Tee Caddy Takeaway & Cafe in Angus

Went in for a quick coffee. Very disappointed as it turned out to be an average cup of instant coffee. When I ordered the americano there was no mention that the coffee was instant. From my seat I could see into the kitchen. I was a bit concerned to see the various cleaning products below the microwave, where the food was being prepared. The gentleman who served us was very pleasant, however I felt he was being let down by a lack of basic training in food hygiene.

Always great food here, husband and I often get their breakfast deal, which is tasty and great value. Friendly staff always with a smile

A fantastic wee cafe, smaller than I expected but a big heart, very friendly and happy staff. I had the nig breakfast and it was big, very tasty. My wife had macaroni cheese and chips too many chips but was very delicious. Great price too. Excellent

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious & and fantastic value for money. Needless to say, I visit frequently.

Best food in my life even gave me extra so nice. They sell lots of different stuff too like crisps, chocolate, sweets, cakes, tray bakes and big range of drinks so good.

Good food, great tea in a mug just the way I like it. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cared for the customers. And the service was very good too. Very good pricing . 2 medium cups of costa cappuccino cost nearly the same as two rolls and 2 teas. I will definitely recommend and return.

Awful instant coffee. Tea was okay though. It was the first cafe we saw coming into Carnoustie and we desperate for a brew but once inside no visible loo, very limited cake selection. Not even cheap. Didn't impress but maybe the food is better.

A change of fate took me to carnoustie a wee walk down dundee st to find a take a way and i was suprised i come a cross the te caddy cafe the woman that took my order "sorry i don'rember your name " was so chatty and welcoming in a good way and the large full scottish breakfast fare set me up for my working day thanks you

Lovely little cafe in carnoustie, perfect for breakfast, brunch and lunch, Lots to choose from made fresh to order, can also phone in advance to place ur order if ur in a hurry, Very affordable and lady who runs it is very friendly and makes u feel very welcome,

Fantastic little gem of a cafe offering a range of foods including hot rolls, breakfasts, filled rolls and salads as well as many other options. The food is always freshly made and delicious and the cafe has a sit down and take-away option. Quality food at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service from this family owned business. I would highly recommend a visit to this cafe if your in town!

Excellent cafe and takeaway, food is consistently great tasting. Prices are all very cheap. My favourite meals are the cooked breakfasts and the chilli and chips. Always visit this establishment when in up in the Angus area.

I highly recommend this cafe if you are looking to sit in and have a meal or something to takeaway. Very decent prices for all of the food. I have visited The Tee Caddy on a number of occasions over the past 2 or 3 months to either sit in or take my food away. I have tried a few different meals from this cafe and the food always tastes great and along with the first class service, definitely worth a try.

Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful with any questions that I had about the food. Highly recommend taking a trip here for a even a coffee and cake.
