that not a knock which I cannot hear from upstairs !!!!!!

Apparently they’re unable to follow the correct delivery instructions or be able to follow the order correctly. Very disappointed.

My order was wrong. it was meant to be toasted with cheese and it didn’t have either and my salad was wrong and was missing lots of things. not very happy

The food is great and have a wonderful message on my bag from the staff. will definitely order again and would recommend to friends and family

Oh boy - never had a bad subway before but this was AWFUL ! Bread stale and contents stuffed in like ‘ clots ‘ of cheese and veg. Hard to describe but AWFUL

I ordered the new all star chicken, it arrived as a pile of limp food slopped into some bread, really unappealing. It had so much mayo, no red peppers as advertised and fatty limp bacon. They also gave me the wrong flavoured crisps.

Was given the wrong food, I want my money back to be completely honest, absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely disgusting. Whoever made our food must have had soap on their gloves as everything tasted like washing up liquid and chemicals. My poor daughter was heaving.

I dont get why so many reviews on this place are bad the customer service was awsome the food amazing i would highly recommend the chicken tikka, the only thing i would recommend is to have the upper seating opende for a bit more because i normally go here at like 5 - 7 and i normally eat downstairs i prefer upstairs but other than that amazing will continue going there🤤

The Chicken was still frozen in cubes inside. You could still see it glistening. The item could have been made better by a toddler to be honest. It was a mess. I contacted both the restaurant and the head office. No response other than an automated message. It's obviously OK to serve their customers this way. I used to be one. Not any more!

Chicken curry was 50% grease and full of bones. Very disappointing

Order was changed because of not having items ordered, which was fair. Drink missing, rang store and argueed that the drink was there and then eventually told me just to claim it back. Rude on the phone.

I am concerned that the delivery driver started taking pictures, whilst in his car of my three vehicles. when approached he drove off. I have his number and vehicle details for our protection. Not at all good.

yes we had the order on time, bit cookie was half the biscuit and the footlong had no opinions bits no peppers and was given bbq sauce when I did not request it. so sad will not order again very let down 👇

Was given the wrong drink, wrong cookie and one cookie seemed to be half the correct size.

Lovely staff at this branch. QR reader was broken but they took my voucher anyway. Thank you. And thank god they don't have those awful self service machines! Talking to actual people, what a treat.

I've ordered from this location numerous times, and not ONCE have they gotten our order correct. Always dismiss is at being busy and rushing orders - clearly no customer care (evident in the appearance of the subs when they arrive, squished and thrown together)!

Wow !! Although I find subway quite expensive- I liked the sound of this one and did not disappoint- it was divine !!

AWFUL! The pigs in blankets were cold, the cheese bites were stale and the sub melts weren’t even toasted and looked nothing like they should. They were on some sort of brioche bread that just fell apart when unwrapped! What a mess!

The wrong fillings put into one of the items and the other item ordered was a wrap and it was hard and stale. Completely inedible and had to be binned as soon as it was delivered. Food was late, they kept adjusting the delivery time later and later

Feel like they didn't read the order made and just copied over the salad requests from the first one had to chuck most of mine away as had several things I didn't ask for including loads of jalapeños throughout the whole salad

Driver was lovely and quick in service. The food was exceptional, plenty of meat.

Usually don't have a problem but today I had a 6 inch chicken breast sub came with no chicken and was over cooked and then also asked for a nachos which cost £3.62 but never got them ended up with a bag of crisps instead so poor

Wrong bread, not toasted or no cheese , drink warm

From the time I ordered my food till it was delivered I waited over an hour. As opposed to 30-35 minutes as advised on the home page. The food also arrived stone cold , and when I tried to complain on the day and the day after just eat site wouldn’t work correctly. This has resulted in me delaying my complaints until now. I have never had a problem with this service with subway and was very disappointed. Likewise it will not let me change how delayed my order was to 30mins and returns to 5mins

The order was a hour late. Very unhappy won’t be ordering again

Kept getting pushed back until nearly an hour passed from placing order. All arrived stone cold and half the order was wrong.

From order to delivery it took nearly 40mins (on time but that’s because they changed the delivery time 3x) and the food we ordered wasn’t correct for what we received. Unless you go in the store and watch them make your food, they don’t follow the order they are given.

I asked for mine to be toasted with cheese. No cheese added and it was definitely not toasted.

Was really tasty. I was a bit gutted they’d run out of eggs (got extra bacon though, so thank you!) but still enjoyed it!

Cold and chewy, order was waiting on the side on arrival but staff served queue which went out the door and round the corner before I could collect. Eventually just interrupted and asked them to pass me my order.

Status stuck on driver at restaurant for an hour

The delay was not the fault of the driver - he was at the restaurant in plenty of time but Subway didn’t have our food ready! When we were on a 30 minute lunch break (and we’d ordered the food more than 2 hours in advance), this was really disappointing!

Delivered the wrong order to us

Didn't turn up. Won't be using you again. You said it was delivered, but it wasn't.

Had lunch today with my wife and we were confused by the new menu and options. As a result I was given the wrong choice. The manager was excellent and immediately corrected this. So please that Gluten free bread available and plant based cheese.

Staff are rude, do not smile I ordered 3 6inch subs and garlic bread, they were given to me stale and burnt tasted awful, all 3 subs and my garlic bread were put into the grill all together they weren’t even cooked. I also asked for 3 cookies and 2 were wrong , I won’t be returning.

Me and my boy friend Went here and the staff was slow, didn’t have hardly any stuff, the women who served us was very rude, rolled her eyes a lot! Went to get a cup drink and had no Pepsi just fizzy water came out. My boyfriend went there not long ago and was throwing up for 3-4 days after eating a subway melt (ham, turkey, bacon) ect and by the seems of it, it was food poisoning! Very disappointed

Very very slow staff, waited TWENTY FIVE minutes for her to slowly make three rolls!! Today waited 5 minutes after calling “hello”? Four times he appeared, and then just looked at me?? Sandwich ok but had to ask twice for a bag, …he just looked at me so I had to explain why I needed it, to get home with a warm roll. I will avoid this one from now on!

They won't take any deals on the subway app, didn't make sense to me but feels pretty rubbish.
