Just dont go there, read the reviews. The price always changes depending who serves you. The portions gets smaller but gets more expensive. 3x in 1 month I had missing items and they never took responsibility and never apologised instead argue with me. Once a drink, once fries and the third a meal for a child. Hard to get a complete meal from them or eat as a family. I learned this a common thing with them. Never again

The guys behind the counter were cool AF, and it was lovely chatting with them, but I'm afraid the chicken pieces were as dry as a dry thing that had been dried out in anticipation of the world's dryness competition. And that's a pity because I was absolutely looking forward to it... What a bummer I'll probably go back when I'm drink again

Waited over an hour. called the restaurant a few minutes after expected the delivery due time.. extremely disrespectful! They told me they had delivered my food to a person they described was clearly not me, even after I clearly stated that the order hadn’t arrived to me yet and eventually they slammed the phone and hung up on me. Won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered from here a couple months ago and the food was hot and just as expected, delivery was fast - no problem. But I think there is a new manager or something with terrible customer service.

Was supposed to get the food in 1:30 hour however it came 45 minutes later than promised time, food was cold and the chips were not fresh, they were cooked in old oil.

The food they are serving is awesome. No difference between the meals. Everything is delicious!!! Highly recommended for everyone

Rude, when you order from a place you have ordered from for a long time and your patiently waiting and looking forward to your food to arrive and when it arrives your greeted by the delivery man whom you know and he mentions that theres new management new food and you think okay, and you take your food and start to eat it and it does not bang its no way near as nice as it used to be, new management no no no what have you done ! The wings are a 0, curry wings now and lost all their crispy golden coating . The chicken is a 2 the thigh is soggy and the coating is not crisp and tasty like it used to be, the chips have changed lost their flavour, strip burger was the best thing tho the bun changed its bigger and dryer and I preferred the old strips. Disapointing to say the least especially when you get the opposite you what you expected .I wont be ordering again.

My favorite chicken shop by far. Today, the quality was just not to standard. Chips a little undercooked and the chicken felt a bit old. Not the amazing quality it usually is. Besides that still outstanding service.

the chips were tasteless and undercooked and both are burger buns were so dry we could hardly even bite into them so we had to throw them in the bin I personally think it’s a joke

New management apparently. Chicken wings no longer spicy, order 15mins late, chips cold. Never previously had a problem with these guys but it was shocking.

food tasted like packaged already cooked chicken that was battered and just deep fried it. when called to ask why the food was late (took an hour n half it’s for original estimated delivery) some new employee answered the food and immediately asked us to call back later as he didn’t know what to do. someone also bit into the chicken burger and something hard hurt his tongue. definitely not a place worth ordering from at all. the food was cold as well.

Food arrived over 45 mins late. Turned up stone cold. Called the restaurant, very rude to me on the phone and explained they were busy so can't be helped - even though they did not update us throughout the nearly 2 hours it took for food to arrive. When I explained that it was freezing and could not be eaten he told me there was nothing he could do and refused to refund. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant and will not be eating from them again.

We order from tenneseland every friday . My kids love it . Today i had peri peri grilled chicken burger was amazing. Will be ordering again same thing next friday. Theirs fries are good portion. 🤤🤤

Ordered 2 pizzas, one came burnt on top and bottom was hard, second pizza was perfect. I would have preferred to wait the extra 20 mins deliver time to get 2 pizzas that were edible. Burnt pizza had to be thrown away ...... a waste of food

As I tried to lift the bag containing the chicken, it split apart at the bottom, luckily the chicken dropped into the bigger bag containing the rest of the food

My girlfriend and I ordered two Mega Burger Meals and a Milkshake each which totalled up to £15. The chicken in the chicken burger was pink and chewy in some parts, there was also a lot of fat in the chicken burger, which I’ve never had from eating a chicken burger from any chicken shop and the fries were soggy. This all together was definitely not worth £15.

Loved it! Shame it opens a bit late but thank goodness or I'd be ordering it for breakfast lunch and dinner

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. Not only was the delivery almost an hour late, the customer service we received was rude and distasteful. Despite enjoying the meal, I highly doubt I'll order again.

Best fried chicken around. Moist hot chicken with crispy and tasty skin. Hot wings are good and zingy. Pizza good. Great value for money. Being delivered over 30 minutes early was a little inconvenient.

Disappointed with the food, no garlic mayo, chilli, any of the usual sauces, but delivered quick and filled a hole

Cold food and it arrived very very very late

Chips burnt but rest ok. The service was terrible, the delivery person did not give the drinks and when I came outside to ask for them the driver saw me in the rearview mirror and sped off, I shouted and made hand gestures but he just kept on going, you just lost a customer, you don’t treat people like that!!

asked the staff how long will the delivery be after the order being longed out an extra half an hour then half an hour after it should be here we call again and staff say 1 minute and hang up being rude. used to order from here a lot but I am never going to tennesseland again. rude service and we are regular customers.

The food overall was standard for the fact that the ''hot'' wings were not the slightest spicy and room temperature. Also the half pounder was a bit dry and i asked for salad but didn't get it in my burger. The chicken burger and chips were the best as i requested for fresh hot chips and they supplied.

Asked for thighs & drumsticks, I understand if there is not enough but the whole 14 pieces we got ONLY ONE DRUMSTICK.! Like they got angry that I requested so thought it would be funny! Also food quality not as good as Camden branch, half the skin fell off. Not going to order from this branch again!

The chicken strips are dried to bits hard as rock.

don't get me wrong, the food was great and was on time. However the driver was not patient he came and kept ringing the bell at midnight and woke almost everyone in the house. He could have just rung it once or just called!

Very good food, selected delivery for 8:30 and arrived at 7:30: It was quick from when I ordered it but I specifically chose an hour later for when my friends arrived!

Mega burger spicey was spot on - clean fresh and with enough zing Chips were well cooked and arrived crisp and warm Pizza was well topped Just the fact it arrived 30 minutes before I was thought was a little wobble in the whole experience

they put old salad in the same box as the doner and chips which wasn’t requested it made the chips soggy and messed up the meal as I didn’t want to have salad I only wanted a lamb doner chips and a drink I still respect the place but I’m hoping in future this doesn’t happen again.

The food was absolutely disgraceful. It was a mega rip off. I ordered a meal with mash and a quarter chicken for £6.50 even though it said it was £5.99 . when it came it was tiny it was just a baby chicken leg and a sauce pot with frozen mash in it. it tasted like a salt pot had fallen into it. I am stuck here hungry after paying £17 on something that was meant to be a nice meal

It came from Finchley. Food was cold. Chicken was stale and cold. I imagine it would be nice if it came hot. Shame really
