Really gone down hill. Can't get orders right and when I ring up to complain got told there's nothing they can do

Absolutely shocking food was serve quickly and pleasantly but the food that I got from the drive-in when I got home was full of very burnt chips that were very limp and greasy and also the chicken although it was cooked through and no issues with that within about three hours of eating it both myself and my other family members started to get lots of tingling sensations across our body and I started to itch and come out in hives and a breakout of some sort of allergy Which I had to take an antihistamine for the day after all three of us who at the Food have all been ill and on the toilet with the runs so this something gonna mess with the food there the place just looked dirty as well through the drive-through window. It just looked unclean and not very well kept either so I’m not sure what it’s hygiene rating is when it gets inspected, but I’m sure it needs an inspection again but also I will never ever Dean or eat from that restaurant again so if the owners are reading this and they say reach out come back to see us I’m not gonna do it just simple as that I don’t want my money, but I just never gonna give you my business again.

After 6 months of getting a kfc from this store every Thursday without fail, today I was shocked, which is an understatement, as I approached the window for my beloved bbq twister rap only to discover it had been discontinued, along with popcorn chicken (the mrs isn’t happy) and also chocolate chip cookies. I strongly recommend to put these items back on the menu or I may have to switch to five guys on Thursdays. R.I.P kfc 13/2/2025.

Just been to the drive through, told the guy my order, got home , all wrong items customer service seems great but disappointed with a waste of money, can't eat anything in the bag .

Hot food, served quickly, clean store

We went to KFC yesterday after 4 PM. The restaurant was crowded, so we ordered a burger and chicken strips to go. Unfortunately, the food was terrible – it was overcooked, burnt, and smelled unpleasant. On top of that, there was no toilet paper in either stall in the women’s restroom. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I don’t recommend this location, and the management should focus on improving both the food quality and customer service.

I dont go here very often but whenever i do they always forget to add something. Once it was chicken strips in a bucket meal, once it was wings in a bucket meal and another popcorn chicken. BUT the food is always nice and hot. The chips are delicious. My recommendation is to check you have everything before you drive away even if it means holding up the queue.

I don’t frequent KFC too often, however through lack of time, whole family illnesses and necessity I have ordered from here on several occasions within a period of two weeks. I was utterly and completely blown away by the customer service right from the Get go. The amazing, supremely polite and helpful order taker restored my faith in human nature. This wonderfully tall, hospitable, engaging (may I say black man?) put a genuine smile on my face, only to be greeted by a woman wearing a hijab displaying the biggest smile and the kindest of service, handing me my food. An overall astounding experience, then the same again a week later. Customer service at its absolute best (McDonalds could benefit from their work ethic and customer appreciation) Heartwarmingly lovely and old fashioned quality.

The chicken was very greasy and we sat in to eat the place was very cold.

Today I ate from KFC, the worst chicken I have ever eaten. The cooking was not good, there were blood spots in the chicken, and the meal was missing. It was very bad.

I agree with others regarding missing items from your order. Bits were missing from ours but could I make sense of it, could I heckerslike! Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Just ordered a delivery 35 quid for the most Pathetic meal. Missing items, cold chicken, runny pissy gravy, no lid on the rice so its cold. And a handful of chips, missing 6 piecies of chicken. Literally having to order elsewhere as were starving.

Zero customer service refuse to serve you at tills forced to kiosk.

The fact that it been refurbished in busy shopping centre, before refurb it was busy and it’s even busier, guess what they have less ppl serving you now so we are even longer, if I want cold food then yeh go ahead really bad service cos their staff are slow and give attitude, food never been warm always cold…the staff don’t give crap what level of service they provide….complete waste of time and money

The food was fresh and tasty and it was ready very quickly. Our order was incorrect as was the other people's we were eating with. They corrected this but did not apologise for making the mistakes. The floor is very greasy and a young girl slipped and was hurt probably because of this. Also the prices at KFC have gone up. £34 for 3 people to eat is crazy for fast food.

Most of the order was right apart from the kids meal did not come with a sundae. Another fast food fail.

I used the drive-through this lunchtime. I have used KFC several times in the past. I only beaned something light and asked for a wrap. Previously a wrap contained two small pieces of chicken with some salad and cole slaw. Fairly good value at £1.99. Today, I received a wrap about half the previous size. One small piece of chicken and a reduced size of salad, still at the same price, £1.99. As my reader will understand I feel well and truly ripped off. I won't be returning. I post this as a warning to others so they won't be ripped off for the wrap!

they where rushing an did not give me my regular gravy which i paid for , i am very upset that my chicken had to be dry

Dirty, slow and order was missing food

This is a trapping KFC ever I go, I buy a 12 pcs sharing bucket and the crew place me 10 pcs only, this is not my first bad experience with KFC, may be KFC paid a poor salary and make their crew kick the customers out. You must check your bucket or big order every time. Otherwise, you will lose your money or keep fit (eat less). Annoying!

We ordered through the KFC app. The order updated to “collected and out for delivery” but the tracking didn’t leave the restaurant. After 15 min I rang the driver and he said he was waiting on a 2nd order and our food was in his thermal bag. By the time he left the restaurant our food had been in the bag for 30 minutes and was cold by the time it got to us. Customer service weren’t interested as it had been delivered within the expected window.

Poor service four families waiting over half an hour ended cancelling my order and leaving

Service was very slow. Food was ok. Had to wait for part of the order though. By the time we had it the rest was eaten. Bit disappointed really considering it's a fast food chain.

Ordered at order point but then wanted to pay cash, so went to counter to pay. Waited 5 minutes due to customer in front taking forever (not staffs fault) after I eventually got to pay though I then had to stand and watch as my food went cold whilst they waited for my son's chicken. Then the Oreo shake I ordered they didn't have so had to swap to milky way. Then when handed food I had to tell staff that it was missing chips. Not the KFC experience I'm used too.

Good food at KFC as always. However at this one some kids (young teens) were sat in the restaurant drinking vodka.

Best chips from a KFC that I've had, actually got finished rather than thrown away for going soggy after 5 minutes. Slow service only negative.

Really good KFC. I was a manager at KFC and am very picky, but this was excellent. Fast service through the drive thru at tea time on a Saturday. Mini fillets were excellent, gravy was very nice. A great experience. Well done KFC Trafford Retail. We'll definitely come back.

Don't know what KFC have done to their chips but they are awesome. Although someone needs a word about their regular and large portions of chips ad they are the same amount, and if you ask for just more regular chips they give you large.

Just been in here and seen the foreign guy putting the chips In the bag with his bare hands what a disgusting thing to do in a restaurant I did raise the issue but nothing was done by the looks of things personal hygiene is a major issue here I will not be returning

The most ignorant, arrogant staff and management I have ever encountered. Waste bins not emptied and overflowing with trash. No napkins in the despensers.

This is the worst KFC I've ever visited and there is absolutely no way I would consider returning. There were several ethnic, all female, staff members in the serving area. All were covered, head to toe, wearing long, flowing robes, stained with food, which came into contact with food as it was being removed from the heated storage area and when it was placed on the serving tray. Additionally, food items were touched and handled by the serving staff. The heating was uncomfortably hot, with overhead heating units blasting hot air to an uncomfortable level. This was a horrible, ethnically oppressive, unsanitary experience and one I would not be willing to repeat under any circumstances.

Make sure you check your food b4 leaving. Especially at the drive through... I spent £40 on food for the family, got home and found they had not put all the food ordered in the bag. Plus large popcorn 🍿 chicken was half empty.. Good food terrible service

I'm here all the time and it's always great. My food's with me in minutes, since it's usually pretty dead. It'd be a full 5 stars if the front counter accepted card. It's been months, so the card machine clearly isn't broke, they just don't want to do it for whatever reason. I usually wouldn't care, but my student discount can't be applied on the machines and it's awkward having to ask them to sort me out.

ordered via uber eats. realised its not halal as uber eats search says it was halal then rang to cancel and said ring uber. uber 30 mins later said said ring kfc. they did not pick up phone for uber and us and this was about 10 calls. awful service . food came after two hours cold and frozen and soggy bag. disgusting

Ordered my food at at the drive through window used my card all seemed ok then I wanted 7 to 8 to minutes until I got to the collection window to then be told your card didn't work can you drive back around and place your order again I ask there must be another way to take the payment ie a wireless card machine she then I don't have a machine I told her it was very busy why did nobody tell me I could of gone in and paid this was an absolute joke so as I drove around 6 cars waiting so I could not wait that amount of time again I wonder how many people this has happened to because Staff are trained properly and letting customers leave the window with out checking payment has gone through and then not even telling the customers about it which would of taken a minute and whats the cost wireless card machines £30 to £50 this was at around the time of 18.45 to 19.00 today Dec 16

Dint know what it is but staff at kfc look and serve like they hate there job. I know it's not the best job but McDonald's stagf seem a lot more friendly.

Just ate the stalest twister wrap wasn't warm either. Strange drive thru system but that's not important. Wrap was awful

Using the app, I placed two large orders. A short time and several miles later I realised one of the orders wasn't there. After four days I received a refund. Always check your bag.

Ordered and paid for before going to find out their connection to the app was down and the order would not be processed. Then I found out that their till was cash only, so I had to use one of the kiosks. The kiosk had run out of till roll, so I had to remember the number. The staff were good, just all the issues with ordering that was not the staffs fault.

Arrived at 9.25 on a Friday night drive through blocked by bins and doors closed says 10.30 restaurant on website and drive through 11.00. Hope they ain't getting paid till close

Barbarians. Ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and what did they give me...FOUR legs, the worst piece and they give me four of them. I should of drove back and complained but I'm lazy. Avoid this place

What food I did receive was tasty, I've no qualms there. Even the restaurant itself was quite pleasant. It was the pitiful quantity of food that has driven me to a low rating here. There was a time that when I bought a box meal from KFC, I'd be nicely filled. But despite "larging" my meal, what I received wouldn't have satisfied my 7-year old grandson, let alone 6' 4" adult male. If I had spent just my meal's cost at a local supermarket, I could've fed all seven of our party. Very poor value money KFC, my local kebab shop gives far better value for money.

Come here quite a bit as its local. Staff are often grumpy and things get missed from rhe order quite often. Was the last straw tonight as once again we were missing items. 6 extra hot wings. Won't be going back.

Assuming not just this store, but the mini dippers were small, quite expensive for what you get. Also, I feel like we are doing thier jobs for them with separating all the rubbish into one of the 5 separate bins. I don't come out to separate rubbish.

Possibly the worst staff / service. Just pure lazyness from them. They said they have ran out of krushems, icecream cones, the gravy and even ALL hot drinks? They are too lazy to clean the machines they say they dont have anything. When i got my burger i was given it without the lid even on. Burger was meh, 3/4 of the chicken was just batter. They watered down my drink aswell, you can easily tell. Regular fries is now apparently 12 chips which is ridiculous. They were all shouting at eachother and arguing whilst we were ordering our food. DO NOT COME HERE!

I have been to this KFC store several times now. The order has been wrong on more occasions than it has been right (wrong burger or items missing). I would not recommend this KFC store. I think I'll be passing this KFC by in future and visit a different KFC store that actually gets the order correct. Staff should take more care with the orders especially with the cost of the food. Definitely not value for money here.

I had another bad experience ordering on the KFC APP. I was in the Trafford Centre trying to order from the KFC App and the location system in the App for some reason picked up Trafford Retail Park KFC and I did not realise the error with the App. My order was waiting at the wrong KFC as I was in the for Trafford Centre KFC, I had to go and rush to get my order from the Trafford Retail park this KFC is really lovely staff were excellent. They gave me my order after 20 mins and it was lovely well prepared food. Customer service was excellent and the chap who served me, the attitude of the staff in this restaurant was a breath of fresh air. They seemed to want to do the job, and at least care about customers I have called out KFC for their App promos being turned off, I can say both the Trafford Centre KFC and Trafford Retail park had the in App promo was available to use in both of the restaurants at the weekend and at busy tea time. So well done and thank you for the Excellent Service

Drive through KFC. Car park close by can get busy but more parking available nearby. Lots of seating and terminals to order food or counter service inside.

Order was 30 minutes late £27 order for boneless chicken dippers chips and a drink a chicken burger with fries and a drink, and two twisters of the day, all delivered ice cold, rang customer service and they offered only £5 off, will not be using KFC in the UK again, KFC in the USA and Cyprus can deliver the food hot, obviously the English can't accomplish this miniscule goal, expect a full refund, at this rate KFC in the UK will go bust, and I don't think they actually care,

Ignored by counter staff, had to ask twice for someone to serve us. Bad attitude when served. Twister wrap was 2 bits of chicken and the smallest piece of lettuce nothing like the pic shown. States Drive Through is open until 11pm however staff were closing before half 10. Pointless advertising you are open

The staff are lovely ,Cloe was exceptionally helpful.when my granddaughter lost her purse,she made sure it was returned to her ,the restaurant is clean and service was very prompt,

It's not a patch on the old school.. the chips are dry and the portion is very small.. making them provably the most expensive fast food fries on the market. . The chicken was also dry and small portions/peices, the gravy was thick and more like a warm Gell than a gravy and tastless, in fact flavourwise tasted very watered down,. I won't be buying KFC again. . Fast tasteless food not worth the cost. There are much better chicken shops with tastier gravy, chicken and larger portions.
