The best thing was the dip. I didn't realise i was ordering my pizza from a set of comedians, pizza should consist of good fresh dough a good chunk of mozzarella and a generous set of toppings, its not rocket science. This “pizza” lacked any of the above, I am convinced it must be a front for money laundering as i don’t know how it competes with anything in Tewkesbury.

I’ve been regularly coming to papa johns in Tewkesbury due to the brilliant. Value for money and delicious pizza. Mr Kahn and his colleagues are very polite and the service is very efficient. I would recommend to anyone! The great food is made better by the brilliant service!

Dreadful customer service. Dreadful food. Hardly an filling and stone cold due to being delivered 1hr15 mins after it was cooked. Complete rip offs!

Tight beyond measure when it comes to toppings. basically 2 of each topping per slice. Update: thought I'd give them another shot. I'm happy to report that absolutely nothing has changed. Other papa John's branches vastly exceed the quality of this one. Typical that my local is the worst in the Midlands. Take a look at what a double pepperoni gets you 😂 absolute jokers. Think I might actually be moved to make a formal complaint.

Papa John’s in Tewkesbury is a gem! This small shop is clean and offers cozy seating with a nice view overlooking High Street. The friendly staff was very helpful, making the experience even better. Prices are incredibly low when picking up pizzas, which is a great deal. They also offer delivery if you prefer. The pizzas here are super delicious and flavorful. Don’t miss out on the sides either, especially the delicious garlic bread pizza. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pizza online came within the timeframe but was cold to the touch. When I rang the restaurant, he was very rude and saying he couldn’t do anything Not happy and would highly recommend you stay away.

the vegan pizza and sides are soso good! dough base is always the perfect balance of crunchy/crisp and soft, with a really nice crust. only thing i’d say is sides need to be a bit more generous: they fit such a small bit of their packaging, it seems like a bit of a waste and for what you pay it’s very little.

Very nice looking store with limited on street parking. The pizza was very nice which I’d expect from papa Jon’s. However, I’m afraid I’m not sure we’ll be visiting again. I wasn’t impressed with the level of hygiene. When I walked in, the attendants were messing with their phones. They then handled the card machine taking payment and then tossed the pizza dough on a side covered in dried pizza sauce and flour. The toppings were uncovered and applied with the same unwashed hands. A delivery driver walked into the boxing area plonked down his bag and started to mess around cutting pizzas without washing his hands. The more I think about it, the more I feel very ill. If the management read this review, please get it sorted, it’s simply not acceptable.

First time ordered from Papa John's. Never again. Should have just gone to Domino's, much better at cooking Pizza and customer service. Completely messed up my order and what they did send was just so tasteless. Threw in the bin. I now feel ill. No apology from them and they weren't able to do anything. Avoid this place. Wish I could have given zero stars. Shame on you 😡

First time we’ve tried Papa Johns. Awful pizza. Next to no sauce and topping. Tasteless dry and chewy. It was ready quick so can’t fault that. Don’t leave many reviews but really felt the need to save anyone else the disappointment I’ve had tonight.

Awful service, ordered 4 XXL pizzas, only delivered 3 and then refused to send us the 4th pizza and hung up on us. Still haven’t managed to get our money back. AVOID

Well it's Pizza, easy to use app to pre order and collect your pizza. Some good deals to be had, but not my favorite pizza. Generally good pizza, but this latest one as pictured was overcooked and burnt on the crusts.

Agree entirely with earlier review. Used Papa John Tewkesbury for the first time and it was awful. Ordered Chicken, bacon, onion BBQ sauce. Received tiny amount of razor thin chicken strips, no bacon detected, miniscule amount if onion and could not taste sauce. Wont use again.

Had a BBQ classic pizza hardly any chicken or bacon on the top. All meat pizza hardly any meat topping and chicken fajita hardly any chicken, supposed to be 2 chillies hot only 4 pieces of chilli on large pizza. The toppings are cut so small and thin, no wonder they are doing large pizza's for £7.99.

Pizza came with toppings but no tomato sauce on the base so dry. Toppings were scant. Tater tots did not have cheese on as described and the cinnamon barely has any cinnamon toppings and almost no drizzle. Won't be ordering from here again. Don't waste your money, go to domino's.

Very clean, nice service & good food

Terrible pizza, waited an hour just to have the wrong one delivered with completely different toppings to what we ordered. Called the store and they promised a fresh pizza would be baked and delivered, instead it was obvious that they had found the original one and delivered that instead. It was barely tepid and no wonder as at that point it had been out of the oven for at least an hour. We were starving by this point so ate it anyway. That was our mistake as we both felt extremely unwell for over 24 hours after. There’s far better pizza places in Tewkesbury, give Papa Johns a miss and you won’t regret it.

Rubbish - missed items, cold food. Complained and they sent me a voucher code which didn’t work.

On holiday in the area worst JP I’ve been in .Slow service with rude staff pizza was not great ham was so overcooked was like cardboard and the pineapple had a weird taste . Base In the middle very doughy Avoid

The worst pizza I've ever had. Next to no topping. No flavour. Awful base. The Carlos ones from Aldi at £1.80 are far superior.

Very disappointed got a delivery and the pizza was cold and looked and tasted more like a garlic bread we ordered the steak with cheese and peppers and this isn’t cheap I probably wouldn’t order again not great also was burnt

Went in for the first time to this new Papa Johns, and honestly it was perfectly cooked, ready on the dot for time we ordered it for. Staff are friendly. Also one cool thing about the waiting area is that you can sit and watch food being made through a window on the one wall.

Great pizza at a great price, sorry to the rest of the pizza places in Tewkesbury but this will be my go-to now
