Ordered a pickup with them through yoyo, turns out they don't work with them anymore. The order was cancelled after contacting support, but the refund never bounced back. Since it was a pending transaction there was no reason for this to happen, they still charged me. I have to complain to the council now as this was some sort of scam. Still waiting for my refund.

Ordered online.. it’s now over an hour late.. calling the restaurant and the phone just rings and rings without being answered.. shabby service.. who knows if I’ll even get my money back.. last time I’ll risk ordering from this place again! Avoid at all costs

Loved the food and sad that I’ve lived here for 2 years and not tried it out before! The shawarma was actually the best I’ve eaten in a long time. Food was so nice and great value too. I will be coming back regularly!

Turkish coffee, baklava and falafel 🥙 nice little place which is clean and reasonably priced. The menu is Arabic and Mediterranean style and portions are large - I wrapped some of my falafel and had it later on with dinner. Very lovely people working there also. The only very minor downside is that there is no music to take the edge of the quietness but appreciate that not everyone likes to have music playing.

Great fresh food, good selection on the menu and speedy service. Very good felafel. Saffron chicken tagine also a hit. Delicious baklava.

The falafel wrap in this place is bloody delicious. Freshly made and excellent every single time I order it. If you are looking for a falafel in Botanic/south Belfast/city centre area this is the place to get it.

This is a hidden gem. Tasty, fresh, authentic food and it's really good value for money. I had the meze plate. Everything was delicious, especially the Baba Ganoush. The homemade baklavas are yummy too.

My favourite restaurant in Belfast. Nothing comes close

I used to come here with my family, but never again after one time I came alone after finishing work. I was the only one in the shop at the time. Firstly the food was great, it’s filling and great taste and portions for those on a budget. The man preparing the food deserves huge credit, and so does the younger girl working at the cashier. She gave me napkins before I could ask. But aside, the older woman who was counting the money, proceeded to discuss how I ate my food the wrong way and would stare at me with distaste. At first I gave it the benefit of the doubt that she wasn’t talking about me, but I was the only one in the shop, and have to say it was uncomfortable to eat. It was only confirmed, when I overheard the younger girl tell her not to talk about people while they were in the shop because it gives a bad impression, and then to my disbelief she told me to never come back when I finished my meal. I wish I could have thanked the young girl for acknowledging it before I did, but I have to say it was a confusing experience when I hadn’t any prior interaction with the older blonde woman.

The timings shown are incorrect. The restaurant is open from 11 am to 10 pm on all days.

Exceptional, small family business i guess, cozy simple and marvellous food, very friendly atmosphere and good for money as well. Totally recommend

The place is nice, cozy I like the distribution of the chairs and tables, clean floors in a surprisingly light colour. The food came quick but I have to say that I served my meal out of rush hours so, I do not know how is when the place is busy. I served the Mix shawarma plate that came in a spectacular presentation worth to a real Chef ! The plate is rich, with a fresh green salad asortate with pickels and a meat very well cooked. I enjoyed every single bite and maybe this was the reason that I find to not be enough meat on the plate. But I have to admit that I fill my belly and I did not let the restaurant hungry. Is not cheap but neither expensive (as I said I would wanted more meat: is delicious!). If you want to take dinner out in a quiet, clean, nice and affordable place come after 7pm as I did.

Great place, genuine falafel with mezza. Very relaxed atmosphere and the price is right. Will certainly recommend the Palestinian falafel platter. New update: visited again recently and the food quality wasn’t as good as my previous visit neither was the service . It seems hit and miss 🤔 Stars reduced from 5 stars to 3 stars

The food here is good. We had the lamb shawarma plate and then a few mezze dishes as well, all to share. The lamb was delicious and really enjoyed the falafel and the baba ganoush. I would definitely eat here again.

Good food but overcharged. Ordered 3 mezze plates for £12 but the offer was not applied at the till so paid full price for each plate. Only realised after paying, but shouldn't have been charged without the deal in the first place!

Update 2022: Still great North African, Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean food. As before, consistently good, even 5 years later - where can that be said in Belfast? The baklava is amazing. The staff are super friendly. No longer cash only. Card is certainly accepted. Great fresh food with vegetarian options. Cash only.

Loved the kibbeh, hummus and baba ganoush. All the food looks and smells delicious! The staff and owner were so nice.

I’m a regular here, and have been for years. The blonde haired lady is an absolute gem. Very attentive and excellent customer service and food at a reasonable price.

Takeaway chicken shawarma and chips was possibly the worst and most expensive food item I've ever bought.

The food from Falafel is outstanding. It is fresh, the portions are generous and packed full of flavour. Give it a try and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. 10/10

Personal opinion based on a single experience. Bottom line - failed to impress. Ordered Falafel, chicken shawarma wrap, lamb shawarma wrap and chicken shawarma plate. The falafel was decent. The shawarmas, both chicken and lamb were soggy and lacked flavour. I do not know what the standard is of other shawarma places in Belfast, but I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

I absolutely love this place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the food is great, the portions are a good size and the prices are amazing! Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait for them to open up again after lockdown.

I love the food in, there it is nice and tasty. but on Friday 04.12.2020 I used an app to order food it all went through payed by debit card. Arrived to pick up the food and the place was closed. tried to call few times since but no answer. VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!

I ordered Shawrma lamb plate and it wasn't what I expected but later on I found tasty and very good, normally I'm not giving 5/5 starts to restaurants but that deserve, the place from inside tidy and clean, casher was friendly also, the thing I don't like that we can see the cocker coked the food and that in my opinion not that much looks

Doesn’t draw you in on looks but we keep coming back for the delicious, quick and fresh food. There is a fab selection of vegetarian food and it’s excellent value. I love eating food I can’t replicate at home and I could never achieve the flavours served here. Not to be missed!

I ordered today via online at falafeleatery.co.uk . It says that they only do take away, no dine-in. Paid by card. When my husband went to collect, surprise surprise! They are close, nobody in the restautant. Phone unanswered. Great! I want my £23.77 back.

It was just a random visit, and I feel in love with the potatoes, it was like a sunami of flavours in my mouth. Absolutely, delicious!!

The middle East food is served in traditional taste.

My mom and I ate in here. The restaurant was clean. The waitress was fantastic. The cook came out and asked how our meal was. The food was great, I'd send any friend here in a heartbeat. I had saffron chicken and my mom had schwarma. I've eat lot of middle Eastern food and this was so homey and tasty. Veggies were perfect. Salads were light. Nothing to complain about. It's not a fancy place so if you expect fine china and fancy decor, it's not for you. If you want a tasty meal for a good price and great staff, stop in. Great bang for your buck, it was also very big!

Food was decent although there is quite clearly another business being run out of the restaurant as well with lots of people coming through which ruined the atmosphere. Owners also sitting in the restaurant watching us on cctv throughout, not a nice experience.

The woman working the counter ...I’ve never seen a more miserable human being.

The food is great here. The place is not great to go into with the child, as space is very limited. Payment is cash only, there is an ATM nearby. This is the part I didn't like, not sure why they do that. Also I never got a receipt, I ve eaten there few times. Maybe they're evading tax or something (just guessing). Whatever they're doing it's their problem, the food is really good and it's worthwhile to visit.

Was in again today and had the chicken shawarma plate the food was delicious thanks the the chef and had the lovely Zahra as my waitress again couldn't recommend a place more lovely staff and food!!!!

Well This is the best place to eat in Belfast and moreover Halal...What else u need.The food quality is superb, food tasted delicious,Portions are quite generous and more over fresh & warm.The food tasted so good that my hubby & bro decided not to take the risk of eating at any other place as on 1st day our choice of restaurant went wrong so we went back to back yesterday & today.These guys are planning even to get lunch packed for tomorrow when we are leaving.Hummous was v.fresh and tasted excellent. We ordered the mint tea on both the days as well.It was excellent .The staff is v.welcoming, friendly and well behaved.So it's a must try place if u love Lebanese or turkish food.

I went to this place and bought a halloumi wrap. It didn't disappoint so much so I had to go back for lunch the next day for a chicken wrap. Again the wrap was lovely. On top of that the staff serve with a smile and were very helpful and polite, I cannot fault the service. The cafe looks very clean as well.

This restaurant serves Arabian and Halal food. There are sandwiches, plates and tagines. It serves vegetarian, chicken and meat as well. It is delicious especially the meat ball tagine and the shish tawuok plate. The dessert is also Arabian like Balava and Konafa. They also serve hot drinks like tea, herbal tea and others.Cold drinks like Coke are also available.

Quite and cozy oriental Atmosphere. Great oriental food if you are into Palestinian or Lebanese food. Staff very nice. Supergood👍
