Good food but after ordering said it’s another £2 charge as we was in sale they was in flixton

the food was not delivered to me at all and I can't get any response from justSHITE both companies are a absolute joke

poor quality no sauce options in the menu confusing

asked for salad and sauce on my kebab. I just got dry meat in pitta

always amazing from Tele pizza very good value for money

I feel bad for this review as they gave a free garlic bread with the order and it did arrive on time. However, this was by far the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The pizza and garlic bread were chewy, overcooked and tasteless. The cheesey chips were even worse. Hopefully the restaurant reads this and looks to improve the quality of food because they won’t last as a business serving this slop

Received delivery on time but the 2 cans of pepsi which I had ordered was missing from delivery.

Not sure what all these negative comments are about. We ordered two American large pizzas with two portions of chips last night, and it was literally the best pizza you could have. Also, the service was very polite.

Not value for money. I got a mixed kebab with chicken and donner but there was only 1 piece of chicken and a small amount of donner meat. We ordered donner meat and chips and there was hardly any meat, and was a small amount of chips too. I know things are tight but the cut backs on the portion size are too much.

paid by card for my order. it didn’t arrive when it stated. i phoned them an hour later and asked where it was. they said when my driver arrives you have to pay us another £3.80 for delivery or we won’t deliver you your food. absolutely disgusting scammers. and i’m quite sure this is outside of justeat policy so i’ll also be taking this up with them. avoid these scammers. fooods rubbish anyway

Terrible attitude from the driver

Honestly one of the better takeaways, Pizza has a nice sauce which is rare and the toppings are decent quality but the price does reflect that. Oh and a good delivery driver polite foods always on time will definitely keep ordering

The guys at Telepizza were brilliant, the food was perfect heat and they made the changes we wanted and it came perfectly packaged! Well done guys, keep up the good work👌

Ordered garlic bread. Nice and friendly atmosfer however Garlic bread was just like a burn toast full of butter and salt and far from a garlic flavored. I would really suggest to adding a garlic.

Often order from here as love there pizzas 😁 never disappoints...

When I first ordered from the shop the pizza was nice. This time I waited for the pizza to be delivered but it was burnt cold pizza because they didn't call me to inform me of the delivery. By the time the notice came of the delivery it was sitting around for some time. I had to look around for it. In short no point in ordering the pizza.

Waited the best part of 1.5 hours. Rang to chase my order to be told it’s going to 5 mins. Get a call back to say it’s been left in the porch. Safe to say the pizzas were cold. No missed calls or phone call attempts to say driver outside. Tried to discuss with the team on the phone to be told it’s not their fault they are busy and they hung up on me

The food was hot, tasty and generous portions. I will order from Tele Pizza again.

The kebab was probably the worst one I’ve had. The pitta was hard as stone for some reason! The chicken wings were just as bad ! Over burnt and batter was burnt ! My teeth hurt! I want my refund ! Don’t recommend at all .

After accepting my order they rang me to tell me I had to pay £2 when the driver arrived delivery as I was out of their delivery zone… I explained to them I didn’t have any cash on me. They were very abrupt and rude on the phone. The pizza was dry and tasteless

Rang us to ask us to add a £2.00 distance charge to the bill to be paid to the driver but then included a "free" garlic bread, the price, £3.50. I don't get it, just don't give us the garlic bread we didn't ask for and you'd still have been £1.50 up?

The food arrived 45 mins late and was totally the wrong order. I rang the take away and was told my delivery was on the way, I told them it had arrived and was wrong and they put the phone down on me. Do not use Tele Pizza

Not too bad taste wise, i wouldn't order the pasta tho. Literally no pasta, its basically a thick layer of cheese then a little sauce and 10 pieces of penne pasta. Shocking for the price.

after two hours of waiting for my delivery, it never arrive but they claimed they had delivered it. they said they rung my doorbell. i don’t have a doorbell. they refused to give my money back. would give negative stars if i could. don’t order from here.

I ordered for delivery and the deliverer was rude and threw my pizza on the ground and refused to give me a refund. Then proceeded to say inappropriate things in front of my children. A fingernail was sticking out of the crust when we took a closer look. Absolutely disgusted.

My calzone had onions in it and cheese on top when I just wanted a normal meat calzone with tomato sauce.

Food wasn’t great. Quite cold and no real taste to it. Used to be my regular and stopped using them because Of cold food. Thought I’d give them another shot but no change really, cold and tasteless food!

Lovely as always. Unfortunately the naan was missing from the large kebab, but I didn’t phone the shop as it seemed silly to ask them to deliver a naan.

Ordered a double cheese burger, received single. Not only that I had the owner yelling at me and said I was lying and that he "checked the cameras" and that "he made it". I've spent hundreds of pounds with these people over the years and this is how they treat you. I won't be ordering another thing!!!!!!!

I've been a regular customer of Tele Pizza for a long time, and the food is usually ok but I don't know what's happening recently but yesterday they sent me a single cheese burger when I paid for a double and today the donner meat looked like it was a week old.......dry as cardboard (no exaggeration) and they charge £5.20 for that! How dare you take advantage of people sending them this disgusting excuse for food. Absolute jokers. If I don't get an apology and my money back I won't be ordering another thing from you.

Didn’t provide free garlic bread when reminded

Food wasn't great. Poor description of food on menu. Found a receipt outside my house this morning with my personal details on it which the delivery driver had either dropped or thrown on the floor.

The kebab is good and tasty, but the naan and chilly sauce were horrible. Naan was thin and dry.

It’s with a heavy heart (and belly) I say this after 10 years of loyal service I’ve finally fell victim to the customer service department at Tele Pizza. I called quite flippantly and said “Hi mate, you’ve forgotten our garlic bread and cheese” Immediately he turned abrupt saying we didn’t order one. So I reminded him you get it free with orders over £15. Anyway he got very angry at that, asking have I ordered before and suggesting that it new customers only [an unorthodox approach to confirm it is a loyal customer before chastising them]. Anyway the call ended there. I called back for him to say he’s to busy, go away. Genuinely pretty gutted as I always thought it was alright there, and I just dismissed previous posts about their customer service. Left stunned and disappointed (and slightly peckish) by their actions.

The pizzas are really great! Unfortunately the toppings weren't right for one of the pizzas.

Excellent value for money and always good food in our experience.

We all had different Pizza. They were all cooked beautifully and had plenty of toppings. The boxes had all been kept flat while travelling to us so there was no damage to the pizzas and they were in perfect condition. Everything that was ordered was delivered. I have selected that it was delivered on time because although it was 10 minutes later than We were originally told We were notified that it would be late so it wasn't an issue. We really enjoyed the meal and this will go on our future Saturday treat choices.

Food from here is always A1 can’t fault it. Tonight the food was 35 mins late, and cold(ish), garlic bread with cheese missing, I get that it’s a Friday night but just say the foods going to be delivered at this time because of that! Really pi**ed off to be fair

I had to ask my kind neighbour to go down to collect my food as I live in a high rise and after specifically asking for the driver to come to my door as I'm disabled he would not so my neighbour kindly went for it...I shall not be ordering from them again!! Not happy at all.
