Surprised this place is still trading. Deeply average. Loads of better options nearby.

The best Chinese takeaway I've been to ! Everything must be cooked from scratch, when you ring up to order as it is just so fresh !!!! Excellent !!! Highly Highly recomend.

Never again, Got food poisoning from their rice, Throwing up 2 hours later and got bad stomach cramps still 2 days later. Update... 5 days later and stomach still cramping, Reheating and serving rice knowing it causes Bacillus cereus to consumers is disgusting!

Shocking. Chip were like rocks Would not recommend Only positive was they've gone in the composter to help grow some decent food

My favourite Chinese takeaway in this area. Love the plum sauce duck, salt and pepper fish fillet and kung po beef. Just the delivery time could be longer on busy days. Better to order in advance.

Very expensive and very poor quality. Food over cooked. Could taste it was burnt. Wouldn't waste your money on this. It was that bad we ended up on toast instead

All the appetisers where dry and over fried like they had been sat out for hours and the squid was over cooked and chewy. My main was the salt and pepper shredded beef and it was genuinely inedible, there was little to no beef in there and it was j over cooked and solid batter which didn’t even taste of salt and pepper. The special rice was mediocre but the kungpo chicken and cashews was alright.

After reading some bad reviews I thought I would take a risk, went for a safe option of special fried rice. What can go wrong it's such a basic dish. I always pick up so I can see food prep and get it as fresh as it can be. The fried rice was amazingly just warm and it literally took 5 minutes from off the wok to my table. The rice was also soggy and had a poor texture. Price was average but portion a bit below average. 4/10 need try other dishes to give a better review but it might be a long time b4 I will return

First time trying this place and will never ever return. Absolutely awful. What a waste of 25 pounds. There was nothing nice about it at all. Dry, tastless, not particularly warm. None of us enjoyed anything we had!!

Stale salt and pepper chips that tasted like they were sat out for hours and watery, anaemic Kung Po with so little flavour. First time ordering and probably won't risk it again. Disappointing.

Didn't like the food... it was tasteless ... went straight to the bin. Ordered fried rice and the chicken pieces were like plastic and absolutely tasteless. My daughter ordered tofu and egg fried rice ... again this went to the bin. It was a wasted £15 in my opinion .

Ordered chicken friend rice and curry sauce just for me and it was a huge portion, very generous! It was tasty and the curry sauce was very nice. Great price too, and can pay using Apple Pay on Just Eat, so very handy!

We ordered food via Just Eat. It was the Special Set Dinner for 2 persons @ £18.00 plus £1.50 delivery. Excellent value for money. The food was delivered 30 minutes earlier than we were expecting (not a problem) was piping hot & tasted delicious. We had not used this restaurant before but liked the food (& service) so much that we placed the same order a couple of weeks later. We were not disappointed. This time it was delivered 15 minutes earlier but was still piping hot & very tasty. This place has now become our regular take a way!!

Quite a large order for a birthday celebration meal consisting of several dishes - 2 separate orders of Dim Sum Starters - all extremely overcooked and incredibly dry, Crispy Duck more like cremated duck being dry & unpalatable. Fail to see how they became so overcooked as order ready 15 mins after placing. The 5 main dishes were not quite so overcooked, they were edible and all served nice & hot with the accompanying rice being fine. Chips however although hot were rather dry, also overcooked and had to be thrown away. BBQ sauce defied description being a cross between week gravy & dishwater with no flavour whatsoever. As we had travelled with the Chinese to a neighbouring area to share with family taking back was not an option. Phoned takeaway on return to give feedback but there was very little interest and no regret.

The food was terrible, hardly any fish in the batter and it had a funny taste, , the rice was stodgy , and the honey & lemon duck wasn’t great, couldn’t taste any honey, it was all lemon, most of the meal was wasted as it wasn’t edible, I wish I saved my £26.00, this place used to be really nice , now it’s terrible , i definitely won’t be going back,

Good - ribs, 1/4 crispy duck, young chow rice was okay. Bad - starters pretty bland, duck rolls were awful. Chicken with cashew nuts still had bones in the meat, fillet steak Cantonese wasn’t fillet, and was served with spoons hotter than lava making it impossible to serve. Bill was very expensive — service was acceptable at best but not great. Waited ages for meals, table half cleared on multiple occasions, and then left for ages. We chose not to pay the service charge which was optional, and got back chat off the staff for doing so. Definitely won’t be going back, left the £10 off voucher “gift” on the table. Hopefully you’ll be more lucky if you go and give it a go but read the reviews and take heed of the poor ratings.
