A lovely little spot by the river to stop for a drink or snack. The friendly robins added to the experience, some landing on the tables looking for crumbs. Handy toilet stop before heading further into the garden.

This could be so much better. A lovely spot in one of the finest gardens in the country. Tables untidy and poorly arranged. Absolutely foul coffee. What a shame!

A great place set at about the halfway point around the park whichever way you go. They have a good choice available of both food and drinks but when it's gone it's gone as far as the food. Homemade cakes, and ready-made sandwiches. there are toilets at this location beside the stream.

After a good few hours of walking up and down different pathways and taking in the beautiful sights, it was lovely to sit and have a cuppa & just listen to the flowing water and the birds singing and considering it was raining slightly, it made no difference! it was so relaxing.

Can get very busy, we couldn't get a table. So, we got our Oggies to takeaway and found one of numerous benches to sit and eat near the stream. Good choice of snacks and drinks. Certainly looks like they have stopped selling drinks in plastic bottles. Water in a can?

One of many refreshment places within Bodnant, this is alongside a former mill and has a number of inside and outside tables, with the latter benefiting from being alongside the water. Great ice cream options too!

This little cafe is a welcome break when walking and enjoying Bodnant Gardens. Beautiful location, close to the river and in a good shady spot for taking in the scenery whilst enjoying a snack and a beverage. The walk along the river from here provide good photo opportunities too.

We don't have young children any more but by the looks of the happy families around us there was plenty to keep everybody employed whilst enjoying the simple choices for food and drink. Ideal location with a friendly feel this place just adds to the magic of Bodnant.

On a recent Tuesday, Hubby and I enjoyed a walk around The Dell by the river. The Kiosk had very limited choice (perhaps because it was out of season). They were charging £2 for hot drinks. We decided to opt for a more substantial lunch indoors at the Pavilion Tearoom. Hubby visited the toilet (which was clean and OK) whilst I enjoyed a brief warm around the brazier.

We were suprised to find this small tea shop as we wandered around the garden. It has a limited food selection, muffins, biscuits, some sandwiches, crisps and various types of bars, but with outdoor tables and chairs it is a lovely place to sit with a hot coffee, tea or chocolate drink. Our grandchildren, aged 14 & 10, really enjoyed the awesome hot chocolate drink with marshmellows on it. Not a wet day place to have a snack at but lovely in the fine weather.

Everyone was there, having tea and ice cream or sandwiches. It was at the furthest in the garden so stopping gave us fortitude to get back up the trail to the top of the glenn where they have another couple of places to snack.

After walking in the gardens the Tea Shop in the Dell provides a welcome hot drink and cake or biscuits. In the winter the outdoor log fire alongside the Dell Tea Shop provides a warm location to consume the your purchases from the Tea Shop.

We visited on a very hot sunny day in June with plenty of visitors in evidence. The choice of snacks was very limited and the girl serving was rather lacking in people skills. But a lovely setting half way around the woodland trails.

Finding your way down to the Dell in Bodnant gardens is a worthwhile experience as you see a different perspective as well as working up a thirst and an appetite. The tea stop is also a good place to re fuel before the exhilarating walk back up to the House. There's nothing complicated about the tea stop...good freshly prepared sandwiches, other snacks and drinks. Prices are about average for the National Trust and you can sit and rest the weary feet and be entertained by bird life who, of course, need to re fuel as well! The toilets are nearby and the old mill is next to the tea stop.

The Dell is beautiful. The little tea hut does basic drinks a few snacks and ice-cream. In winter there is a fire pit and benches to sit round. In summer outdoor seating by the river. Sadly we've only ever once been successful in having a drink here as every other time the young woman in charge has been cashing up or leaving well before 4 pm. On one occasion it was a bank holiday with loads of visitors wanting an ice-cream at the least. The last time several elderly visitors wanted a sit down and a cup of tea before the climb back to the car park. In such an idyllic location a better refreshment offering is required. Even a licensed one. I'm sure this would be popular and could be created sympathetically without impacting on the gardens. And would provide revenue for the Nt.

Visited this lovely little garden centre today with my hubbie, sister and brother ( plus 1 very old doggie). Had a lovely lunch, portions were large and lovely, we all struggled to finish our meals. We had already seen the homemade scones and cakes on our way in, so decided to ask for them as a takeaway. The scones were massive and so nice, struggled to eat it 3 hours later. Lemon drizzle cake and Victoria sandwich also got great reviews from the others. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit to this dog friendly cafe and also to potter around the garden centre, so glad we stopped here.

Visited on a Friday evening with Husband and two children. Food was reasonably priced, (fish and chips £10 on a Friday) lovely and all homemade, including the chicken nuggets. Jaffa cake Sundaes were lovely, although should come with a warning! They are huge and one is enough for at least two adults. Would've been nice to have a proper drinks menu with all the drinks they do. But overall great food and service, we will return.
