Ten Square Hotel in Belfast

Was in dinner tonight. Amazing service from Zoe think got name right. 10* service from start finish 👌 made uses feel Amazing Zoe that only started was week with 10 square was extremely good from companies on my mum nails to everyday chat. As I have worked in 5* hotel and worked for hilton service wee got outstanding. Keep eye this one she be Amazing manager one day. Keep up good work. All staff lovely thank you btw chef salmon was amazing mum loved sauce my steak lovely. Good Music choice. Defo nice place eat after busy day shopping Kind regards Ruth and fran X

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and great location.

I went here with my family and we were shocked by this hotel. The exterior is immaculate and beautiful. It is a very fancy hotel. The rooms were massive and the bathroom had a bath and a shower! the breakfast was a DISGRACE! It wasn't help yourself, instead, you ordered off a menu. A rude and rushy staff member snatched the menus off of us when we ordered. I thought you could order more than 1 thing? I had to get it back from her. She kept following us around and annoying us like we were thieves. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I had to get breakfast elsewhere. For the bar, there is 3. The upstairs one is more modern and not for children. It has orchestra music and things like that. The other bar is confusing. I didn't really find it, as it had nobody there.? The last bar was loud and crowded. Not for children. It also has people from the streets inside too. It is located in the centre of the city and everything is in walkable distance. The hotel was nice but not kid friendly. I won't be staying here again as for me it was too modern and I didn't feel at home.

Stayed in 10 Square recently with group of friends for a birthday night away, and couldn’t recommend it enough, staff, service, food and location were excellent, would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at Ten Square Hotel and had a mixed experience. While the room itself was lovely and well-appointed, the windows were unfortunately covered, preventing me from enjoying any view. There was a persistent low hum throughout my stay, which I reported to the hotel staff, but I never received an explanation about what it was. Unfortunately, this noise affected my sleep on both nights. On a brighter note, I had room service which was absolutely amazing! The burger was huge and delicious, and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was also good, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. Overall, while the room had some drawbacks, the fantastic room service and breakfast, along with the wonderful staff, made up for it to some extent.

Another stay at our favourite hotel while staying in Belfast. From the telephone calls prior to our stay to arrival the reception staff always make us feel valued and welcome ( special mention to Leah on reception) Rooms are always immaculate and provide really comfortable kingsize beds. Housekeeping always add the extra touches to make it special. Jospers have a fantastic menu with great tasting food and a vibrant atmosphere. the waiting staff are always on hand to help. And as always finished off with a few drinks and live music in the Doffers bar.

We stayed at Ten Square for 1 night last weekend and it was a super experience. Thank you especially to Kate who made our stay a special one with her kindness and friendliness. Would recommend this hotel whole heartedly, location especially is second to none.

Great place to stay. Right in the middle of the city centre. The rooms are excellent. There is a good choice for breakfast. Brittany and Kevin on reception went above and beyond to help us out, absolute stars

Nice comfortable room, the bar on the top floor is very good. The downside being the groups of women who are not very discreet and who are hysterical.

Couldn't fault our two night stay at all. We were a group of 15 and booked the Vegas Suite as well as a family room. We were allowed check in early to both rooms, which were absolutely perfect. The Vegas Suite is ideal for a girl's trip/hen party/birthday celebrations. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly particularly reception and the waiting staff at breakfast. This was my second time here and I'd highly recommend. Location is absolutely ideal too!

Overall, the hotel is recommended. In particular, the location of the hotel is perfect and the city center can be reached quickly on foot. We were a bit unlucky with the room as it was one of the few that faced the back yard, which was very loud due to the ventilation system. The breakfast was good and sufficient.

Not all rooms are created equally, but we really enjoyed our room facing the municipal building. Only complaint would be some late night sirens and loud street revelers, but not enough to loose a star.

Rooms spacious and clean. Bed was nice and cushioned. Air conditioning turned off at night and couldn't get back on. Breakfast was fine. Great location. Drop off luggage by going around to back or to entrance on side then value park about a 5 min walk.

Disappointed in breakfast choice .ordered from menu and food was lovely just missed the choice of variety for self serving .

I am celeac and I found not a terrible lot to eat at the breakfast no cereal I was told it wasn't worth while because they don't be asked too often for some but I would have liked some or even fruit other than that a good hotel but if I used the hotel again I would bring my own food

Another fantastic stay at the Ten Square last Friday night with 3 friends. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. This is my third stay at the hotel and I cannot fault it.. Rooms are lovely and clean, breakfast is beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Belfast as you are in a very central location. Hotel also have some great deals. Will definitely be back again.

Check in quick and easy with Leah, lovely smile and pleasant girl, rooms lovely, fab location, only one thing was at breakfast, the restaurant is very big but the hotel personnel decided to sit me between two couples when there were about 50 other set tables!! Quite uncomfortable when they were the only guest's eating their breakfast, not very well thought out!!

Goede ligging, prima parkeermogelijkheden. Ontbijt Engels maar prima/ goed. Kamers groot en mooi. Neem niet kamer 202 of 203 (waarschijnlijk ook niet zelfde nummers op andere etages). Dicht geplakte ramen kunnen niet open en op de binnenplaats (waar de kamers aan grenzen) draaien non stop 10 tot 20 airco’s wat het slapen erg moeilijk maakt…bed ligt wel lekker. Deuren gaan wat moeilijk open. Mijn deur was na een dag afwezig niet in het slot gevallen nadat er schoongemaakt was, dus laat niets onbeheerd achter (is een kluis aanwezig). Al met al is de ongeveer 150 euro per nacht teveel. Personeel wel erg vriendelijk.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are very good. Room service is terrible
