Subway in Trafford

Driver was rude. I came out of the building at 1pm to greet him. He said he had been trying to ring me and I explained that as I work in a school as a teacher , I can’t answer the phone in front of the children. He said ‘how am I expected to find you then? He had parked round the corner and could have come to the entrance. Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude

Simple & quick to order & waiting time as expected & the food was hot & worth the wait.

Food shocking, we added the crinkle cut chips and there was 5 in each box. Sandwiches were cold and dry.

Massive thank you to the young lady that works at Subway this morning 12.6.23 helping me after i broke down in the garage with jump start, and when that failed as it wasnt the battery she came out with a tub of water for my dog who was in the car and it was getting warm. Very grateful thanks for your help

This is located inside of the gas station, but don't let that prevent you from getting your food here. They have everything needed to make your favorite sandwich. The area is organized and clean and the staff is friendly. However, you will have to take your food to-go because they don't have a seating area.

Just visited staff stood talking to people when they left the 2 staff members just ignored me and started doing something else when I said something was told to wait a telephone order just came in and would take about 20 minutes so I don’t think I will be going there again

Order was wrong, asked for Chicken Tikka Footlong with with Blue Cheese Dressing and Spinach but didn't get any. Instead I got Tomato, Peppers and Red Onion which I don't like. Delivery was very efficient.

I have asked for 3 dips and paid for three.They gave only 1 dip.

I nipped on the off chance they could do some platters for a work meeting the same day. Without hesitation the girl took my order and ensured all dietary requirements were covered. I went to collect at 12:30 and everything was waiting for me. What made this experience by this girl above and beyond was that I heard her colleague mention that she had been on her own most of the morning but still managed to create 2 sub platters with only a few hours notice. Amazing service and a great example of going the extra mile. Thank you, sorry I never got your name.

Excellent customer service from the two young staff that always seem to be in when I take my son for his pre tennis subway! My son (pictured) had a rough day at school a few weeks ago & the staff there were so lovely to him. since then we often pop in on a Wed, Fri, Sat on our way to his tennis lessons + they are always so nice to him. Thankyou so much, to whoever the owners are they deserve a pay rise!!!!!!

Hardly an sauce on the sandwich, Bread was wrong, Crisps was wrong and the drink was wrong.

Exceptional food and amazing delivery time, delivery driver was quick and very efficient.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Not sure who made the sandwiches but must have been an idiot since they could put the cheese in a steak and cheese sub. Just Eat was not great and sorting the issue out either.

Hi no hash browns delivered, driver said they didn’t have any so it shouldn’t have been available to order. Sandwich ordered with marinara sauce, no marinara sauce on sandwich. I asked for no pepperoni and it had pepperoni on.

They never have a full stock of ingredients, you’ll be lucky if you can order the sandwich you want...

A little bit more expensive than a normal subway. For example 3 cookies are £1.10 rather than the usual £1.00. There are a four tables for two people (eight seats in total) which is not bad for the size of the petrol station ship it is located in. The unisex toilet was clean and in working order.
