Very average coffee, and mozzarella and tomato panini didn't taste of anything...bland, no recognisable tomato. I think it was microwaved, all soggy and doughy, not toasted.Avoid unless you are easily pleased.

We came here for a quick toasty before going to an event. There was one girl working behind the counter (blonde pony tail incase her manager sees this). We were stood waiting to even be acknowledged and she was purposely ignoring us as she was looking round behind us while prepping some faffy drinks. Never acknowledged us at all, not a single word or eye contact, nothing. We were stood about 10 minutes to pay for our toasty .It wouldn't have taken much to say "just a minute" or something. If we weren't in a rush we would have gone to the pub nearby. After an age another lass came and served us. The place was not busy and we were the only ones at the counter waiting. The toasty was delish but they always are from Costa. Service here was shocking

Visited at a fairly quiet time, multiple tables not cleared or cleaned. Service was very slow, drinks lukewarm when produced, hot choc actually cold, items missed off order. All in, apart from one lad trying to hold things together, crew seemed poorly trained. Quite a contrast to most Costas which are pretty slick.

Staff are rude and act like your putting the out by buying a drink.

I went to order two cheese toasties with two iced coffees and received a call saying they don't have any food and I have to cancel my order myself, after twenty minutes trying to find out how to, I gave up and called the place themselves. There onwards they gave me two wrong numbers to contact to try and get my money back and cancel the order but I had no hope. Overall just dissapointed in the support

Very slow service, one person on till and making drinks. Hot chocolate cold.

Blonde girl at the till was very rude and snappy with us after we told her that the payment screen still wasn't up on the card machine. There was also a very dark haired girl with her hair in a top bun that was cold and unfriendly too. (I say girl because these young women were barely 18 and probably explained their attitudes) Coffee was luke warm and lacking in flavour. Not worth the long wait or expense.

Oh dear. 10am Thursday morning. Tables full of rubbish. Girl serving yawning and not looking like she wanted to he there. All drinks served in paper cups not the costa experience I had hoped for but felt like it was the only option. I'll bring my own next time and sit in the car!

Absolutely amazing service on a rainy Summer’s day by the wonderful lady who has the most gorgeous curly locks. Your coffees always give me a Head-start to my chaotic day. You can tell you take pride in your work by the taste of the beverages you assemble, I would pay double for them. Amazing location with an amazing view 😉

The place is good , and safe for kids . The thing we dont like is we have to ask them to clean the table for us when we arrive as they are always dirty . I know thats normal for uk service is terrible but overall the place is good if you visit with kids.

I ordered a coconut caramel latte and they forgot the syrup. On another drink i ordered they forgot the cream. Instead of focusing on the drinks a member of staff was just on her phone, slouched at the side. They also left my coffee on the side with no lid so it was getting cold.

I really enjoy coming to this store. Charlotte and her team are always lovely.

I had this toastie thing that had cranberries in, my mind exploded, council estate chavs like me are not supposed to eat this stuff, coffee was amazin aswell.

We had a coffee order of 7 different drinks. Staff were quick and very helpful

Coffees ~ Freezing cold got thrown in the bin Toasties ~ freezing cold got thrown in the bin Delivery - took forever. Probably why it was all cold. Complete waste of money. Ended up driving over to Starbucks for a proper coffee

One of the worst Costa I have been. Four staff standing behind bar chatting without noticing me, they weren’t even working at all. I had to ask to be served. Ordered a panettone and the staff were passing it around laughing no one wanted to heated it up for me. Rude service.

Staff all miserable, no please, thanks, no apology after a massive wait despite it being quiet! If you don’t like working here then leave, don’t take it out on customers with shocking service!

Extremely slow service. Overpriced. Had a hot chocolate, thought it strange that on the table next to us, someone had left a nearly full glass of hot chocolate. Why would someone leave an overpriced drink. Discovered why when I started to drink mine, the hot chocolate was lukewarm chocolate, disgusting. Felt like I'd been mugged. These amateurs will gladly take your money. Don't bother going.

Ordered two coffees through deliveroo (as currently isolating) only 1 coffee arrived, despite 2 coffees being on the receipt. Contacted costa who seemed to find it amusing and advised it was deliveroo as they sent 2 and then they put the phone down! Horrendous customer service and very unprofessional. The staff sounded Extremely young and immature. Also it wasn’t deliveroo as the bag was sealed with only one coffee in when it arrived. Poor service.

Absolutely disgraceful. We love Costa and would always choose this over any coffee shop. Went today and gave our order, the girl on the till couldn't find what we wanted and broke the order down costing us more and we had 3 iced teas. When we said about the cost she removed one of our drink. This was very nice of her however, after a long wait for ice tea they arrived warm and the ice cubes melted within a couple of seconds. We sat and decided as we had already had words with the staff about the price we wouldn't bother going back up as we felt this was probably done on purpose as we complained about the error in price! Really not impressed with the staff here at all. Sorry but you need to do better.

Good choice of drinks and food 4 staff but had to wait for ages while they did online orders , one member of staff looked to be doing orders drinks etc while others wandered about, not overly busy either

Nice and quiet. Never really a queue. Clean and friendly staff.

Slow and rude service. I understand they were busy because of the 50p deal but i waited 15 mins for my drink and that was because they did loads of drinks at once. Then when it came out drinks were put out in front of me, no comment from the staff member she just turned round and walked off. (Brown hair, glasses) In the end i ended up with the wrong drink but couldnt be bothered waiting to complain. Regular Costa user so this dissapointed me.

Great hot coffee with social distancing .

Been there three weeks on the bounce. The same staff have been there. Talk about slow. WOW! Took over 25 mins for three hot drinks, no food again. Same as previous two weeks. People were finishing the hot food they had ordered before drinks arrived. Paid for large, got medium. Could not be bothered debating as would have been another however long. Seriously the worst service from a big coffee chain ever. Swap it for a Starbucks cos they nail it every time! If I could give less than one star, I would.

Queued for ages and then they wouldn’t serve me because I had snowboard boots on....in a snow venue errrrrr what’s the point in being at chill factor e if you’re not going to serve the people there. Weird concept??? The entire rest of the building is fine to walk around in boots though.

The service there today wasn't the greatest experience. One of them had burned a toasted sandwich and it stank the whole place out. I also got a coconut cappuccino and half of it was froth. And the points machine never works!

Soooooo slow I gave up after being in the queue for 5 mins. There were 3 people behind the counter literally just faffing about.

Worst Costa I've ever had - just tasted of WARM milk. So bad my wife threw hers away. Would have complained but the service was so slow I couldn't get back to the counter in time.

Lack of products available, dirty tables, chairs and floor and lack of contactless payments or Costa card scanner. Very disappointing!

Same as all Costa only difference no contactless card only or cash you would think they would sort staff told me he's been there since opened and had loads of complains but they have not repaired it get a grip

Great place for meeting, basically all the customers were in meetings. So would have thought there'd be better tables and power sockets.

They don't accept Costa card! What's the point having a reward scheme then?? Pathetic waste of time carrying it around
