When you order food from a take away you don’t expect to be still standing in the shop 45 mins later with only one time of being told issue with pizza oven person in front got there food and I was till waiting another 15 mins even though I ordered mins after that person in front they knew when I entered the shop there was a issue but never said anything so 45 mins for a calzone and wedges just a bit stupid

Both the kebab meat and the chicken were extremely dry to the point where it tasted like it had been microwaved over and over again.

Only issue which was minor, they forgot to put salad on my loaded fries. Beside that the food was hot and tasty.

DO NOT GO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Staff speak to people like rubbish and takes over 2 hours for freezing cold food to arrive 5 minutes away, do not eat from here trust me it will not be good!

i ordered only donner meat and chips after waiting 10 minutes 2 other men ordered, after 5 minutes the both got their food after ordering alot more food than me and i got my food after half an hour.

food has gone down hill, food was delivered cold and overcooked.

Order missed items. Poor communication. App said delivered but food came 15 minutes after this, Food was cold. Items missing, Curly fries were rock solid. The resolution from the staff offered was they would give me more the next time I ordered. My response was that I would not be ordering given the terrible experience. Disappointing.

Probably the worst takeaway ever, the food took 2 hours to be delivered, food was cold and the food was very below average, please never order from this place, you will be disappointed. This takeaway nearly made me delete justeat because I requested a refund and the restaurant just said no. Shocking utter shocking.

Delivery driver was lovely but really disappointed with the business it’s self took ages to be given to driver and food is cold. Love ordering from here just really disappointed these last few times I’ve ordered.

Paid for chips and cheese and came without cheese. Happened multiple times now. Pizza barely warm. No salad on wrap ordered.

Absolutely disgusted with the food when the food arrived the delivery driver rang us very short tempered couldn’t find address. Then our Donna wraps and chips was cold and tasted awful the milkshake was just like water. I used to love ordering from here but it’s gone down hill massively will not be ordering from them again completely waste of money strongly advise you not to order from there.

An hour late. Cold as ice. Mis shape pizza. Had ring ring several times to be lied to and given attitude. I will never ever part with another penny to tasty meals as long as I live. Just save yourself the trouble and keep scrolling

Pizza was good, some of the meat wasn’t cut small enough for me but that it’s good.

Just been in to the takeaway itself, paid with card on one of their machines and no receipt, and didn’t go through to them on their system, showed them the transaction and they won’t even give me the food nor give me a refund as apparently I was rude to them and then told me to F’off, would highly not recommend from ever ordering from here

It's the 1st time I've ordered from here on the just eat app after all the rave reviews I thought I would give it a try I ordered chips an cheese sauce and a donner wrap after debating to cook or not my order turned up o n time however the chips was white and floppy like they had just being dipped in an out of the fryer the cheese sauce wasn't nice and the wrap had to be reheated as just wrapped in 1 pice of paper only managed to eat a small part of it due the the fact I was starving

Ordered from here on my partners account before and everything was amazing. Really disappointed today though the burger packaging was squashed and took far too long to be delivered.

Was due by 9pm latest, called was told it was next delivery. Called again at 9.30pm and was told driver on way but didn't arrive for a further 20 minutes. Have used tasty meals for last 6 years and this is the first time we have had a problem

it was 20-30 mins late. it’s impossible to choose more then 5 mins late on the slider. The chips were gross and floppy. quite disappointing.

Ever since tasty meals has changed owners it had gone down hill I ordered 3 wraps and 2 milkshakes and both milkshakes had tin foil in them really not good customer service from these at all do avoid at all costs 😡😡😡😡😡

The food was absolutely freezing. They called to say they were in chesterfield delivering our food when we live over 25 minutes from there. Absolutely awful, what a waste of money.

We normally never have a problem with tasty meals but tonight not only was my order over 30 minutes late but they didn’t bring my sons large chips. When I rang to tell them they wasn’t with my order the man on the phone asked his work colleagues and they reply well I did them. So the man was very rude and said they was in the order are you sure they wasn’t in the other bag. My reply of course was no! He then got really rude and said well I will send them out but you will have to wait a while for them. He was so rude on the phone and to think it’s there fault as well as they didn’t put the chips in. I use to use these regularly but really considering going somewhere else from now on!!

Been ordering from here for past 2 years - always been amazing . Ordered tonight.ordered the same as I do every single time-Pepperoni pizza and large fries with grated cheese. Pizza was nice as always but the cheesy chips was a small portion not a large ! Attempted to contact them and no one answered phone . Really annoyed .

The chips with kebab mix was amazing, the drink was cold but not a thick milkshake but pretty tasty none the less, the 15” pizza however was awful, soggy, not cut well, and didn’t taste like “Fresh” dough, but you know if you’re starving and you order too much what do you expect

always amazing food! delivery sometimes a while but today it was here way before the estimated delivery time! food was piping hot too.

Ordered a pizza which they delivered to the wrong address the person had to drop it off it was then freezing cold and all tipped upside down in a soggy wet box. Called them and they advised next time I ordered i could have a free replacement. Called to order again and they denied they ever said this and if I wanted a refund I needed to complain to just eat instead of them.

Normally the food is good from here but The pizza was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. The layer of grease on the top of the pizza was revolting

When the foods arrived it was cold, we rang the restaurant to tell them and they informed us they would send some chips out which they did one hour later!! The chips were re heated, the tub of sauce was pathetic for 50p there wasn’t even enough to coat my whole kebab meat, the bread of my Nan bread kebab was dry and just generally not worth the money at all!
