K2 Kebabs in Belfast

Way back to home from Queen’s craving for some halal chicken shawarma and discovered this place. The guys at the counter was so overwhelming and welcomed me with a freshly baked cheese bread that was delicious as well as on the house. Then I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap only which costed me £6.50. The portion size was ample and it tasted good too. So, yeah a good place to visit for halal food with friendly staff.

I placed an online order for takeout and completed the payment successfully. However, upon arriving at your restaurant to collect my food, I was shockingly informed that takeout services were no longer available. Despite showing the staff the payment confirmation and the entire online order process on my phone, they adamantly refused to provide the food I had paid for. Instead, they rudely suggested I return the next morning to speak with the manager. The attitude of the staff was extremely hostile, and the environment was noticeably unclean, which only added to my distress. To date, I have not received a refund for my order. This situation is entirely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and respect shown by your staff is appalling, and the fact that I have been deprived of both my food and my money is infuriating. I demand an immediate refund of my payment and a formal apology for the deplorable service I experienced. I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay. Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consider legal action. 不要去！不要去！一定看其他评论！！！这家很差！！！

Do not order online. My order was accepted and funds taken from my account and restaurant was already closed. Don't know if this was an issue with deliveroo or restaurant. But money was taken and order wasn't received

If there was less than one star, I would have definitely done so. I will not return. It is an uncomfortable place, the service is not friendly at all, and the price does not match the quality, as the taste is unacceptable. I do not advise anyone to come to this place.

Got food for free but it was three hours late and I had to go down to the restaurant to get it,

I have tried the chicken shawarma it was really tasty and delicious and it has a sufficient amount of chicken the amount of garlic sauce and fries in the sandwich were also balanced. I will visit this again and again for the delicious chicken shawarma. Order chicken shawarma with garlic sauce,fries (inside the sandwich),pickles and enjoy. The sandwich is big and enough for 2 persons Price 5 pounds

Ordered family deal from website and was waiting three hours, got a taxi down (which cost me nearly £9) and get told they never received an order and I'd have to come back in the morning to speak to the manager, I said either I get my order or I'm not leaving, so he finally takes the order while mumbling in a different language

Good place, delicious and halal food

Bad treatment and an inappropriate atmosphere because there are people standing there who have nothing to do with the customers and are not from the staff. My experience today was worth zero stars.

The Arabic shawarma is delicious, but unfortunately, the place is not suitable for dining in and lacks cleanliness

Ask the price before you buy. Will charge you whatever they feel... And not return the difference. Was charged £8 for a 5.80 meal. Then spoken to aggressively. Absolute cheats.

If this is the same place as Sultans.... I'm appalled that they tried to overcharge my sister. They assumed she was drunk because it was midnight and tried to overcharge her for chips... £5 instead of £3.30. Even when she pointed out the mistake they only gave her £1.50 back. Disgraceful

Chips were not great and the guy tried to unashamedly overcharge me.

Ordered a kebab from this place. It states on the menu £5.80. They charged me £9.00 when it was delivered I rang an asked why it cost 13.00 for a kebab on chips. They said they sent me a large one which nowhere on their menu it says extra for large. Scamming dirty people. Will have no luck.

Pizza is okay, nothing more. You get what you pay for.

Waited for the food one hour and 30 minutes the fries were dry and the kebab tested burnt :(

Fair play to the staff. I placed an order an was told deliveries were finished! Sent me it anyway. 2 doner kebabs in pitta bread. piping hot an delish. 10er including delivery. I love this place mmmmm

Absolutely disgusted got beautiful kebab the other night delivered after 15 phone calls trying to get the person on phone to get right address phone tonight only to be told they don't deliver to bt8 a 10min drive customer service is disgraceful

No stars very poor heated up chips an still cold when delivered kebab meat cold portion chicken pokora 4 bits like chicken nuggets cold too 1 hour 30 mins delivery no wonder it was cold uneatable went to shop ment open at 5 but wprker arrive 5 to 5 an had all stuff sitting out from night before half cooked chips no fresh salad same from last night defo wouldnt eat outa it again very poor an in my view not pleased still waiting for the boss to contact me

Pizza is just okay for what you pay

We had pizza and Doner kebabs and they were spectacular, and the portions were huge for the price. Service was great as well.

It's like the first time Daym went to Five Guys. My breath is streamin from these fries.

Nice little kabab place, remembered me of the Momos in Tallaght beside the square. It's really good and the people there are super nice and friendly.

I got 2 kababs on chips with salad and a 2.75L of coke for only £10... Big kababs which were lovely cant get better value else where... I'll be back

One of the best tasting kebabs i have eaten an believe me i have tried kebabs everywhere .so tasty an so big couldnt manage to finish it all , an thats a first for me
